I know everywhere is hard to get money, but you have to be patient and that will pay off.

Indeed. Onions is doing so many things right. One must not look at the current price. This price level will be old history by the end of the 40 weeks. I have been watching DeepOnion too, and also following it on deep onion.org. It looks to me like the members who are "In" the airdrop try especially hard to not let anyone else in, in order to not share the spoils of their making.
This might be fine, but I think the shortsighted way they are going about this will have a very negative longer term impact on the project as a whole. Not only will there be more limited distribution but there will be a long tail of people who will snipe and badmouth the project every step of the way.
Just my opinion from reading the posts - which by the way is a pay because the project itself could go places if greed wasn't so obvious. I get the exact opposite impression. People are quite disappointed that there are so few new people accepted in the airdrop. Note that it might also be out of self-interest, more participants will help the value down the line. We are not the ones making the rules and we are not the ones blacklisting people. We help people follow the rules and check all the boxes to get in. It is actually in everybody's (invested in Onions) interest to have as many people as possible gain some free Onions. I would support a slackening of the rules to allow more people to join the airdrops. As long as there are no cheaters of course. Even if it does mean I will personally receive less Onions with each airdrop. The wider the distribution of Onions, the better for the eco-system and future growth. |

Bitcoin about $ 5000 and all other altcoin prices go down, but DeepOnion stays or rises a little price, that means in my opinion that the price is on the floor, is a good opportunity to buy onions! The true price of the onions will adjust in a few months.  indeed, it is great to see Onions standing strong while BTC is rocketing. All my other Alts are in the red. Onions the only one that actually goes green now and again. LOL! Hey, and tomorrow is Onions day again! Can't wait! |

DeepVault works flawlessly, very happy with this feature, I verified this Airdrop Poster. Congratulations, your document (C:/Users/abs1/Documents/deepOnion content/wallpaper/friday13.png, 644685 bytes) is authentic and unaltered since the time of last registration on the DeepOnion Blockchain! Thank you for the feedback. Community should be aware, we need to more exposure and marketing around DeepVault. We made it standard to use DeepVault for all future wallet releases. That is some nice artwork. I am pleasantly surprised with all the great artwork the community is coming up with. I don't recall any other coins and their communities generating so much great artwork for a project. Well done! I wil be writing an article again soon on DeepOnions, especially focusing on the DeepVault feature. |

Can anyone explain what's so great about this DeepVault feature? Would anybody pay an onion just to register a file hash on the blockchain?
Wouldn't you prefer to use GPG and manage the keys yourself? Why not just generate a hash and pay some extra attention to a few last digits?
This offers "Proof of existence". The hash is written to the Onions Blockchain, which is IMMUTABLE. The benefits: 1. You can prove that YOU are the author of any digital work. 2. You can prove WHEN you anchored the hash of a document. For example if you documented a patent, you have PROOF that YOU on a SPECIFIC DATE, anchored the hash for the document on the blockchain. Nobody can dispute this. Can be VERY useful in a court case I would GLADLY pay 1 onion for this functionality. MUCH cheaper than paying a Notary or a patent lawyer, believe me |

hmmm, I will probably catch a lot of flack for this, but has anybody actually though about what this coin actually adds to the crypto environment, that any other ECR20 coin in existence can't? This is just another ECR20 token - you can make one in a few minutes. "Bitcoin on the Ethereum network" - come on guys, it just doesn't make any sense. Anyway, I will leave everybody to make up their own minds. I do however appreciate the free airdrop and the free BTC eBTC gave me. Thanks dev.

Everything is down - people are buying BTC for 25 Oct to get free BTC Gold. And there is the uncertainty of the 2X coming up in November. Going to be a long, red 2 months ahead for alts. But they will recover again and we will see our moons on many alts. Just HODL for 2 months.

I hope this gets added to some other small exchange. I will not be trading on ethtrader/etherdelta or whatever it's name is. Just a terrible experience. So until then, my 2500 eBTC are very safe.
