I don't think the Banks will start war against bitcoins but they have adopted technology blockchain of bitcoins,
they will choose the altcoins that has regulation to be used for Banks business.
The altcoins will be choosen by banks is ripple, many Banks around the world will adopt XRP on remitance on their banks

I'm not new to Bitcoin I've been using it since 2015 as a wallet since it has no limitations.
After the new record of BTC price I'm really confused, It increased about $1k in less than 1 month which seems suspicious.
I'm thinking of investing some money on BTC and hold them for at least 3 years or more.
But is it a good idea? have any of you made good profit with holding BTC?
Like tell me what do you think of the future of BTC rates, how high could it reach?

Your plan to investing some money on bitcoins and hold term for at least three years or more is good idea because bitcoin's price will be hit at least $5000/ BTC and it has chance to be more than $5000, I made investment in bitcoins just for 0.5 BTC when its price around $1000/ BTC, you can calculate how much i have got the profit now also i have made couples hundreds bucks monthly from short investing in trading altcoins. |

Ok, assume you are relatively new to crypto currency and have missed the train (haven't bought Bitcoins back in 2009/2010 when they were ridiculously cheap). You have, let's say only $100 to spend for investing in Bitcoins or Altcoins.
While 100$ was more then enough in 2009/2010 to make you now financially independent, if you invested it all in Bitcoins at a price of 0.07$ or even lower at that time, which strategy do you think is the most profitable if you start today where the price is not a few Cents anymore but around 3.500$ per bitcoin?
1. Use the 100$ to buy BTC now and hold ("hodl") it until price reaches hopefully something like 100.000$ or even 500.000$ in 10 years
2. Trade BTC with a "buy low, sell high" strategy on a daily basis like a day trader
3. Trade BTC with a "buy low, sell high" strategy on a longer time frame
4. Lend your BTC you can buy for $100 on Poloniex to other traders to receive a few Satoshis every day (interests)
5. Lend your BTC somewhere else (might be risky)
6. Invest in ICO (might be even more risky)
7. Try to find a new but promising Altcoin and grab as much as you can for $100 right from the start before the price (hopefully) sky-rockets one day (also high risk I think)

I think now I know how is it called - it is a parimutuel betting.
OneHash - they are not enough repetitive bets on the same contracts (for Bitcoin 1 per hour) and I couldn't find information how to compute time bonus. Even if I find some kind a strategy, it seems to bo complicated to write bots.
gogo-options - As far as I can see it is still playing against the market.
It is unbeliavable for me why such clear mutual betting like it was on btc-e doesn't exist elsewhere. No risk for the market and many people (like me) who prefers to play against others.

As you explain about gambling's movies, i think you have enough knowledge about movies of gamble.
Also i like these type of movies, but several times i watch Casino Royal, it is my most favorite movie because in it, i like my hero James band.
But in gambling all movies are good, because these type of movies give the people suspense, excitement and tricks how to play gambling.

The other reason base on my opinions are the money on BTC-e was gone even it is still available will not be paid to BTC-e users
because the bitcoins and all of the funds will be confiscated by the police,
