Hope your decision will good that you give your coins that you hvae to find new one , but actually that happen because if the traders feel the coin that they hold is not potential they sell it and buy ither coins even me I do that I f saw there is progress to the coins that I keep. Im a trader when I hold the coin I check it maybe atleast once a week or maybe twice a week if it have improvment to make decision.

I would like to say that is better to have an escrow to every bounty and I suggest to use altcoins, tokens or even fiat to make sure that a participants will really get their reward . Because if the bouny escrow hold the coins of the project and they pay the participants what if those coins is useless because the team will not list to the exchanges sites because after the project the team mostly abandon yhe project.

They have project that have annoymous team but they are legit because maybe they want their privacy but mostly of the annoymous team who have project are possible to become scam it's because people will never get idenity to them that can use against them but there is project are not annonymous but it still scam it depends to the purpose of the team but I suggest to invest to the team who is not annonymous for more chances that it legit.

I believe person can do both work and also doing bitcoin or trading , his work as full time and for the part time will be the trading.
Managing time is really important if you have decided to do both this because if you do not any of that for sure you will not what you gonna do . Many people are have both works and look at them they can manage themselves because time management is the key.

It is not scam for me but it's lost it's potentiality as a coin because there is no improvement that I saw in the past few years happen.
I had waves coin and I believed to it before but after year It lost my trust to the coin but if a people want to invest to that coin is depends to them because maybe for me is not potential but for them is still potential we are different see about on every coin.

Im biggest fan of the XRP since last few years ago I saw the potenti of this cojn to rise the value and there is many uses of this coin.
Ripple in the past few years lots of partnership and many investment, trading sites and gambling sites uses XRP because of the low and fast transaction and that is the reasons also I think why people love and choose the XRP.

Base on what I see or base on my prediction the possible that become the next ethereum are Ripple or Binance or litecoin. These three is my choices and for sure most of us are known this coin because it is in the top coin in the CMC and it is really potential and for sure you know that too. Ethereum is potential coin also so if it's place takes over by the other the ether the rank will be higher.
