181  Economy / Economics / Re: Not enough Corona Virus Vaccine until 2024, at earliest on: October 08, 2020, 04:43:59 PM
It is true that there'll not be enough coronavirus vaccines soon until 2024 many countries within the world have expertise in vaccine development but nobody is in a position to require the proper steps. it'll take 4-5 years for the corona vaccine to succeed in everyone within the world.

That will not be much problem for many countries because at the time most countries have found their different ways to survive and treat the people who caught the virus. The fact that the people who caught it, some have been treated and they are now living is a point to say that maybe before that 4-5 years , many can be treated without the vaccine administered to them.
It all depends on the individual immunity of each person, since there are people who are carriers of the virus, but do not have any symptoms of the disease at all. I understand that the vaccine is needed precisely for those people who are at risk and can get a very severe form of pneumonia, under the influence of coronavirus, while complicating all the diseases that the human body is suffering from along the way.
182  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: October 08, 2020, 04:22:11 PM
Perhaps I will say Not very nice words, but all criminals who keep up with the times and are worried about the security of their activities have long been using cryptocurrency for secure financial transactions that cannot be traced and which allow you to pay for any product, having at least smartphone, not a bag of money. Perhaps such information is not universally available, since the very activity of criminals, which involves the use of cryptocurrencies, is already anonymous and inaccessible to society.
183  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reach to $100K ? on: October 07, 2020, 07:08:49 PM
In my opinion: $100k is inevitable.

How long: who knows, but you'd be silly not to hold it.

If you have a fair understanding of math, you can see how damaging inflation is to a society. The more money central banks/governments print the more the cost of everything rises. Bitcoin is fundamentally the scarcest asset on earth. All this printed money will be attracted to Bitcoin like a magnet. It doesn't look like a really good store of value yet. Just wait under the purchasing power of the dollars starts diving 10% a day. People will be almost forced to buy Bitcoin in order to hold their value.

Bitcoin will eventually blow past 100k, never sell.

Try to understand exponential growth. When this thing collapses, Bitcoin will be a black hole & suck all the value in. The fiat value won't even make any sense anymore.

1 BTC = 1 BTC is all that matters. Stay chilled, keep stacking.

I really like your enthusiasm and attitude towards bitcoin. I believe that if we still treat Bitcoin and its future prospects in the same way, we will be able to see a more stable cryptocurrency market and, accordingly, a higher demand for Bitcoin in society.
184  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Big Short movie, BTC edition? on: October 07, 2020, 06:46:28 PM
The US government is going after people left and right. Indeed, who's next?! Lips sealed

What the hell was he doing in Spain? You'd think he would know better than to hang out in extradition-friendly countries. Damn, I honestly thought that guy would be trolling us for years to come.

Going after ICO promoters now.......you can almost hear Crypto Twitter collectively gulping in fear.

We would never know who until the American government begins to act. However, we might know someone who founded a company that has been selling illegal securities tokens for 7 years speculate that he might be next hehehe.

According to Chris Larsen, co-founder and executive chairman of Ripple Labs, the company is likely to move its headquarters overseas because due to the regulatory stance of the federal government towards the crypto industry.

Source https://www.theblockcrypto.com/linked/80039/chris-larsen-ripple-may-leave-us

I'm surprised they stuck around this long after Fincen came after them in 2015 for illegal money transmitting, BSA violations, etc.

If they really have been illegally issuing securities all this time (the jury is still out on that and the SEC has not commented) then moving overseas now won't save them.

I'm more worried about exchanges. I don't think Bitmex is the only exchange being targeted right now. There could be other sealed indictments that haven't come down yet. I worry about platforms like Bitfinex and Binance.
I believe that the upcoming US presidential elections will make their own adjustments in the cryptocurrency market. In my opinion, this will happen after Biden's victory. If the official policy on cryptocurrencies is positive, then we should not be afraid of the decisions of the CES in the future.
185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to start trading on the crypto exchange? on: October 03, 2020, 10:50:44 AM
To me, it's Changelly Pro. This Pro status unlocks you the way to a number of cool trading features. I managed to gain a bigger sum than usual.
Remember changelly has scam accusations and its not really a traditional centralized exchange, better go with Binance which has less fee and no KYC policy for decent amount.Just register and deposit funds then start trading its very simply.
I don't understand why people prefer dubious resources over those cryptocurrency exchanges that have a fairly good rating and, at the same time, have visually understandable functionality for a beginner, especially if there are minimal restrictions for a trader, like Binance.
186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best trading platform for beginners? on: October 03, 2020, 10:19:51 AM
Newbies need to start with a demo account, so any platform with a demo account will be fine.
All exchanges are to one degree or another the same in their interface, once you figure out one, you will immediately figure it out in all.

But first, you need a safe environment to practice your skills, and a demo account is exactly what that environment provides.
In addition to learning how to interact with the exchange interface, you will also learn many basic things in trading.
What resources or an application with a demo version can you offer that would visually resemble the Interface of a cryptocurrency exchange? The fact is that I used several applications from the Play Store, but they very weakly visually resemble the exchange and it is difficult to adapt for a person who is still very poorly oriented in trading.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 02, 2020, 04:09:07 PM
We must be very careful, because lately scammers are starting to execute the DeFi market very strongly, and at the same time, we must take into account that it becomes very easy to lose your money under these circumstances. In addition, Uniswap only facilitates the activities of fraudulent projects that place their coins there. Therefore, one cannot categorically respond positively to all Bounty companies that advertise their projects using the words DeFi and Uniswap.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: UniDapp - scam project or not who knows.. decide you! on: October 02, 2020, 03:40:03 PM
I think unidapp is a scam project. At  first they launch a bounty for 2 weeks. After 1 week, before ending the 1st bounty they launch their 2nd bounty by a different bounty manager. They are very greedy. Due to DeFi hype they just want to scam people.
I have seen the bounty run at once in one period and I suspect there is something wrong even though the second manager has canceled both bounties. I no longer see the Unidappp bounty running after reports of suspected scam associations.
Such manipulations, I believe, are even more than suspicious and the community should give its own assessment of such manifestations, which will definitely turn out to be a fraud. And the main thing is not to fall for the bait of intruders.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH will touch 10,000$ to 12,000$ at the end of 2020. on: October 01, 2020, 01:27:24 PM
I didn't understand why people are in a hurry to see such a huge spike in short time of period even there is no big craze for ICOs at the moment. <snip>
If you did not noticed it, one possible reason could be because you know, wanting to get profit because they might be holding or planning to buy more Etherium, hold it on their wallets and wait for more hypes to happen.
Atleast hoping that it could give some push towards the increasing value of Ethereum.
Not that fast, though most of those who are young in crypto trading always sees their investments to get huge profit in a short period of time.
Undoubtedly, everyone hopes to make good profits in a short period of time, but nevertheless, given the announced figures of 10,000 and 12,000 dollars for Ethereum, there is not even any prerequisite to expect such results. I believe that even the approach of the Ethereum 2.0 update will not contribute to such a rapid increase in the price, although this event will significantly affect the investment climate and attract developers of new projects.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BOOM - First Self-Burning Cryptocurrency Based on Smart Contract on: October 01, 2020, 12:57:52 PM
One way or another, a self-igniting coin has every chance of success, but why invent a wheel if a bicycle already exists? In other words, if a coin can have a specific maximum amount, such as BTC, then this already suggests that inflation is out of the question.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people claim cryptocurrencies aren’t an asset? on: September 26, 2020, 08:11:09 AM
That is weird. I always hear the opposite. In fact you will see multiple threads over here and online articles that say bitcoin isn't a currency but is a form of assets. This claim can be backed by the fact that people tend to invest their money in bitcoin and store it for profit in the long run. They do this because they think it is a suitable "asset" and gives more profit in the long run when compared to assets such as "gold".
I believe that this situation needs to be looked at based on how users use cryptocurrency and what goals they pursue in the cryptocurrency market. One way or another, due to the volatility of the cryptocurrency, people do not yet consider it as a safe storehouse of their savings, but nevertheless, it is the volatility of the cryptocurrency that makes it possible to make big money on trade and investments, and the indicators of these opportunities in the cryptocurrency market are much higher than even for example in the stock market. Based on this, in any case, cryptocurrency is an investment asset for every member of the community.
192  Economy / Economics / Re: Uk covid update on: September 26, 2020, 07:46:29 AM
The root cause of such decisions is not so much and far from covid but a combination of circumstances - Brexit + Covid + a General downward trend.
Britain did not decide to leave the EU at the best time (as we can already judge now), and as a result of the coincidence of all factors, it immediately turned out to have a much more destructive effect than expected. Everyone was prepared for temporary economic problems but not as fatal as now.
The UK is trying to minimize the problems that are exacerbated by the coronavirus pandemic and therefore begin to violate the agreement to withdraw from the European Union. The European Commission is already taking action, warning Britain to defend its rights in court. This primarily concerns the draft law on the UK internal market, which deals with customs procedures in Northern Ireland. Great Britain today is in a difficult situation due to an unfortunate set of circumstances.
193  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price are decreasing? on: September 25, 2020, 02:42:08 PM
It seems to me that the current price fluctuations are primarily due to user fear. But if you look at the GlassNode study, then according to their results, the low activity of old and large bitcoin wallets is very important. The fact is that these studies indicate that there is no panic among early cryptocurrency investors and those who have invested a lot of money in BTC. Therefore, you need to rely more on long-term investments.
194  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1 Billion in Bitcoin Options Expire Friday. on: September 25, 2020, 02:09:01 PM
It seems to me that if the BTC options market is also concentrated on short-term contracts in the near future, then we can predict a decrease in interest in options, especially given the fact that September contracts bring in $ 900 million less than in July this year and the trend seems to continue ...
195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why people run away from trading!!! on: September 22, 2020, 04:29:26 PM
4. Huge Fees

These factor hugely remove the small time-traders from gambling I know some of my friends that are trading for the past years but during these pandemic they are struggling from the fees decreasing their profits and becoming more uninterested from it.
Someone who is trading with very small capital should not withdraw the profits every time because the profits will be more lesser than the actual withdrawal fee so just keep holding the funds in bitcoin or stable coin and once reached certain amount then just withdraw all at once.
Recently, any transactions on the Ethereum network have a very high cost and I cannot trade those tokens that I used to trade until recently. I cannot afford to use small amounts of funds for trading, as well as more valuable cryptocurrency, for which I have other views on their benefits for me, which will come from long-term storage of these coins.
196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: About Coinsbit Exchange. on: September 22, 2020, 04:09:08 PM
Coinsbit is a cryptocurrency exchange that makes cryptocurrency trading convenient profitable and secure for you. Compared to other analogs our app has many advantages that can be appreciated by both a novice who has just entered the field of crypto trading and an experienced trader who is already skilled in how cryptocurrency exchanges work. Detects and blocks so that our users have the opportunity to do business without risk Trade is reliably protected from fraud.
Of course, Coinsbit has a lot of differences from other cryptocurrency exchanges, but I am not using this exchange for its intended purpose yet. But nevertheless, I have several thousand of their own CNB coins, which I hope will have high recognition among traders here, which will increase their value in the market.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: September 19, 2020, 10:56:45 AM
One way or another, each cryptocurrency user follows the official information of those projects that he supports and the coins of which he owns. Social media is always supported by the social media manager of all promising companies, providing important information to the community. One way or another, despite the negative statements regarding Telegram, regarding its overcrowding with spammers and scammers, you still have to always follow the official Telegram channels, as well as the Bounty groups. I have already lost rewards from quite good Bounty companies several times, as I missed important information about the KYC requirement or filling out a special form before distributing the reward, which were published in the telegram channel, and not in the bounty topic on Bitcointalk.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH's fees on "De-Fi" platforms are ridiculously high on: September 18, 2020, 03:30:40 PM
Perhaps there is still a little time left and we will wait for the Ethereum 2.0 update, after which the situation with high fees in the Ethereum network should change. In addition, today most of the users themselves offer to pay a high commission, if only their transaction was carried out in the first place.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] COWRIUM.NET - A Global Decentralized blockchain Network on: September 17, 2020, 03:32:47 PM
I am sorry for the concern, but I would like to know more information about the actions of the team, thanks to which we can hope for the future prospects of the project. The fact is that recently social networks have been silent, and the official telegram chat is full of spam with various advertisements that are not related to Cowrium. I would like some comments and announcements regarding the future of Cowrium, as well as regarding the distribution of rewards for Bounty Company members and investors.

If it's any help, their project was accused by two different sources for quite a while, one state that the CEO (original poster of this thread) requested them to pay some amount before they can be accepted for moderation bounty, while another one came from an ICO rating site back from 2019.

My advice? Leave them and move on, they have a lot of red flags
This is very bad news. It’s a pity for those six weeks of my work and attention, as well as the time of other Bounty Hunters who promoted this project and were deceived.
The telegram group talked about the spread of the reward in the fourth quarter of 2020, based on what you said, it's time to forget about Cowrium.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⚡ [ICO] 🎬 clipX - E-Learning Platform on Blockchain on: September 17, 2020, 03:14:54 PM
For those who did not know - ClipX turns to be scam. After bounty has ended, they asked to pass KYC, while in the bounty topic is was mentioned that KYC is not required. After some people send their documents for verification, ClipX team deleted all their social media accounts and closed their webpage.
It is unclear why ClipX turned this scam. Have they collected the passport data of users in this way, so that they can then sell this data on the Black Market? I believe that many people are in great danger. Apparently it's not for nothing that ClipX was required to provide only international passport.
