181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your favorite crypto;Bitcoin on: June 13, 2023, 03:42:17 PM
bitcoin is the first crypto I know, even now lay people I'm sure they won't know the name crypto but they tend to call it bitcoin investment, all coins are considered bitcoin before knowing anything about crypto. so I'm sure everyone's favorite coin is bitcoin, it can't be denied, even bitcoin has always been #1 in the past few years.
182  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What's next? on: June 13, 2023, 03:14:45 PM
The SEC rules this time are tougher than before, it seems that they are only meant to bring down the largest crypto market, Binance. but I don't need to worry because after all, binance is still a lot of people's interest, there are surely many ways for binance to keep doing well. even if binance really has to be closed i think crypto will still exist maybe the decentralized market will come back like etherdelta or forkdelta in a better version without being able to be claimed by any country's regulations.
183  Economy / Economics / Re: I thought there was an egg shortage. on: June 13, 2023, 04:01:12 AM
Fluctuations in the price of food products are common in the market, and can be influenced by many factors. One of the factors that can affect the price is a change in supply or demand. There may be local or temporary factors affecting the price of eggs in the particular area where you live.

In addition, unusual sales or discounts may occur from time to time as a marketing strategy to drive sales and reduce excess inventory. This is a common practice in the retail industry. so is this egg. I think this is a good opportunity if you understand the egg business.
184  Economy / Economics / Re: Landed properties is the best investment on: June 13, 2023, 03:17:15 AM
indeed land property is quite promising, even though it is below gold, but its resistance to price inflation is still strong compared to other industries, apart from land real estate which is part of a better version of land property or industry so it is also no less interesting, at least for mid-term promising land or real estate to be the best option in the industry for investment.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: June 13, 2023, 02:47:11 AM
but whatever it is, if it's debt then we have to pay it at the right time. the problem is if we use debt to invest, will it be able to return on investment while we ourselves know we have to pay it at the right time plus the interest that has been agreed upon. well I think debt is not good, someone owes is due to a sudden need that is sure one day it will be able to return it.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of artificial intelligence, chat GPT on the crypto market. on: June 12, 2023, 08:38:33 AM
I don't think bad about chatgpt, I think they are indeed interesting and we can use them to make it easier for us to find information quickly so that they become our chat friends with accurately summarized data. if this is a crime that is hidden but they benefit many people. try to take advantage of it, we will not be harmed.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: To Hodl or Lend: What is your take? on: June 12, 2023, 01:45:07 AM
I'm not too sure about loans to invest. investment cannot be determined by time, when we will really benefit from the investment we have planted, while loans are things that we must pay back when the time comes. I don't think this is a balance, if I had to choose I would not even invest with borrowed money because there is also interest to be paid. or better invest with a small amount that we can afford it.
188  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is never enough! on: June 11, 2023, 11:35:02 PM
no matter how much money we want to get, it will not be enough for us to be satisfied, because many factors make our money run out soon, even if we don't spend it, it will experience inflation. it is very natural that even an official is still looking for money, as long as it is just making ends meet. because lots of money will not guarantee that we can live comfortably forever, we must really be able to manage money well if we don't want it to run out quickly.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: What to do with all guy who loss money to stock market on: June 10, 2023, 08:58:55 PM
we have to know that the risk. it is impossible for us to maintain our investment money to a 0% loss. the money is rotated in profit and loss. try to be better at managing. we will see that the money we invest, even if we lose some of it, will be replaced by profits that actually cover those losses. try to be more consistent in investing, that is the best way to get rich here.
190  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cz or the Sec who would you support? on: June 10, 2023, 04:45:19 PM
i still side with cz . if binance does exit crypto then crypto's largest market will be exhausted, and i believe it will affect the crypto community in at least a 30 to 50% drop in crypto volume will be lost. building binance also must have been a long struggle, but if it was that easy the SEC closed it I think financial freedom is indeed more complicated than before.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: If they have the solution, why are banks still failing? on: June 07, 2023, 08:21:58 PM
I think it's very natural that in business there are accidents and then they fail, even though the bank. even we ourselves must have witnessed many failed businesses, and not the least of which were banks that went bankrupt or they disappeared with customer money. even if it's the greatest bank in the world, I'm sure they can fail, because of that we can't stick to one solution in solving problems.
192  Economy / Economics / Re: How do banks generate income? on: June 07, 2023, 07:54:58 PM
they are smart in business, I'm sure every bank has a good financial adviser, because of that they can last a long time in their bank business. take advantage of businesses that are very suitable for their profit fields in customer money circulation. if what you mean point is in they earn, well that's one of them, but i believe they still have big investment behind it to generate more profit for the bank itself.
193  Economy / Economics / Re: Quit borrowing on: June 07, 2023, 07:30:13 PM
Borrowing and then investing is a way that many people use, especially those who want to get rich quickly in a reckless way. This really happened from the case of my friend who borrowed money online and then invested, he really got rich, but strangely he didn't hold his wealth for long, less than a year he went bankrupt and even left borrowing debt, that's even sadder than just unemployment , he is looking for a way to get out of debt with a simple job to pay off the debt but it is difficult to make ends meet.
194  Economy / Economics / Re: Should you save, when you are wealthy? on: June 06, 2023, 05:54:43 PM
A person's wealth cannot be measured in just one standard. and according to different versions they will also feel "enough" or still lacking in terms of the wealth they have now. some people prefer to accumulate their wealth rather than spend it. I think this is exactly the wrong thing because they are accumulating something that will make it inflation in the future. it is good to use it more in terms of sage or even helping the poor.
195  Economy / Economics / Re: Which is better, staking or investing? on: June 06, 2023, 05:33:36 PM
it depends on your style in investing to get a good profit. For example, if you are a person who finds it difficult to take market trend momentum which usually goes down. staking is the best solution for that because you don't need to be tired of following a short market trend. while investments are those who believe that even some of them ignore market trends and are willing to hold it for a longer time until their target is achieved from the results of their investment.
196  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance crisis - how will it affect the crypto market? on: June 06, 2023, 05:11:02 PM
some people take this moment to buy BNB because they are very good at taking advantage of the news. well unfortunately this is just momentum, for those who have bought but they hold it for a long time I think they will actually spend their own assets. As for how Binance will go forward, I don't think I can say for sure whether Binance will lose to this rumor or will actually make Binance rise in the future.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial education or 1million dollars on: June 06, 2023, 04:30:28 PM
both are needed, but I don't think you have to have that kind of money to start managing. try to manage money from small things, because if we get 1 million dollars at once even with the education we have lived it doesn't mean we can't be wasteful with all the education we have.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter ad sales down 59%, company valuation down 66% on: June 06, 2023, 02:34:06 PM
If Elon Musk no longer holds Twitter as the original owner it looks like it will have a big impact on crypto. especially Dogecoin which is likely to fall, but it will change how Twitter holders at that time handle Twitter again, whether there will be a crypto trend or a new trend created there. I myself wonder, if it has decreased to like this, what is Elon Musk's motive for buying Twitter, does he want to stop by for a moment in the world of crypto. but it seems that, compared to tesla and spaceX , twitter has received less attention from Elon Musk so he must have a plan to resell twitter.
199  Economy / Economics / Re: Going to war means let's ulter the economic progression on: June 06, 2023, 02:11:12 PM
I think they should be able to make peace soon because it really affects the economy in European countries. yes, I saw several posts a few months ago showing that gas in Europe has increased several times more than before, the losers are the civilians who should not be involved in this war. I think this is a matter of the top brass, hoping that the war will end soon and the economy between the two camps will return to stability, it will make people's lives much better.
200  Economy / Economics / Re: Fake support? on: June 04, 2023, 06:07:52 PM
well, as usual, they are very good at manipulative economy, so it's only natural that China occupies the position of the No. 2 strongest economy in the world, even a little more than almost beating America. but if they china reopen the legality about crypto project i think crypto will be greener than now because this big country economically will have big impact for crypto trend in the future if that happens.
