I do not know why so many people miss ethereum when it is right there for everyone to see, while I do not have any doubt that bitcoin is the best coin out of the two and this is by a wide margin, ethereum is also a great coin that is going to be with us for a very long time and the profits you can get with it once the market recovers are going to be incredible and yet for some reason people simply do not see it.
Ethereum has opened up a lot of opportunities for the cryptocurrency world to create different kinds of use cases for cryptocurrency and not just limited to being a payment option. Smart contracts has opened up so many doors and let different companies use its blockchain to transfer something of value that would help the businesses to prevent double spending, have transparency, and have effective and efficient transactions. Although there are many scams involving the tokens, ethereum is still a good coin that is needed in cryptocurrency world even if there are already competitors of it. |

I have some q.s.
1. When we have ico token, What do we do with them? How to sell them into money?
2. Few campaigns have their own wallet? How to sell them in to money?
Wait for it to be listed in an exchange so that you can sell them. There are times when a team would decide to buy back the token in due time maybe after a year or six months then you can just wait for that time since they would buy it maybe for ICO price or higher. You cannot sell it if it is not listed that's why there are tons of messages in telegram always asking when exchange. You can choose to sell it immediately upon listing or wait for sometime when it becomes valuable. |

this is definitely a good reason to use crypto. there is far too much counterfeit money in circulation and this could be mitigated with crypto. i will definitely remember this now and cite as a reason for crypto.
If crypto would be use alone and there would be no fiat money then this would definitely kill those counterfeiters because they cannot just easily copy it since it has no physical form and you cannot fool blockchain. This is the power of cryptocurrency and it is just one of the benefits for using it as there is still a lot that cryptocurrency can do that would help us in making our lives more at ease and be more efficient in our transactions. There may be some negative aspects of it like being use in illegal activities but if we help in solving it then we can do it. |

Holding is the best you can do on investing of course holding needs to have patience from the holder itself. For the newbie concerned most of them do not hold for the benefit of the doubt and lack of experience and after they learned and knowledgeable enough this was the time for them to decide to hold or do panic selling in times like dumping and pumping.
The mistake is that when you hold a coin that would have no value after a few years that's why hold is not applicable to all coins. I made the mistake of holding a coin and now, it is almost worthless when in fact, it even reach thousands of dollars in price before and then after just a year, its worth is only $10 which is why you choose what coins to hodl because there are coins that are only worth something for sometime and when the investors are done with it, they would find another coin. |

Looks correct, some people worry when the market is a red, an investor needs self-confidence, investors need to look far and wide view.
Most people entering the market do not have much experience with crypto. So when the market drops deep they panic and sell. Experienced investors see it as an opportunity to buy. In my opinion people should be calm and patient not to sell when the market is red. However, some do sell as an opportunity to buy at a lower price even though they would sell at a loss because they know that when the price drops, it drops hard. You can consider it as cutting loss too and then buy back when it is cheaper because if you remain holding watching the price going down, it may take some time for the price to recover and even if it would turn around when reaching a support, you may still be at a loss if you already lose more than half of its value. |

The one who wins are the people who holds a lot of funds because no matter if the price goes down, they would just buy more of it so that they can average down. Bitcoin would just increase anyway since we know that the demand is there and those who have funds are playing with small traders or investors to make them sell the coins at a low price. That's the thing, the SEC rejection didn't really hit me much, because even if they don't approve it, the potential of Bitcoin is still there. Even if they don't approve Bitcoin, Bitcoin is going to grow more and have a huge number of people appreciate its existense and yes, that too, without SEC getting involved.
An ETF would be a big push to the price but if it will be rejected then there is already a demand to the coins as what you said that's why even if the price falls down a lot of times, it would just go up because there are always people who are willing to buy the coin. It's technology mey be old or as what they say, it is the first generation coin that's why other coins would replace it in the future but since it is the most famous of them all, it is still the most in demand and besides that, it is still use for its actual use case which is being a payment option. |

Do more and learn more to succeed. I have been here in for two months already and I have experienced earning $450 with my Jr Member account. So a piece of advice, learn everything first about cryptocurrency and try to understand the price movement before jumping in the crypto world to earn better rewards in the future.
it will take some time for one to gain profits from this market consistently. I think it is good for you OP that you have been here for two months because price is low nowadays compared to how it is in December. As what you said, you already have profits because you join when price is low and prices are going up if more good news would come. Just learn all that you can because there are new things to learn every day that would help you in gaining more profits. |

I am hoping for the best of the cryptocurrency market towards the end of the year and hopefully in the whole of 2019. I am expecting a great recovery if not a bull run and everything should be based on real market forces and not so much on speculations. However, we know that this is the market where anything can happen and things can be beyond our own control and influence. I am now thinking that if cryptocurrency will still be bad in 2019 I would reduce my involvement to as much as 75% and use my energy and time to something else...this is my way of diversifying and putting my security on my finances. This is just like saying hoping for the best but preparing for the worst..

I would still be involved in cryptocurrency by then and I am more focused on studying trading because we know that there are different types of market and whatever kind of market it will be as long as you know trading and know when to buy and sell and reduce losses then you will eventually profit from it unlike when you are an investor wherein you just profit when the price goes up. I have high hopes though for the coming months that we will have a recovery but still I am diversifying my investments by investing in non-crypto related stuffs so that whatever happens, I still have income from other sources. |

I do not think that anyone can seriously influence the pricing of the market and manipulate it. I believe that bitcoin is decentralized and cannot be managed by anyone alone. Although anything is possible. Just don't panic, that's all you can do.
It's not just one but many people are doing it so that price would go to where they want it to be. I watch the market manipulation video of DataDash in youtube and he scrutinized how they are doing it and there are different kinds of market manipulation in which one of it is the latest crash. Those who wanted to buy more coins at a cheap price would dump his coins so that those retail traders would decide to sell their coins due to panic and then later on when the price is low enough, they would slowly buy. |

I guess it is time for people to realize that they should at least learn technical analysis because it is a big help to determine when you should buy or sell. You may not be right all the time when it comes to basing your buy or sell decision in technical analysis but it's better than a wild guess, right? If you are not willing to learn it then invest your funds regularly so that the volatility of the coins would not affect the price that much. Averaging down is good when it comes to investment and when you are down like this, you don't have a choice but to hold it. |

Many people are really start with nothing on bitcoin. Normally people start with a verry small amount of invest ment and then after a few years they really earn a lot. It is really amazing and we can really gain on it if we have patience. Some other people going bounty and the token that they hold their token for the near future.
It's not guaranteed though that you would earn a lot after a few years because there is a possibility that you would lose it all when you would be rash in your decisions and be greedy. Even though you start with a small amount, there are times when you would be lucky and earn bigger and since it is just human nature to have more, others tend to be greedy and want something bigger in a short period of time. In effect, many would lose investing in HYIP or participating in pump and dump schemes. |

We all know this year is one of the worst year of crypto, market is dead and new investors are in fear to enter, My portfolio is 75% down as compare to January. How long this market will take time to recover?. I am stacked in holding.
Did you try to buy some more coins OP? Maybe through this way you would be able to reduce the average price of your holdings and it would be easier for you to have profits then because even if it is just down 75%, the price of your coins needs to at least triple so that you would be able to recover and have profits. I can suggest to have a trading plan next time so that you will know when to cut loss and then you have the option to buy back again when it seems that the market is already recovering. I have read some news that by mid September, market would be better. |

Bitcoin is a big help to our society in every way. first, not everyone has a Job and not everyone is using bitcoin. so it will never be a threat to either way. and it will never be a threat as well to our national currencies. because we are still using Fiat with the majority of our transactions in our everyday lives.
Bitcoin instead is a big help for the people to have income and keep the businesses operating because people would have money to buy their needs and wants. As for jobs, no it wouldn't be a threat to jobs because in this forum alone, there are already so many people joining the opportunity of bounties and some got discourage because of the fact that it is harder to rank up than before so they would just work and find a job offline than here because they just want stability in income too which they cannot achieve just by joining bounties. |

to prevent hackers from hacking your crypto wallet,you just have to carefully use any public wifi upon making any transactions via crypto wallet.Never give your private keys to anyone and never believe to people who offers an easy bitcoin earnings via internet.
Yes, those are the advise by OP and some other options too. Earning online is just too risky when you don't know how to protect your account and you are not aware of the strategies use by hackers to access your account so it is good that OP has laid out some ways to protect it. We need advises like this because every day, hackers are finding some ways to get your coins from you. I would also suggest to refrain from showing off in social media your earnings because most likely they would target you as they are just lurking there. |
