Why do you need your own token apart of collect your reward upfront? If your project is working, you should be able to profit from the fees.

I am not sure what your situation or what you are trying to do.
The only thing I am sure is, Bittrex didn't support the swap, which means if your coins where on Bittrex on 10/10/2017 your SPR balance didn't participate and you won't be able to receive any HLM coin.
