Yea but if you want to invest you have to buy at some point. You can use the dollar cost average strategy. İt is a simple strategy which will gain you a lot during bull market if you are buying at the moment even the market is continue going down.

İf you have lost 95%, your portfolio must be predominantly at altcoins. So it is nearly impossible even for the BTC to recover your portfolio. You have to choose one of the biggest altcoins which have X20 potential. Look at Cardano.

You can buy BTC with your fiat at Binance and then you can trade it with USDT. I don't think Binance is restricted in your country. By the way, there are many stable coins at Binance. Not just USDT.

The price is not important. You also have to look at the total circulation supply. Price X circulation supply =Total marketcap. And the ETH has nearly 7 times higher total marketcap than bitcoin cash at the moment.

Don't wait for volatility at the moment the price can move to both direction but I think the movement is going to be slow. We are still in a bear trend and before breaking it the probability of down is more than up.

ETH is my favorite. In the following days as you know a fork which is very very important for ETH is coming. And of course POS will definitely will increase the price of ETH in the coming months.

There are also some bots that can you arbitrage. Apitrade is one of them if I am not wrong. I have never done it before but I think to use a bot will be better. It is too hard to follow the market for routine arbitrages.

I thnk we are going to see 3 different phase 1-Capitulation (short period of time maybe 1 or 2 weeks), 2- Accumulation (half of the year), 3- the rise (I think we are going to see more than 8k levels at the end of the year- the other half of the year)

Trade between them. But always keep some good amount of ether in your portfolio. You can HODL ether but never HODL an altcoin with a small marketcap. Just buy and sell

You absolutely right. Never trust any exchange and never keep your money at the exchanges. Even dont trust software wallets and websites. Buy a hardware wallet and keep your coins there. Just use the exchanges for buy and sell and after the trade transfer your coins.

It is nearly impossible to find the dip to buy BTC but you have to buy at some point if you want to invest and the best timing is the during the capitulation period. If you are not sure this timing (like now) then you can buy during a price zone like between  2.5k-3.5k USD

We are definitely still in a bear trend at the moment. İt is to early to talk about a bull run. After the reversal of the trend (if we have not bottomed yet) we are going to see an accumulation zone and small volatility maybe 4-5 months and the run will start.

We are at the edge of the bottom if we have not bottomed yet according to global market cycle. Altcoins always means high risk but risk/reward ratio is very good at the moment. You can invest some small portion of your portfolio.
