181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Professional Union of Bounty Hunters! on: November 08, 2018, 09:05:54 PM
What do fellow bounty hunters think? We do a lot of work and don’t get our reward, we are being cheated and some administrators are behaving like freaks! Maybe it's time to unite and put forward their own conditions of the game !?
What do you think???
I do not think that it is possible to create something like that, to begin with bounty hunters are accepting to work in something that is incredibly risky, you should know that most icos are not going to pay you or if they do the value of the coins that they use to pay you is going to be very low, I was under the impression that bounty hunters knew this and they accepted the conditions despite all of that.
182  Economy / Economics / Re: LIFE GOES ON. on: November 08, 2018, 05:52:50 PM
Even though the market conditions are not as good as this, but I see that every day there are altcoins that experience pumps, so if we are good at seeing coins with good potential, of course, we will still get profits every day.
This is unrealistic, it is true that in theory you could get profits every day but that is the theory because it is impossible to select the right coin to invest every single time, you're going to make mistakes or whatever criteria that you are using to select coins will fail at some point and when the market is in such terrible shape it is even more likely that you're going to make mistakes because of the added pressure to try to make money in the market.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How to trade during red market? on: November 08, 2018, 05:41:25 PM
There are suggestions to trade if looking for profits during this period. How and what to do to ensure maximum profits?
Or is it better to invest in top coins and play safe?

P.S.: Though honestly, I don't think anything is safe anyways.
If you have created a system that works then your system should work in any market conditions, it shouldn't matter if we are in a bull market or a bear market your system should work and give profits and if it doesn't then there is something wrong with the system that you have chosen to make profits in this market and you need to go back to the drawing board and adjust your system accordingly.
184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YOU HAVE TO BE A DIE HARD RISK TAKER TO EXCEL IN THE CRYPTO INDUSTRY on: November 08, 2018, 05:25:04 PM
I disagree completely with this, in order to become an investor you need to be willing to take the risk that is true, but the ones that become the most successful are the ones that can manage that risk to tolerable levels, the person that invest all his savings in an ico is going to go broke in a few weeks, you need to be able to measure the risk of each investment and only take those that offer a good reward for the risk that you are taking.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH break its highest record again on: November 08, 2018, 05:05:17 PM
It should be very obvious that it is completely possible for ethereum to reach its previous all time high but it's not going to be easy at all especially if the market keeps going in the direction that is going, so taking that into consideration it is entirely possible that is going to take a few years for ethereum to recover at all, it could happen before that but I'm not very optimistic about it.
186  Economy / Speculation / Re: Today`s bitcoin market is pretty quite slow! on: November 07, 2018, 10:54:21 PM
Initially Bitcoin 10 years ago according to the white paper was not to be an investment vehicle but a P2P transaction. This will be the only way that bitcoin market will increase, hoarding and waiting will not help the market rather it will hurt the development of the market. Bitcoin has come to stay and will continue to exploit the global economy with expectation of massive adoption and usage. This is what the crypto family members are hoping for bitcoin to achieve.
Most things are used for something beyond the reasons they were created, satoshi was very smart he knew that something like this will happen, all fiat currencies around the world are traded among each other, this not only includes fiat currencies but also gold and silver, so I do not know why people thought that bitcoin will be an exception to all of that.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: No Crypto Taxes Until 2030: Proposes New Ukrainian Bill on: November 07, 2018, 10:45:31 PM
The bill that has been introduced in the Ukrainian parliament which proposes a halt on cryptocurrency taxation of any nature in Ukraine until the end of 2029, would definitely be something all crypto people would get behind. The questions is, how does cryptocurrency taxing work? And is there a fair way around it?
I do not see what it is the point of such a law when we know that governments can change it whenever they want, that is why many are adopting bitcoin because they do not trust the promises of their governments about the stability of their currency, and if you cannot trust them to not inflate the currency supply I do not see why we should trust them when it comes to those laws.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worst year of trading for me damn on: November 07, 2018, 10:35:58 PM
So after the bearish market came
I've been holding more alts than BTC/ETH

Coins like COSS, NANO, CND and etc
I been making loss and missing out most of the pump because i sell these coins and convert it to ICON (ICX) which i waited it to be move
So basically after everytime i sold my specific alts, few days later it went 100%   Shocked

NANO, bought at 0.011 ETH i sold at 0.005 ETH, 7 days later, it went up to 0.013 ETH. Hold for almost 6 months and sold, it went up after 7 days.
Same to NANO, COSS

Everytime i sold, within days to 1/2 week
It pumped like crazy

Just like COSS
Sold off 100k at 28 ETH last week
Today 100k COSS priced at 53 ETH

Holy i been making huge losses in 2018  Cheesy Sad Shocked Cool Cool
I know what you feel but the market is moving in very strange ways, when that happens the only thing that you can do is to forget about it because you are going to be consumed by all the profits that you could have made and that you didn't, it is better to concentrate yourself in the profits that you can still make in this market before the end of the year.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency? on: November 07, 2018, 07:52:23 PM
How can we get people to use bitcoin as a real currency and not just a quick way to get cash as a lot of people seem to do? When I say currency, I mean the literal definition of currency as something that is used as a medium of exchange.
Even online, there are only a few stores who are accepting it as payment.
This is going to be a very slow process, what we are seeing is something very similar to what it should have happened at the beginning when people decided that they were going to use a currency to make trade easier, at first people will not really be convinced that it was a good idea but eventually with time they will understand that this is the best way to trade value among people, so I suppose adoption is going to take a few decades at least.
190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why does the government hate bitcoin? on: November 06, 2018, 10:36:09 PM
i think the only reason is decentralization, it is a peer to peer transaction system and there is no profit to government from bitcoin so they are not accepting btc.
Right now the money moving in cryptocurrencies is very small compared to the rest of the economy of the world, so it seems unlikely to me that governments are mad about it, what they are seeing is the potential for bitcoin to take over a great deal of the economy which means they will be unable to exert as much control over the population as they can do now and they do not like it.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing for the long term in an altcoin is good idea? on: November 06, 2018, 10:32:29 PM
Based on the understanding and knowledge of following up with the cryptocurrency for the past 6 month, my inference is that the cryptocurrency is highlt volatile.

Is it a good approach to stay invested for long term in the altcoin space?
You do not tell to us in which altcoin you are thinking about being invested for the long term, I say this because there are many altcoins that are very good and that without a doubt deserve that you hold those coins for a very long time, but most of the altcoins especially those that are being released right now are not very good and I will not recommend anyone to hold them.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The recent price is rising, can I continue to buy cryptocurrency, why? on: November 06, 2018, 10:26:09 PM
Do not stop buddy. If you are still in crypto space. You need to buy especailly for now. Prices are really good and we can see some bullish movements on market.
That is good time to buy in my opinion. The latest bear market is the results of huge bull market nothing to worry about.
Sometimes it is a good idea to stop and try to determine what it is happening, there are many people that think that fortune is going to smile to them in the next trade and they keep going despite that their analysis in which they based their strategy was mistaken and lose all their money, remember as a trader or investor your first goal should not be to make money but to avoid losing it.
This is a point of view that is unique but true enough to be felt. many are pursuing too how to get results, to be honest, it doesn't matter just when too eager for it will forget about the risks and obstacles that may come up. need to find out the reason why down to survive and be able to figure out a way to still be able to get results is the most important.
It may seem unique but that is something that I have read in some books about trading, if you are a newbie when it comes to trading your goal should not be to make millions of dollars your goal should be to avoid losing money, it may seem weird but it is not, after all the only way to make money is to be in the market and if you are able to endure the difficult months when the market is going down then you will be around for the good months when you can make money.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: market conditions are destroyed. on: November 06, 2018, 10:20:55 PM
there is always hope for the market to rise again.
I think if you are a daily trader you should be able to see every day there are altcoins that are pumped and also dump.
now it depends on how we make decisions and do research so that we can make a profit for a market like this.
It is true that there are many coins that go up every single day but it is really difficult to catch those movements because it happens so fast, I have seen some coins moving more than 500% in just a few hours, and while many are tempted to invest in such coins you do not want to be the one that invest at the top and then loses all his money.
194  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it the best time to buy cheaper crypto while Bitcoin is at high price? on: November 06, 2018, 10:14:02 PM
Bitcoin is the best price now, and the purchase price of Bitcoin gold near $6,000 is no longer lower than this. You can see it from the market.
maybe this is the best price for us to buy bitcoin and other cryptocurrency price.after november and december it will recovered soon to atleast $8000.
It will sure to pump again and if we plan just to merely invest then buying now is the best time. Investing on top coins and established company is aways a good thought.
top 100 coins have high liquidity and huge market capitalization.so when its price down it could recovered soon.or atleast with high support from their community make us comfort.
Just because a coin is in the top 100 doesn't mean that is a good coin at all, in the past there have been many instances of coins that had a very high market cap and yet the coin turned out to be a scam, so be very careful about it because if you are not, there is a very high probability that you are going to get scammed by one of those coins and that is something that I'm sure you do not want.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: FAILED ICO - FAILED BOUNTIES on: November 01, 2018, 11:23:56 PM
Is there someone here who really get some big profit with their bounties? I am sick and tired of failed Bounties that I joined, most of them didn't reward my works due to ICO failure.

That is the risk of joining bounties, there were some cases in the past that those that invested their time in bounties could get some really good rewards if the coin skyrocketed, but we now know that is going to be very difficult to happen, so most of those that are trying to earn money with bounty campaigns have a lot of problems to make as much money as they did int the past.
196  Economy / Speculation / Re: What factors cause the fall in price of Bitcoin? on: November 01, 2018, 10:56:29 PM
Panic selling is what draws the price of Bitcoin so down to the drain. Any event which leads to panic selling of Bitcoin can be considered as a contributing factor. The news of a hacked exchange site, false news from governments, banks and the media, a Bitcoin advocate country later banning Bitcoins etc. All these factors contribute to the fall in price of Bitcoin on the market.
We cannot blame everything to panic sellers, it is true they make the price to go down but that is not all, the price is also affected by the lack of demand and when people began seeing the price of bitcoin going down they decided to wait and stop investing, this simple detail pushed the price even lower since no new money was being invested in the market.
197  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone only invest in the crypto market? on: November 01, 2018, 10:39:54 PM
Of course, you do not need to store all your money in cryptocurrency. It is very dangerous, and if something happens, you can lose all that you have. I think that all your currency must be divided for several parts for stocks, real estate, crypto and etc.
It is smart to invest in several different markets but very few people have the money to invest in so many markets at the same time and even if they had the money who has the knowledge to invest in all of those markets and not lose money? Only the most talented can do that and I have barely enough knowledge to make money in this market so I am not going to do that anytime soon.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: Global financial crisis on: November 01, 2018, 09:57:49 PM
Nobody really knows when a global crisis is going to strike. It seems like it's a ticking bomb that's about to explode anytime and if that's ever going to happen, cryptoeconomics can be one of the affected areas in investment because people might become less to take the risk if their financial status are already affected by crisis.
And that is precisely why you need to be ready because when it happens it is going to take everyone by surprise and only a few will see it coming similar to what happened with the crisis of 2008 where only a small minority of economist that were honest about the system could predict that a crisis was coming, we know there is another crisis coming that is going to be even bigger and it is one of the reasons for holding my bitcoin.
We must have an idea that things can happen quicker than we think of it, being always ready in this possibilities can help us to react properly, keeping
some investment and holding assets that might bring us good value just in case emergency funds will be needed, being financially stable can be done
if we invest now and continue to hold and anticipate what possibile thing can happen in the future.
This is why most people are deeply affected when an economic crisis happens, they operate under the premise that everything is always going to be fine and that a crisis is not going to appear and when it does they are completely unprepared, they are heavily indebted and they do not have any savings or investments and that is why they suffer when those events happen.
199  Economy / Speculation / Re: will the beginning of 2019 btc rise? on: November 01, 2018, 09:16:07 PM
The price of bitcoin is probably not going to raise at the beginning of the next year, there are no good news coming out of bitcoin or from other sources that makes me think we are going to see a fast recovery but this is something that I like because I am not happy with the amount of bitcoin that I have and I could easily get some bitcoin for cheap during this time.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it good to buy after ICO because price may drop? on: October 31, 2018, 07:35:23 PM
Some bounty hunters who are also investors take time to research into projects and come out with good projects with much capabilities of becoming successful. These type of Bounty hunters cease the opportunity to buy more of that coin at low prices below ICO prices after the ICO and listing on exchange. Most coins get started on the with lower than ICO prices.
If you are completely sure that the project in which you are interested is not a scam then the strategy to wait after the ico and get the tokens for cheap is a strategy that can definitely work, but what are the chances that you have identified a project that is not a scam and that will make you money in this bear market? Probably less than 10% so only do that if you are completely convinced about the project.

What you are telling if the investment done for shorter period but if the project is good and the returns will be good on long term then it is good as market will recover after some time and that time this type of good projects will surely get support and your investment in low price will sure give you good return. So investing in good ICO after it get listed is a good option as you can know the value of the ICO and get the price lower
While that is true what are the chances that any of the icos released right now are going to give profits in the short term? Because as we can see most icos are not even getting enough money to start their project and the ones that get enough funding are not that much better and this means that if you want to obtain profits you need to concentrate in short term profits.
