181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks and governments scared of Bitcoin? on: July 18, 2018, 06:53:18 PM
So many countries now were prohibiting the use of virtual cryptocurrencies. And to think that many unemployed individuals were beginning to uplift their way of living because of their dealings with cryptocurrencies. Banks doesn't expressly say why it is banning the use of Bitcoin.
What do you think is the reason behind this?
I think it is because of its volatility that is why many governments are having second thoughts about getting involved with bitcoin. The other reason is that some countries are not really developed to that stage to have virtual mode of payment.
Bitcoin is a blessing for all of us.Bitcoin is the easiest and the fastest way to make money.Bitcoin is like an income or pocket money.Bitcoin is very expensive and so people buy it when the prices are low.Bitcoin is decentralised and so no taxes are implied on it.People store bitcoins in their bitcoin wallet rather than saving money in the banks as the bitcoin has more profit margin. The government does not have any information about the amount of bitcoins stored in the wallet.
182  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: July 18, 2018, 06:15:27 PM
The forum is full of topics - “When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $...”, “Why BTC is under $...?”, “Final bottom at $...”, “Why BTC is down again?”, “Bitcoin will rise again ?” etc. The last two topics may appear in various forms  a dozen times a day.
I looked at graph price of BTC out of curiosity. I have noted to the price floor:

2015 - $200+
2016 - $300+
2017 - $700+
2018 - $5000+

Do you see something frightening in it?

We all can see that price drops because of actions by a Governments and big whales. Because they have the means and opportunities. They want to break into the our market on advantageous terms for them. Okay, well, I mean, that makes sense. We knew it would happen. But why that have to affect us?

In December 2017, the most people said - "Why I didn't buy BTC for $500… for $1000… f#ck it!.. for $2000...", "I will definitely buy BTC if it costs $7k-6k!..". But now when the price drops so well for us, we see "The demand for BTC is dropping". Seriously?!

So, instead to take advantage of the situation, buy up coins and altcoins, attract new people in crypto world more active than before, a lot of people stuck in indecision and think whether crypto market falls to the bottom and stays there.

Guys, are you serious? Crypto world is made by us. Governments and big whales haven’t any tricks to rule our world. It will happen only if we do nothing.

What do you think about it?

It’s a normal thing, you will always see people complaining about the price. Even when the price of Bitcoin was rising last year, lots of people were complaining that it was a bubble and that devs needs to look into it and correct the price. Now the price is down and you still see some people complaining about the price being down.

So this is a normal thing, you cannot stop people from complaining, even if the price becomes stable you will still see a lot of people complaining.
This is because people are suffering from losses as they have put their money in bitcoin and the prices are not rising from quite some time. The market of bitcoin is also reducing due to the fall in price. Some nations have some banned bitcoin.Bitcoin is internet regulated and has a risk of getting hacked too.Due to the price only bitcoin is famous in the market.People are selling their bitcoins because they feel the prices will not rise. The demand for bitcoin is also dropping.
183  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin has really come back? on: July 18, 2018, 05:04:21 PM
Arghh! Wait. Who knows whats coming next and pre-judging everything with three days pump means nothing. Thats not enough data! We need bigger data sets to project any judgment here and see if it comes true.  Tongue

Bitcoin has grown to higher prices like this many times in the past but dont forget that it really came down badly afterwards.

Off course me too want it to go up, but lets not be unfair with our judgments.
No I don't think so that Bitcoin has really come back because the price has still not risen. Many people are selling their bitcoins because it is unable to recover and is going down. The investors are suffering from losses because their money is not rising. The market of bitcoin is decreasing as many countries have banned it.It is also not getting support from the central banks and governments.Bitcoin can also gey hacked. It can also disappear from the market if this continues to occur.
184  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: July 18, 2018, 04:34:55 PM
Bitcoin prices plunged from $4900 to $3300 withing pan of few days. Now some news-points from bitcoin world are claiming this price plunge was planned. Check following links:

https://news.bitcoin.com/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/
http://btc-flow.in/2017/09/16/after-the-boss-calls-bitcoin-a-fraud-jp-morgan-buys-the-dip/

Now without going into whether above claims are true or not, my concern is "Isn't this is the right time to enter the bitcoin market or purchase few more". There is definite signs of improvement in the bitcoin price market. Current price is around $3757. It is quite possible to see bitcoin back to 4k to 5k or more. Given biggest players from finance sector are eying this lucrative market.
What do you think, is this is right time to buy some more bitcoins or wait and watch?

I believe that this time you should not continue to buy bitcoin, you can see that bitcoin prices are constantly recovering strongly during the past few days, the market is recovering very strong. The bitcoin price has risen from $ 6,000 to $ 7,500, and now it is adjusting at $ 7400, I think that at this point you should not buy yet, wait for bitcoin to test the $ 7200 area.
There is no such best time to buy or enter in bitcoin. You can join bitcoin whenever you want to do this. But yes if you want to buy bitcoins then this can be considered as a good time to buy as the prices are very low and are not able to recover from quite some time. One should definitely buy bitcoins as bitcoin is a money making machine and we should definitely take advantage of it.Bitcoin can be said as the future of money. It also has some advantges over fiat currency.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency should I invest in, in 2018? Why? on: July 17, 2018, 07:10:56 PM
Etehrum is expanding the community. For me, investing in etehrum will be the right choice. I believe etehrum will become stronger in 2018.

I am not agree with you, because price of bitcoin is getting better so we should prefer buying the coin which will be low in price, bitcoin is not too much high in price and buying bitcoin right now can give us profit, as long term investment nothing can be more valuable than bitcoin, because when we hold bitcoin it surely rise in price and we get profit at the end, so now is the best time to buy some bitcoin and hold them till the end of 2018, I am sure you will not regret for your decision.
That ethereum coin is also I would like to invest this 2018, because it has many uses, it can be use directly as gas for tokens to be traded in the different sites  , and it is establishing its name in the coin market next to bitcoin and aside from it, it is not big value when we want to invest unlike bitcoin which has a great value for investment.
If you have lots of money then bitcoin should be your first choice and if you have small investment then you have different options for investment. Ethereum is on the top in Altcoin and then Ripple and litecoin and many more. All are good and will give you good profits in the future, just need patience and courage and if you have these qualities then you can earn money from crypto.
In my opinion it is bitcoin only in which I will invest in 2018 also.Although the prices are down from quite some time but still it is the number one cryptocurrency in the market and has a lot of potential to create new records.Bitcoin has a lot of users all over the world. It is banned in some nations but still many support it also.Although there are some fluctuations in the price of bitcoin but still people prefer it alot.People hold their bitcoins for future rise in price.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The FALL OF BITCOIN on: July 17, 2018, 06:39:52 PM
Bitcoin and the blockchain can be so much more then a currency.

Considering it a shame people don't spend bitcoin on a daily basis is missing the point on a lot of possibilities. Besides, if anything, bitcoins use as a currency has been diminishing with price increasing as transaction fees are too high to sustain regular transactions.
Sad part is that you still can't use bitcoin everywhere, so missed possibilities are technically not our fault. and bitcoin has its ups and downs, so dont give up on the downfalls, have patience
No I don't think that this phase of Bitcoin can be called as the fall of bitcoin.Since bitcoin is not able to recover we cannot say that it has finished. Its price depends on a number of reasons.Firstly the demand and supply forces play an important role in determining the price of Bitcoin.Another one is how much investment is done in Bitcoin.Internet is also now getting available in many places so it is easy to use bitcoin anywhere.Digitization is also going on.
187  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: July 17, 2018, 06:08:13 PM
As a digital payment system virtual currency has its own reputation. Bitcoin raised as strong virtual currency in 2010. Today’s global currency is developed in different way and comparing with others currency bitcoin is like more valuable than gold. Good reflection and better control system can make more valuable in economic sector. now by the help of bitcoin selling and buying system is easier than other transection. At age of technology we can collect or hire so many proficient worker for the purpose of different sector’s development and then we can provide their salary through bitcoins because of its popularity.
On above this conversation we don’t need to worry about future of  virtual currency or bitcoins.

In all reality, there is a high probability that this will be use in the future in our daily lives, going to a shop, going to mall for grocery. Making FIAT degrades its value and purpose. But if this happens soon, it will take a lot of years since this kind of technology deals with advantages and disadvantages which must be evaluated for the common good of community.
In today's date virtual currencies like bitcoin are getting very popular and are gaining a lot of reputation all over the world.Nations are now accepting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.Bitcoin is the topmost cryptocurrency in the market.Bitcoin's price is down from some time and is not been able to recover. But people have faith in it and that is why it is still alive.People have held their bitcoins for future price rise too.So we can imagine that bitcoin will have a great future ahead as the users of bitcoin are also rising.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins under $1 on: July 16, 2018, 07:38:15 PM
Which alt coins are below $1 value that gonna turn in $10 next year.

Need your best suggestion
The two coins which I would like to recommend to you are crypterium and ripple. Both the projects seem really really promising to me and I think both the projects have tremendous amount of potential to grow in the future.
Ripple is a coin based upon the idea of global value transfer and its a project that can really transform the current banking scenario.
Crypterium is a project which helps in real world usage of crypto by helping in fiat -crypto payments. I think this project is a very important project for all of the crypto market and is a project worth investing.
189  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to bitcoin? on: July 16, 2018, 06:49:08 PM
Bitcoin at the present time resembles as a bubble.Once it goes up, it immediately pops out.  It is normal that the price of bitcoin gets down but it's been a long time since it is on its original value or higher than its real value. Those who invest these past few months are suffering a lot of loaaes and they are losing hope that bitcoin will continue to drastically decrease in value.  Do you have guys some advice for me? It will be really appreciated and I will be eternal grateful.

Bitcoin status now is gathered more strength I mean volume of new investor are prepared to invest when the time Bitcoin goes back to the higher Price. Actually the status now of bitcoin is encouraging and maybe volume of investor are in during the price of bitcoin start to rise.
I do not know what will happen in the future as the bitcoin is unable to recover from the price fall from sometime.Even though it is the topmost cryptocurrency in  the market but still it is not supported by many nations in the world.Bitcoin has the potential to create new records in the market.2017 was the year of bitcoin.Even billionaires invest in bitcoin as the profit margin is very large.People hold their bitcoins for future price rise so that they can earn profits.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility on: July 16, 2018, 06:18:14 PM
As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.
You can see that bitcoins are very few of the main recognition countries, so the price of bitcoin is not regulated by the regulators, the price of bitcoin is very much influenced by sharks and trading floor owners, because Therefore, the new bitcoin price has changed dramatically. So I think we should only speculate on bitcoin and should not invest long term.
Bitcoin's volatility is the main reason why Bitcoin is very famous all over the world. The users of bitcoin are increasing day by day as bitcoin gives good profit margins in a short period of time.Bitcoin volatile nature is due to several reasons. It depends on the forces of demand and supply. So higher the demand more will be the price and vice versa.Investment done in bitcoin also contributes to its volatility. Some countries have banned bitcoin and some are also supporting it.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Currency Always Fails on: July 16, 2018, 05:55:18 PM
I think, like most people, you totally misunderstand the gold standard.  GS (as opposed to using physical gold/silver as money) was fundamentally no different from today's 'fiat' money, in the sense that the elites issue money and debt out of thin air and prop them up with state power.  The only difference was that the elites owned enough gold to be able to use it to help prop up their issued paper money.

This paragraph contradicts itself. If the GS was fundamentally no different than today's fiat money, there would be no reason that the "elites" would need to own enough gold to back up the paper money since the paper money was created out of thin air and propped up with state power and had absolutely no tie to gold. It is because it was fundamentally different in function that the change was necessary. The GS backed paper money by allowing people to exchange it for gold the equivalent in gold. That is fundamentally different than the fiat money system we currently have.

The GS was fundamentally no different from today's 'fiat' money in the sense that the elites prop(ped) up their system with state power, while issuing paper money whose volume had really nothing to do with real economic needs but everything to do with the elites' needs to benefit themselves.

The difference that you mention is only in the precise mechanism with which they prop up their system.  When they had enough gold, they could afford to allow anyone (at least in 'top' countries like the UK and US) to redeem paper money for gold at the fixed rate.  This prevented any appreciation of gold in state money terms.  But gold famously earned no interest, so, as long as their bubble lasted, the average saver was incentivized to put their money in interest-bearing debt based on paper money.

When they don't have enough gold, they have to resort to clandestine suppression of gold prices via derivatives (see serious books such as 'The Gold Wars' or 'The Gold Cartel' for evidence) to make it appear that gold is losing value all the time, except for brief periods when they have to allow gold to go up.  This is why I always put 'fiat' in quotes.  We never left the gold standard in any real sense (if you define GS, properly, as simply an elite-sponsored system for suppressing gold prices in state money terms.)  We never left because the elites have never been able to.
No fiat currency cannot fail at all.Fiat currency is used by whole of the world and it cannot be overtaken by any other form of currency.Fiat currency is functional since the traditional time period and every person on the Earth uses it.Fiat currency is accepted internationally and all the transactions are done through the fiat currency only.Fiat currency is centralised so it is backed by the central banks and governments too.People trust fiat currency only.
192  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency on: July 15, 2018, 05:49:43 PM
Now there is a period of globalization.Cryptocurrency will be a universal means of exchange that will be used by many countries.Cryptocurrency is the future on the threshold of which we stand.
Cryptocurrency is a kind of digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses secure network for safer transactions. It uses decentralized control as opposed to centralized systems. It can be used to buy things electronically. The system does not require central command, or large bank can’t control our money.
Cryptocurrency is constantly making noise from across the globe, opening great opportunities, and changing the quality of life. Nowadays, it has become a global phenomenon and is very known to most people. It is independent of any central authority, so people have hold with their own asset. Though other people have limited knowledge about the decentralized nature of cryptocurrency, I still trust its potential that it will be widely-accepted and be widely-available.
Cryptocurrencies in today's date have caused a revolutionary change in the market.Since digitization is going on in the economy, more and more people are switching to cryptocurrencies.Cryptocurrencies are an easy way to earn a lot of money in a short period of time. The users of cryptocurrencies are increasing day by day.People invest in cryptocurrencies due to the large profit margin it gives us.These are also not taxable. They also have some advantages over normal fiat currency.
193  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does the bitcoin have a future? on: July 15, 2018, 03:17:07 PM
If you are asking a future in a short period of time i think you wont see any good future in bitcoin. But if you are sighting in long term, when we say long term means a long period of time like 5 years to 20 years from now i can see that bitcoin have realy a good future just take a look at the past 7 years of bitcoin price and you can see that bitcoin still going up.
Yes, just like on the the day bitcoin created, people believe that it has future, and as what we can see for a decade, it reaches $20,000 so i must say that maybe after a decade again the price of bitcoin will maybe double or triple. But we also see our technology is upgrading and its really improving so much, so i think that there are many more coins to be created and one of them might become the competitor of bitcoin, and the future of bitcoin might be bright or not, because of that.
It is difficult to say anything about bitcoin right now.Although bitcoin is the number one cryptocurrency and is the most expensive and valuable one but still we cannot say what will happen to it in the future.Bitcoin is very volatile and decentralised. It is also not backed by any central bank so it is also banned in some nations. It is still finding a place in the market. There are also many other cryptocurrencies which can give competition to bitcoin in the coming future.
194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency in five years! on: July 14, 2018, 07:57:26 PM
Well in my opinion the crypto currency in 5 years time will continuously rises its popularity and positive trend. We all know that we are now coming in the digital era and obviously the cryptocurrency will be use as money that time. Crypto is our digital money in the future.
5 years is not such a big time for bitcoin, i think that in next 5 years bitcoin will become more and more popular, bitcoin is the need of modern time and therefore its popularity is increasing from time to time, more and more people are joining bitcoin because they know that bitcoin is becoming the future of currency.
I think it is impossbile to predict anything about cryptocurrencies now because we cannot tell what will happen the next day.Cryptocurrencies are suffering a price fall from some time and they are unable to recover from some time.Although many people are using cryptocurrencies but still it is not supported by many nations. These are volatile so in future it is predicted that the prices will touch new heights and will create records in the market.
195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN is FUTURE !!! on: July 14, 2018, 07:27:28 PM
I saw here on bitcointalk forum mostly people ask what will happen with bitcoin in future? or Bitcoin in Future? I must say here to clear them one thing That BITCOIN is FUTURE. And we will see bitcoin ruling world very soon.

Link : https://www.cnbc.com/video/2018/07/05/bitcoin-cryptocurrency-seven-experts-future-of-bitcoin.html

Need your opinions?

I don't know exactly what will happen in the future. In my opinion in the future cryptocurrency will controlled by governments or the current cryptos will be non-existent and the government will create their own cryptos.
I think this will take a lot of time. The price of bitcoin is very low now a days and is not able to rise from some time now.Bitcoin is very volatile and this is the reason why bitcoin is preferred and hated at the same time.We do not know what will happen to the price the next minute .The central banks and governments also do not support bitcoin as it is decentralised and taxes are also not implied on it.Bitcoin is also not known to many people in the world and requires internet connection which is not possible everywhere.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can We Finally Call This the DEATH of Bitcoin?!? on: July 14, 2018, 06:55:30 PM
If bitcoin is bubble then now btc price should be back to the price 3 years ago man. If you want to compare, take a look at Tulip fever. Bitcoin price is still very very high if you compare to price from 1 year ago. If now it returns back to the earlier price then your idea is right!
Firstly, Bitcoin is not a bubble and we need to face that fact that bitcoin price will never get back to the year 2017 price or reach another ATH until year 2020 because the recent dump in price of the market happen in other to amend the price manipulation of the year 2017.
No this will be too early to say this statement. It is just that  the price of bitcoin is low from some time and is not able to rise. But still the users of bitcoin have faith in bitcoin and have held back their bitcoins for future price rise.Bitcoin is still on the top of the list of the cryptocurrencies and is the most expensive and valuable one.Bitcoin is not a bubble. Many factors are there to determine the price of bitcoin. The market of bitcoin is very large.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: July 12, 2018, 06:05:28 PM
I think the same.
Altcoin to me is just a way to multiply my bitcoins, sometimes all my bitcoins are invested in a few altcoins but in the end i sell all of them for more bitcoins.
I also do the same thing with you .. I invest my bitcoin by buying some altcoin and hope it will grow and make me become a millionaire .. but some of this time bitcoin experiencing some problems that have an effect on mental investors to hold their crypto assets.
Yes it is true that Bitcoin has no competition in today's date.It is the leading cryptocurrency and is the most expensive and valuable digital currency in the market.Bitcoin has a lot of users all around the world and more and more people are joining Bitcoin due to the profit margin it gives.Bitcoin is the money making machine and we should take advantage of it.The second cryptocurrency is ethereum which is also very far from bitcoin.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually use Bitcoin? on: July 11, 2018, 04:59:47 PM
I actually use bitcoin to purchase goods online and I also make it as a mean of exchange, finally bitcoin as really be a good mean of investment to me, my friends and my family

I think most use it as an investment asset. so practically, bitcoin is slightly away from the main purpose as an online transaction payment tool.
that most people use altcoin more. and for some people who use bitcoin, they do not actually use it as a means of payment because the main purpose of bitcoin is made.
Yes I definitely use bitcoin.Bitcoin is a money making machine and we should take advantage of it.I earn bitcoins by joining signature campaigns. These campaigns pay us weekly if we complete the work in the given time period.Although bitcoin is not supported in my country by still it is used by many people. It is getting very popular.I already have some bitcoin saved for future price rise as the prices are rising and will touch great heights in the future.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Bitcoin won't be Global Currency on: July 07, 2018, 05:57:48 PM
I got caught up in this news last 6 hours ago, most of us participants are hoping that Bitcoin will someday become a Global Currency, why is that?

Any thoughts or opinions about this?
If you mean bitcoin to be a global currency that can be used by all people in this world and used as a payment system in various aspects, it is impossible to happen with confidence for many reasons. Only people are crazy about bitcoin and have a passion for bitcoin to have a high price that wants it to happen.

But if you mean bitcoin become a global currency only for people who know bitcoin, for instance, I live with you in different country and I will sell the goods to you and we have agreed the payment instrument that we use is bitcoin, indirectly bitcoin has become a global currency. Because we have a different currency, but with bitcoin everyone who uses it is the same.

Yes because this is impossible.Bitcoin is just a mere cryptocurrency and is also not able to recover from a very long time. Many people still do not know about bitcoin. Moreover it requires internet connection which is not available in every corner of the world. It also requires some knowledge to get operated. It also has a risk of getting hacked. It is very volatile and can also disappear from the market too.It is also banned in some nations too.
200  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 05, 2018, 06:19:38 PM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

AM wondering where you get the exact price of Bitcoin in the future by 2020 to be 250,000. Seriously who gave you those numbers. This is why most people that entered crypto space end up making unnecessary mistakes. It's better to understand the difference between speculation and the real thing. All those prices are just assumptions and anything can happen inn this market because it is highly volatile.
No bitcoin has a long way to go.The value of bitcoin is very down now a days and is not able to recover from a long time.People are expecting alot from bitcoin because they have invested a lot of money in bitcoin.Bitcoin has a lot of users all over the world and they have faith in bitcoin. It had touched new records in 2017 and it is expected the same in 2018.
