181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: August 14, 2019, 07:50:36 PM
I think investment is better than savings.
Cause investment can make ur asset increase or the opposite can make ur asset lost if u dont analysis correctly. Like formula investment, High risk high return.
I wouldn't think savings will make your money get lost as you have said but, savings will make your money dormant without any form of growth while investment has the ability and capacity to multiply your money in thousands and also if not well manage, your funds can get missing along line. Although I prefer investment to savings.
Investment vs saving is a good topic. Investment give rise to opportunities of replicating the money and if you invest even little money, it will give back returns to you. Saving in banks is good but it give you little returns. So compared to saving, investment is great especially when it comes to investment in crypto. Bitcoin is a great opportunity for you to make money.
182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Excessive confidence in cryptocurrency trading. on: August 14, 2019, 06:54:25 PM
Confidence is good, but there should always be a little doubt. We see that amazing things often happen on the market that no one can predict. Many times I saw too confident people who lost most of their deposit. They did not allow other scenarios. Too confident trader ceases to be flexible. In the end, we need profit and not rightness.
Too much confidence in trading is not advisable anymore as it involves your emotions already and not your intellect mind. There are more chances that you will fail in whatever decisions or plans you make because you did it without even weighing the consequences it might bring. Trading takes time and it should be done more wisely and well planned.
Being too confident will surely wipe out your risk management thing since you do already see that your current ways would surely work out.

You already presume or expect that they would work and as said these set-ups been made aren't really being too serious without minding some plan B's incase the
market would turn out into different way.
Confidence helps you stay in the crypto market when everyone is escaping the crypto market due to crash. When the markets are down, people try to withdraw their money from crypto and invest in other assets but investing in assets like crypto and staying confident about your investment leads to huge jackpots. This is the reason the risk takers make the money.
183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Tricks For Newbies on: August 14, 2019, 06:14:16 PM
tips and tricks works good when reading but in real conditions it wont work out , i am sure newbies will experience all opposite
Although you are right but here are some facts about my early days to trade. It all started from forex trade and when I was to get started, I was asked to read some books which are the best books for beginners and after I read them with determination I get into trade with ease and now be proud of be or called a trader. Learning the chemistry of trade at first is the best for Newbies.
Yes when it comes to real stuff, applying the written tricks and strategies are a bit tough. It works only when you are in the market for some time and you have the experience that is required for you to make things happen. You can work confidently with crypto if you are able to formulate strategies according to the market signals. So theoretical stuff is good for guidance.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dice - why do you play in a particular casino? on: August 13, 2019, 07:52:33 PM
There are many factors that I consider. If I'm getting freebies from a casino like from a signature campaign I usually choose them if they are offering games that I want to play at the moment. It's more convenient to spend money you're given anyway. I also don't advertise casinos that I don't trust and never played at.

I do too. I've been playing to these trusted sites that other people are playing too. There are a lot of other sites out there but I don't want to try other sites since even if I tried it a little, I still want to stick with the site I am playing. I can't say that it is loyalty but I am used to that kind of sites. They have the reputation and the trust of gamblers so that is obvious I will be sticking to it.
You might be right about the reputations of the gambling site you're talking about but I can assure that 97% of all online gambling site were giving bad reputations at a point  although some didn't worth giving the bad reputation because their problem was actually caused by bug/hacker. What I'm trying to point out is that nothing is ever safe.
We don't actually have a safe system all over the world. The big Bank we are hearing the name today may in few years from now turn to a scam or fraudulent bank talk more of gambling sites. I prefer stability in gambling sites but that does not mean I will not be prepared for a bad time.
The fact that decentralized banking or financial institutions are important for the great functioning of the financial markets. You have trust in these big banks but they are obliged to the government and can any time take an action against your interest under the laws of the government. You could be taxed high. Defi on the other hand cuts these charges and maximize utility.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in IEO BITTREX? on: August 12, 2019, 08:50:10 PM
for bittrex it ok, but for the IEO or the project that has been announce to IEO on that exchange is 50/50.. not all project that has IEO on top exchanges is 100% success or genuine project, maybe they are just using the exchange to gain investors Grin
More reason why many are misleading themselves in the world of cryptocurrency and when it come to IEO. For a company to start IEO even in Binance doesn't guarantee the success of the project, even the exchange mentioned on OP is new to me and I can't really comment on that, but for them having IEOs in their exchange might change people view about them but never relying on IEO on any other exchange.
People rely on IEOs just because they have witnessed the boom of IEO and the hype build around the FRM. So I think this is the reason of the success of IEO and this is why people rely on IEOs by the best exchanges. I think one should not just rely on the evaluation by exchanges and should do one’s own research rather than relying on the exchange’s opinion.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Gambling and e-sports? on: August 12, 2019, 07:41:16 PM
Sports or eSports don't have any actual difference.
In Sports the athletes train their bodies, in eSports they train their brain (and fingers! Cheesy)

Other than that, the same principles exist in both, so betting on either is the same.
Gambling in e-sports is the best deal these days. I think it is important to have the tricks and strategies to know how to make money in e-sports gambling. This is why e-sports gambling is so booming in the world right now. Look at the industry in Japan, which has been gaining huge investments just because of the presence of a huge number of users.
187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man won 12 times in lottery on: August 12, 2019, 06:48:28 PM
I think this is the history of winning in lotto who same person who won 12 times. My dream is to win only once in lotto so I try my luck to bet and to pick my lucky number and to win even hundred thousands dollars per draw. How much is the total he won? He still bet in lotto and try again to win for his 13th win? Im very excited if he win again and I will follow him so I can win also.
You can get the current status of the man who won lotteries 12 time if you read the OP throughly. He was banned from playing lotteries on his country and when he moved to other country where he got arrested for his continuous winning activity on lottery.
There must be something wrong with him. But the fact that he had won for 12 times already, he's not just lucky but a smart guy really. I think even if there is a very small chance winning in lottery, there is really that one lucky person who will stand out among others.

Of course he wasn't just lucky, but neither he was a mathematical genius. If you'll watch the video from the OP and read a couple of articles on the case, you'll see that he was playing games with positive EV, so there's no wonder he profited in the end. But I would compare his behavior with someone who buys out all goods with big discount leaving other people without opportunity to benefit from the discount sale. That's what he was doing basically, because it was meant that many participants of the lottery would win bigger prizes than they usually could.
Yes. This way of dealing lottery is not for people who cannot do this stuff. I think it is important to know the pros and cons of getting involved in lottery. Normally the odds of success in something like lottery is 1 out of 175 million which is very low. Anyways, it is important to understand the stuff related to an investment if you want to put in your money.
188  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc $300 on: July 17, 2019, 09:25:44 PM
Could Bitcoin's price return to $300 again this year?

Anything is possible.

Yes, anything will happen to bitcoin even if the price will return to $300. But the truth, I don't know if that will happens or not because it will make so many people will get a heart attack before they can sell bitcoin at the high price. Time will tell what will happen later, and we can follow the bitcoin journey and make a profit if we can.
First of all, I will be investing in so many Bitcoins if the price drops to $300 but I know that it is never going to drop to $300. In face it has many reasons to rise high, higher than its all-time high value. Bitcoin halving is on its way and hopefully in May 2020, anyone having a Bitcoin might be able to cash a million dollar from a bank that provides the transaction service, according to Mr. McAfee.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: July 17, 2019, 08:39:10 PM
There is some crypto betting site which is really more trusted and old site. some of them are Bitsler, which is my best choice then bitdice and Yolodice which are old and trusted the betting site. And another crypto betting site is windice which is recommended by some people here I have seen also running smoothly without any issue but windice is newer. You can also try it.
I am a lover of sports gambling with crypto involved and my favorite sites are Bovada and Fortunejack. The reason I chose these sites is that they are very user friendly and offer welcome bonus which makes the gambler happy. Bovada has two crypto options but FortuneJack has so many and you can gamble with your BTC, LTC and ETH and so many others. Explore on google what you like.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fact about Cryptos on: July 17, 2019, 07:56:49 PM
The fact that the government won't be able to kill cryptocurrencies, but can make it very difficult to use them if they want to.

No it is not like this now a day people are liking crypto currency because they got to know that investing their money in crypto will make the country's economy even better so I think governments should Allow their people to invest and use crypto. The fact is crypto currency has an ability to change the life of an investor.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: FED Chairmain compares Bitcoin to Gold on: July 17, 2019, 07:38:15 PM
Bitcoin is quite literally the digital gold if you ask me so the comparison is on point. The people that see this as bad because it is the FED Chairman that said it and we do not like him is pure idiots, he could be the FED Chairman and he could be the reason for many financial problems of the world however the reality is that even if someone you dislike says something good for bitcoin that is still a positive because it creates a wave affect among the followers of that bad person.

Think of a political party you hate and the leader supporting bitcoin all of a sudden, even that is good because it means he is promoting bitcoin to his own followers and that makes a bigger audience for bitcoin. I think this is a good step forward for all bitcoiners and I think we are on path to big things soon.
Bitcoin is pretty much a digital gold but I think that can save your value for long term and is in fact deflationary in nature due to the limited supply of the coin. There are far more great traits in Bitcoin that are not present in gold and that can make Bitcoin superior over gold. For example Bitcoin allows to make a one million dollar transfer from your city to let’s say Chicago instantly. It is something that goes with the modern world unlike gold.
192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency In The Gambling Industry: All You Need To Know About Bitcoin on: July 16, 2019, 06:28:00 PM

I do not get this. The OP article is being copied ? If that is case then he must know that Copy pasting is not allowed here and he can face a ban.

Apart from this, Bitcoin has given a big boost to many industry and gambling is one of the most benefited industry by crypto currency.
It seems he copied from the link which he mentioned in the end of his post on OP, so you can check it too. Fortunatelly because of that he will not get a ban.

Bitcoin is the most safes among other gambling coins even including the fiat or traditional system.
How can bitcoin will be the safest among fiat or traditional gambling? We all know if in bitcoin born to be anonymously, which is not safe for the site (They don't know who are betting on their site and just processed their deposit or withdrawal without knowing about them)
But this is other way could be a blessing for the casinos as well. Due to the arrival of cryptocurrencies which hide your identity while you gamble over a casino, a large number of people have started gambling online now unlike before due to fear of getting their id disclosed and hence getting charged with income tax as a result of a rise in income due to a win in the gambling.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will there be physical casinos operating with cryptos in the future? on: July 16, 2019, 05:24:43 PM
My thoughts here, I wonder if in the future, physical casinos will use cryptos

I know casinos use coins to spend inside and them people can exchange these coins to fiat money again

But maybe a casino can use cryptos inside, you buy a card with BTC or LTC for example, and you can play with this card

Have you ever think about his? What is you opinion guys?

There's a possibility that it's already happening although there is not yet news that one physical casino is already using this, it's a good idea and possible to happen when many casinos operators become open on using it to their operation.
that is right, we are not far away from that time when you would have the ability to use your coin in the local casino and I am in fact surprised to see there is not any casino like this right now. Correct me if I am wrong. There must be some in the US/Canada accepting Bitcoin because the coins in these countries has made home in almost every business.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destitute on: July 16, 2019, 02:55:51 PM
If you put more money into the game, you can become poor.

That's really a bad idea, you are risking your finances if you do that.
Rules that I follow is that only gamble what I can afford to lose therefore it should not be more, I put only a small amount of money to win big and I think that's the mentality of most gamblers. If we lose even most of the time, it would not be hard for us to move us since we are just gambling a small amount of money compared to gambling a big money that could affect your life outside gambling.
it's a rule that must be done by all gamblers in my opinion, I also admit that the risk of gambling can make you destitute, therefore, understand the risks, use the allocation of funds that are in accordance with your financial capabilities. it will prevent you from destitution
This is an open secret that gambling is a game of uncertainty and risk and I think that if you are gambling, you must be willing to lose your capital. I normally do not encourage anyone to gamble because there is more chance to lose your money than to win the game. So yes, people should rather make investment in solid assets and love the little profits than striving for huge money at the cost of your savings.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Preferred crypto betting site ? on: July 16, 2019, 02:16:35 PM
so far i dont hear any gambling site that uses their own token/coin but i have seen it only on a trading exchange  . there are benefits like reduced fee or some bonuses which was cool so i would like to try those casino/gambling sites if ever they will also implement that feature but for now im only sticking to bitvest.io  . bitvest is a large casino which uses large cryptos ( e.g btc and eth  )   .  the site runs for a long time so you can assure that they are trusted .

Different people prefer different casinos to gamble on and I think that there are so many out there so ultimately it depends on your taste and your satisfaction from gambling on a particular casino. About the crypto you are asking, I think many of them could be used as you have options to use your Bitcoin or ETH or for example Dogecoin.
196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this the Donald Pump we've been waiting for? on: July 14, 2019, 07:52:44 PM
He wasn't the first with such reverse tweet. i remembered J.P morgan doing the same some time ago in 2017. apparently, a bitcoin transaction was made with his name link to it.
it is all about the reverse marketing that might lead to weak hands selling out while the business moguls buys from them
I think we should take into account the expert opinions and that is not expert opinion because Trump is a businessman and politician and not a crypto expert. It is thought to have great implication for the economy in future and we have already seen the great performance and cut down in cost as well. If a company like Microsoft is using crypto, be confident about its future.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of IEOs? on: July 14, 2019, 06:30:52 PM
Every exchanges are trying to start IEO Launchpad services some successful like Binance, Kucoin and Huobi.
I heard few IEO Launchpads are scams like P2pB2B, ExMarkets and IDAX what  do you think guys which are good and scam IEO sites?
Yes, IEO should only be selected on large exchanges and do not try to join the IEO of small and scam exchanges. I have seen a lot of exchanges and IEO scam in the past few months. Be careful with small exchanges and not many users

I think IEO have been successful on the leading exchanges in the crypto market only. IEO on the platforms of exchanges like Bittrex and Binance have been of great interest to people around the world and they have been huge success so far. Their IEO have been able to achieve the hard cap within minutes and that of millions of dollars too. This means that it is something to look to in future.
198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: More Exchanges Keep coming up( benefits or loss) on: July 14, 2019, 05:29:37 PM
A large number of exchanges is not so bad. Everyone has different conditions for listing and some projects do not have much money to be listed on the big exchange. But the bad side is that among this variety of exchanges there are scammers who can steal your money. Therefore, always check the exchange before you transfer your coins to it.
And so there is a general rule in economics and that says that if you have so many service providers out there in the market, the price drops and the quality rises due to competition among the companies for to attain maximum users. I think that it will bring down the cost of transaction by the exchanges as well. In addition, service provision would be impressive.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US Government vs. Facebook Libra on: July 12, 2019, 07:10:00 PM
The Facebook coin really threatens the US financial system. However, they will most likely find a solution (they will just take control of everything).
Yes, it is going to threat the power of the government money supply and the concept of trust over the government as a stake holder of the currency they print. But this is happening and I think the government would be able to implement regulations that is they would be in a position to influence Libra. However, since Libra is going to bank the unbanked, there is a huge sum of profit expected from the operations of the coin.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get your hopes too high on: July 12, 2019, 06:09:56 PM
yes what we need to do is look for legitimate projects, which have clear work maps and also transparent teams. like the project I'm currently following. lately there have been many projects scams, so stay alert before joining or taking part in it.
This is the bottom-line of the crypto world. You got to be the one with sharp abilities of project evaluation and I think that blind investment will always takes you to the pit. There are so many coins around that do not have a good project on their back and people still expect growth. In addition, we all know about the best coins out there so if you are not in a position to evaluate projects, better go for the top coins.
