Imagina que despiertas y lees en los encabezados de los periódicos: Bitcoin es Ilegal y se penará con las leyes de lavado de dinero a todo aquel que posea cryptomonedas Que harías? Te alejarías de bitcoin, y jugarías al valiente anónimo? Es un escenario hipotético, pero podría pasar algún día. Que catastrófico estas  , no llames al mal tiempo, pero en caso de suceder, en primer lugar haría todo lo posible para quedar limpio de cualquier indicio con BTC, posiblemente enviaría a una billetera de papel, según el tema va tomando una dirección mas dictatorial en el país, me iría mientras fuera posible coger un avión o si la cosa no fuera tan grave seguiría en el país conservando lo poco o mucho que puedas tener. Espero no encontrarme en esta situación. |

En una situación normal como tenemos ahora puede ser que la comisión por transacción to tenga mucha diferencia, pero en momentos de alta actividad la diferencia de usar SegWit si se nota, porque al contener un bloque extendido, mas capacidad, aunque es el mismo bloque para confirmar, en Segwit la capacidad aumenta el numero de transacciones (por la forma en que SegWit actúa) para confirmar, con lo cual ya aumentamos la velocidad en diferencia a usar solo el bloque de 1MB. CFTC Taps Coinbase Lawyer to Head Division Overseeing Bitcoin FuturesThe U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has just named Coinbase vice president Dorothy DeWitt as its new market supervisor.
CFTC Chairman Heath Tarbert announced in a press release Tuesday that DeWitt, who is also the exchange’s general counsel for business lines and markets, will be the new director of the Division of Market Oversight (DMO), the group responsible for overseeing derivatives platforms and products, including the young market for bitcoin futures.
DeWitt has also spent time at Citadel Securities, S&P Global and Davis Polk & Wardwell, and has previously been a portfolio manager.
Her new role will see her evaluating and potentially approving new bitcoin derivatives products in the U.S. DMO has examined CME, Cboe and Bakkt’s various bitcoin futures proposals in the past.
