1801  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't. on: March 15, 2020, 08:45:48 AM
It will not be of help if we will contribute to the increase of panic sellers. When we say we are "holders" we tend to manage this kind of situation. We've experienced so any red markets before and we use to see the worst drop so why worry? We are long term holders  thus we can always set our next target goal for the upcoming bulls.

Others may not stick to the fact that this volatile market will still be good even at it's worst. When they are panic selling, some investors were happy to buy at this dip.
1802  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Gaano ba kahalaga? on: March 15, 2020, 02:51:52 AM

1803  Economy / Speculation / Re: we all were waiting for bitcoin halving, we got bitcoin price halving on: March 14, 2020, 02:39:37 PM
I was expecting the bitcoin's performance going up slowly but things have changed and it dropped down too much.Well, it is too early to speculate. We have few more months before halving. This may take some recovery stage before we ever reach the  what so called "peak".

On the other hand, this ncov outbreak we are suffering has a great impact obviously all were down. Stocks, cryptocurrency, economy. However, this is not forever and we are still gripping to that chance about the upcoming bitcoin halving that will somehow be the reason for the price pump.
1804  Economy / Speculation / Re: btc dropping more then 39% in 24/h - on: March 13, 2020, 11:24:33 AM
I wasn't surprise that it fell down to $4500 but it dumped too soon. This is affecting the market, not just the market but also the economy. We are all aware that this is how volatility works. Especially NCOVID has a big impact also in this crypto world. Anyway, the market will still recover. And this bloody  market will also be our opportunity to invest and buy more.
1805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best time to fill the bag? on: March 13, 2020, 08:02:41 AM
This dip is a good opportunity to buy more coins. I am also planning to buy xrp, trx, eth and other coins today. Even if I am now deficit because of this bear market, I understand that this is also a good time to buy more coins. We can look at the bright side every time bloody market happens, we can actually invest more and wait again for the pump. This is how volatility works.
1806  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Practices and habit on: March 13, 2020, 06:15:45 AM
Ive been trading since last year and there are so much habits that I have learned;
  • Do not forget to set stop loss-jus like what happen today, this unexpected massive drop will make my entry become liquidated if not with my stop loss. Great thing i have set stop loss and it was triggered. My loss were not that big because of this.
  • Fundamental analysis- this is also useful. You can also predict which way bitcoin will go if there is a positive or negative news.
  • Stick to your own TA.
  • There is a proper entry and exit point. I have proven many times that following hype and volume will not bring any good to our trades.
$4,767.71 and still continuous ang pagbagsak.
Bounce back an siya na kaunti, back to $5,000 now pero di pa rin stable.

1808  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TOP 6 RULES IN CRYPTO TRADING on: March 12, 2020, 08:28:58 AM
All of the rules were valid, it is just depends on the trader how to follow it. Lately, I forgot to so do some stop/cut loss and that made me liquidated. So, it is best to always remember to set stop loss in every trade. We don't know when the whales will gonna mess up our trades that is why stop loss is really significant.

Be SPORTS.
Trading will make you win or lose. When I lose, i accept it and proceed another entry. What I mean is that I trade only with amount that is okay whether I lose. Mistakes can be our tool for success.

Also, when you tend to FOMO and panic, the more you become deficit. I have proven that many times.

Stick to your own TA.
Ex. Listening to other's prediction and you are panicking and you change your entry, most of the times your own technical analysis is the one you should follow because it happen at the end.
1809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do ? on: March 12, 2020, 05:51:58 AM
So lets say "hypothetically" that I've came across a bug in a pretty big an well-established gambling websites sportsbook that allows me to place bets on matches which have already ended , thus knowing the outcome and being able to place some sure x30-x40 betslips.

What path would you follow , report the bug ,   or try to benefit from it ?

In some gambling sites if you report a bug, they will gonna reward you and give you something like bitcoin or other coins. So it is up to you if you will be honest and report it to earn some rewards or take advantage of it. Although I myself would admit that I can also somehow take advantage of the situation but my conscience at the end will not make it. It is more exciting to bet on sports and  win without the bug than do some cheating.
1810  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: XRP volume sa Pinas on: March 12, 2020, 03:34:55 AM
Pwede ring madaming naghohold ng xrp, maaaring transactions for gambling, or remittances.
1811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY THE BLAME ON BOUNTY HUNTERS FOR SHITCOINS? on: March 12, 2020, 01:30:24 AM
Put blame on bounty hunters after the failed projects? They are just the participants who wanted to earn. Most of them are just victims of this shitcoins. We can't blame them for choosing and participating in a wrong projects. While proper research should be done before joining, there are also "almost" potential project that tend to fail at the end.

Been a bounty hunter before and I can feel this efforts made and yet the token rewards that has been distributed were under valued most of the times. So they keep on holding it until they benefit enough.
1812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto giveaway scams and how to spot them on: March 12, 2020, 12:09:44 AM
Giveaway attracts more people. But in today's happening, it is widely offer to scam people. Have you heard of hacked famous youtube accounts and then make a livestream doing some giveaways and use other company or exchange pretending to held a giveaway event? It is actually happening but requiring a certain person to deposit some sats and double it is an obvious act that it was a scam.

We should be aware of their new tactics. There is no easy money return be reminded of that.
1813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Frances as of this year. on: March 11, 2020, 03:02:46 PM
I always admire country that fully legalized bitcoin. Last time India lifted the ban in cryptocurrency. Now, France is doing some advancement, too. Supporting any bitcoin activities will attract more people to engage in this kind of optimistic innovation. I just do hope people will not abused bitcoin in terms of using it in illegal way. Anyway, good job France. Other countries should reconsider legalizing bitcoin, too.
1814  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leave crypto trading in lost condition is not an option. on: March 11, 2020, 01:26:01 PM
Failures in trading is just a way to become better trader. If you fail today, try again and build more knowledge, try other strategy and look for the previous mistakes. Why do we have to advice them to leave crypto when they can continue with what they are doing. There are so many types of trader and many ways to compensate their loses in trading.

But, there is also a time to quit. When circumstances is that you keep on losing and losing without improvements in trading. It's like a gamble that we tend to lose and to win. So if it is not healthy anymore, why not consider other way to earn through cryptocurrency?
1815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Now Legal In India? on: March 11, 2020, 04:03:55 AM
The last time they have banned cryptocurrency in their cpuntry,

The Reserve Bank of India  had imposed a ban on cryptocurrency trading in April 2018 that barred banks and other financial institutions from facilitating “any service in relation to virtual currencies.”

Now, they lifted it already.

Quote from: Nischal Shetty, founder and chief executive of Bitcoin exchange platform WazirX.
“Historic day for Crypto in India. We can now innovate. The entire country can participate in the Blockchain  revolution,”

Isn't great to see that they finally can use bitcoin without thinking that they are violating some laws. They can now participate in this new technology and enjoy the advantage of this bitcoin. India made a good decision to finally accept bitcoin as it can also help in financial status.
1816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Crybet - Casino / Sports Betting / IGaming on: March 11, 2020, 02:02:56 AM
The name itself is something not to bet on you'll probably cry when you use this scam crypto online casino. Here is the scam accusation made by Jawhead999: [SCAM] CryBet Plagiarized Whitepaper. The site itself is made just a month ago and that's really something shady for a casino to be in operation just a month from its creation.

You may support the flag type 1 here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust%3Bflag%3D1445

Good thing you brought this up here. Plagriarizing whitepaper means they weren't sincere creating their "own" gambling website. If they have a serious purpose, they can make their own content. If these aren't true, crybet shall explain their side and oppose the pointed accusation.

Anyway, I visited the site. Roadmap already presented. But i was interested on this one about Crybet NETWORK.

This allows us to create a payment mesh between all players and casino, scaling upwards and downwards depending on the player base.

You also have tokens, right? Those token can also be used in your own gambling site? Like we can play it in exchange of something like other gambling site or what? Enlighten me please.
1817  Local / Pilipinas / Re: March 9 2020, ang Simula ng Bearish Season on: March 11, 2020, 12:36:19 AM
Well, we've seen the worst bear before.

1818  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Corona Virus in the Philippines. on: March 10, 2020, 08:24:34 AM

Health is our health, priority pa rin natin ang kalusugan.
1819  Economy / Speculation / Re: Convert or HODL? on: March 10, 2020, 06:16:53 AM
I'm always a long term holder. Came this far and did not ever think of converting it into usdt. Before, i also panicked converting my btc immediately when dumps happened but I realized if we are a long term holder, we tend to wait further calmly waiting for the big pump.

The recent drop on the market make traders go panic, haven't we seen massive drop before? We should already know what to do now, better to hold.
1820  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: March 10, 2020, 05:00:17 AM
Don't miss out...i swear anything under 8000 is a straight up steal...

It seems very bearish. I am wondering to sell.. I hope you are right. I bought near the price of 10000$. Angry

Why not still hold? You've came to buy bitcoin knowing the risk, do you? -Volatile market. And this dump is some kind of correction for upcoming bullish. Anyway, if you'll gonna sell your btc right now, you'll be deficit. I know your feeling but there is always an option. HOLD. I can see you are new in crypto, disregard fomo and continue to hold. It is not forever bear, please remember that. Bulls are just in the corner and you can still hit that target profit of yours above $10k.
