1801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Inherit coins to my family after passed away on: October 11, 2017, 07:35:06 AM
It's probably easiest to ask an attorney to help you with that and you can write instructions and steps to follow once you've passed away.
Yep. We had a legal board here and a known member in terms of legality in Bitcoin and cryptos which is actaully a lawyer in real life. Better ask him. Also, try to search about similar topics like this since a couple of threads have been made with the same context as you.
1802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / [ANN] [PRE ICO] 🌈LOTTOKEN IS HERE: FAIR AND TRANSPARENT CONTESTS FOR EVERYONE on: September 29, 2017, 03:23:12 PM
WELCOME TO LOTTOKEN (LOTTOKEN.ORG)

We’re really happy you’ve chosen to engage this thread because we are distributing our tokens: Lottokens, which will let you take advantage of our platform in organizing, participating and contributing to world's most secure, trustworthy and transparent contests.

Visit our website for white paper, founder bios, value proposition, and ICO plans.

WHAT IS LOTTOKEN PLATFORM?
Lottoken platform aims to enable organizers to hold truly secure, trustworthy and transparent contests which can include raffles and lotteries. We hope to disrupt $275B global contests markets which include different types of raffles, lotteries and contests.

Lottoken's use case is the perfect application of blockchains and smart contracts. Being decentralized means there is no central point of trust failure. Also being on Ethereum, a global blockchain, Lottoken platform allows organizers to reach a global audience.

Patent-pending technology innovations from us will make contests on the Lottoken Platform completely fair

WHY IS LOTTOKEN DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TOKENS?

Contests like lottery or raffle by nature lend themselves automatically to usage of tokens. If you go to a typical arcade, most of the times you do not go and play each game with fiat money but you use some kind of pre-loaded card or tokens. Same concept applies in a Lottoken contest. Hence issuing tokens is integral to our solution offering rather than just a vehicle for fund-raising.

WHO OWNS LOTTOKEN PLATFORM?

We are a USA based company with roots in Silicon Valley and incorporated in the Delaware state of USA. We own the Lottoken platform as in we have responsibility to drive innovation and maintain quality of the Lottoken platform. Other than that we strive to keep the Lottoken platform open.

Individual organizers of the contests within the Lottoken platform are completely responsible for the contests they are driving and they have full autonomy in the type of contests they organize.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are a USA based company with roots in Silicon Valley and incorporated in the Delaware state of USA. Both of our founders are field proven with established track records in the technology industry.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED?
We will start our ico in couple of weeks. Meanwhile you can do early enrollment in pre-ICO through our pre-ICO webpage : http://lottoken.org/pre-ico

I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS.
Please join us at our telegram group.

Disclaimer: GideonGono is not affiliated with the team and will not be held accountable to anything regarding the Lottoken project.
1803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO-LIVE] Hash Rush —Official Game Trailer Live ! on: September 27, 2017, 06:25:38 AM
Damn I'm late for higher bonus :<
Quote
Participating in the ICO with a minimum of 1 ETH means that you receive four items and an extra unit card,
I wonder if it applies to the whole period of ICO?
And my second concern is if I can pay ETC and get this rewards?
You can still get the rewards. All they do is convert it into ETH then give you RC tokens in return together with the bonuses. The early you join the greater the bonuses you can get with a specific day which you can get a certain percentage of bonus. You can viea their website for more info.
1804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I Still Have to Buy Anything Using Bitcoin on: September 27, 2017, 06:09:25 AM
I have a confession to make: I still have to buy anything online using my Bitcoin. Of course, I am not including the coins/tokens I bought during their ICOs. Except for that, I have not used my Bitcoin for anything because I am actually treating Bitcoin as a way for me to save rather than a currency to spend.

In other words, I am also a speculator just like most of us here. We want to hold on to the Bitcoin we have as much as possible because even if there are times when Bitcoin can dip in value the overall trend is going up. Right now, there is a retreat in the value of Bitcoin but it is just gathering some inertia before jumping into a higher wall.

Are you a speculator or a spender?

I also treat Bitcoin as my savings and never did I spent it to buy something other than trading. Also, it is a good way to save Bitcoin since we know that in the long run that it will value more than what it is now. If what you call with us is a speculator then I am. I don't spend it as long as it is badly needed.
1805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John Hathaway's summary: Bitcoin is Garbage on: September 27, 2017, 06:06:05 AM
I think you should change thumbs up to thumbs down because it is implying that you agree that "Bitcoin is garbage" which, base on your post, you do not agree with it.
1806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE START LOOKING ELSE WHERE on: September 27, 2017, 06:03:21 AM
With all the negative news going around about bitcoin coursing a lot of panic and anxiety....do you this its time to look else where for a guarantee investment?
i mean may be eth doge etc....

I'm sorry but a true knowledgeable person about crypto or Bitcoin doesn't panic nor have anxiety attack because of some issues since they do know the capabilities of bitcoin, how it works and how it will affect it. Also, Bitcoin is a lot better than those coins you mentioed and to other coins in general.
1807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you adopt Bitcoin - Ideology, Technology, Monetary on: September 27, 2017, 05:52:49 AM
I agree. What really drives me into Bitcoin is the freedom over your finances (your bitcoins). Like they say, the only one that you can truly trust is yourself and by Bitcoin we do not need anyone who holds our bitcoins like bank since we can be a bank of ourself as long as you control and store you keys safely then that's it.
1808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This time is for real. China has indeed banned bitcoin trading. on: September 27, 2017, 05:34:14 AM
I don't think Chinese will leave the ship anyway.
The government believes it can control a decentralized currency.  Cheesy

When the pressure falls, and when investors understand that no government is involved in about Bitcoin, the shining days will back.

But .. When?  Embarrassed
China wants to ban bitcoin in its country by hook n crook because they know that all the physical currencies will be vanished from the world if bitcoins take over the world.

Bitcoin has introduced a decentralized economic system which is challenging for the world’s strongest economic system and is a threat to them. But this will not affect bitcoin at all. Although fluctuations may also occur in prices bitcoins due to banning.

China didn't ban bitcoin. As far as I know, they ban ICOs and I am not sure if they also ban exchanger sites.
1809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [Bounty] Hash Rush Game — Signature & Translation Campaign. on: September 27, 2017, 05:26:09 AM
Hey,
I've already sent you my German translation of Whitepaper (v1), but on the Google Sheet I still got no stakes credited for my work Huh
Also changed avatar for signature bounty Cool
@Bdstar I joined the Signature Campaign, but why does not my name appear on the spreadsheet, do you need to approve? I joined Twitter Campaign too, will the rewards be distributed from which date when the ICO is finalized?

Just wait for the spreadsheets to update. There is this specific day that they update it but I forgot Cheesy @Gekkoo you can start posting as long as you had filled up the registration form and wore the appropriate signatures like you did.
1810  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 🔥🔥Contribute your thoughts on the recent Bitcoin drama. Your voice matters!🔥🔥 on: September 26, 2017, 08:40:43 AM
I chose not to believe the words of a person about a certain topic which he doesn't know. How do I know that he doesn't have enough knowledge with the topic? Simple, I listened and observed that crucial points are not touched.

I also believe that this two issues or drama like you said is not part of a joint grand scheme but rather it just so happens coincidentally.
1811  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regarding China on: September 26, 2017, 08:29:39 AM
As far as I know, China still acknowledge new found opportunities that Bitcoin had offered but regarding other cryptos would have a greater threat than what opportunity they can gave unlike Bitcoin which they recognize that the things it offers is much greater than wanting them to be in control or somehwat centralize it.

Amyway, China and other governments would not want to lose jurisdiction over these matters which is actually not since they can always implement strict KYC to the exchangers like ours and construct a department to specialize in any concerns regarding cryptoworld and chase those who are involve in money laundering since they can't truly escape the clutches of justice. Hence, I don't believe that a government (in general) would not lose its duty mandated by their constitution or what they are sworn to do.

It might be tricky embracing change but as we know that change is the constant thing here on Earth so all we have to do is face it and learn to adapt from it.
1812  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: September 25, 2017, 12:26:40 PM
We see sometimes bitcoin price increase or decrease. How I can predict whether bitcoin price increase or decrease.
Keep yourself updated with the news circulating around and the developments that are happening. You can predict price better thru technical analysis. Better watch a trading tutorial in youtube like this one.

Again, who controll this price.I appreciate if you kindly share your experience.
Control? The right word might be "determine." Who determine Bitcoin's price? It is us. If we explain it better, as the demand increases then so thus the price (a basic economical principle).
1813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get bitcoin every days? on: September 25, 2017, 12:18:46 PM
For the trading of bitcoin, I collect about 0.5 to 1 bitcoin per day =) hi
I will try to make more bitcoin to reach my dream
If you are really collecting 1 bitcoin per day then you are making other rich too because you don't know how the price going upward in these days because you are earning more in a day which is might not true or true well who cares.

I am envy right now.  I just earned 0.03 a day and thanks to signature campaign I owe it.  If you earn that much then you are one of the instant rich people because of bitcoin.  Well, I do not know how folks do it, they might be very good with it but to tell you the truth, I am just happy with the amount of bitcoin I earned.  It already gives me freedom with my finances.

as I know yobit signature campaign already over 1 year bounty thread is off and locked. whether in fact, it is still active? If Yes, yobit a great campaign because the has a daily payment.
the others way might require big capital to get bitcoin every day, such as trading and mining.
As far as I know, Yobit is still paying their participants everyday but they are no slots open. You can earn up to 0.006 a day with that i.e. if you are Sr. Member and above having 0.0003 per post and if max post is reached which is 20 then you'll get that max reward amount while he get the other 0.024 from other things.
1814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to get bitcoin every days? on: September 25, 2017, 12:07:34 PM
I think that there is an option called claiming faucets. It is also another type of wallet or kind of investment.
Faucets are not another type of wallet and they are not any kind of investment, rather waste of time, because you can use that time and do something productive which will give you money.
I agree. A waste of time if you can dedicate it to a far more worthy.

It is not much to earn but bitcoin is still bitcoin.
If you collect penny from street, would you call that money?
Yes. It is still money. A  dollar is made of cents so it is important and will gain more value if you accumulate it. The thing should is that why will you beg in the streets if there is a job that will give you a far more dollars and much more productive.

People can also just invest there or in any coin wallet to have some profits. Then in bitcoin people would really gain more money that way.
Name 1 wallet with investment option.
I guess I know what he wants to say. IIRC, there is this faucet where you will earn bitcoin everyday, everyweek (not sure) base on the amount of bitcoins stored in their website. I don't really do faucet and do this kind of things since it is not worth my time and I don't trust investment sites like what he described for example.
1815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining on: September 25, 2017, 11:55:47 AM
So whats the best way to mine bitcoin....
Bitcoin mining is different as you said, there are about three of them– solo mining, cloud mining and pool mining. From what I know, solo and pool mining is better than cloud mining.

If you get into cloud mining, you will be getting nothing. In cloud mining, you’re not even the one mining the Bitcoin, cause you’re not managing the hardware. You will earn nothing.
You are very much right. I think mining of Bitcoin is very much profitable for the one who does not how to do trading. Mining is actually a great idea. You need not to worry about the profit and all that stuff for some time. The way the market price of Bitcoin is increasing, mining is the best option.

Per the current difficulty rate mining Bitcoin cannot be profitable if you're just about starting. You might not even make an ROI on your investments in a year even with the latest Bitcoin mining hardware and so it's best to either trade ur buy bitcoins directly and hold them.

Yup! It is not Profitable to mine now a days because of the high value of bitcoin right now and if you are just starting to mine for it that is and if you are from a certain country that are very impossible to ROI then yes you can not earn because you will just accumulate expenses that earnings.

I agree and disagree to some point. It is actually nice to mine Bitcoin now that the price is increasing. On the other hand, in order for it to be profitable, you need to have a cheap electricity in your area which you wish to mine and it is better to loacte it in a cold environment so if you don't have this then better think twice.
1816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin the price $250,000 in the next 10 years on: September 25, 2017, 11:44:37 AM
what do you think about this prediction of co-founder of breadwallet aaro lasher the bitcoin's hit the price around $250,000usd in the next 10 years, how about you mates what is your opinion about this expection.
You should have had include the source or reference link. Anyway, I would say it is possible but I am kinda skeptical about this. I thing that's too much amount but who knows.

250K is something I don't agree with. May be one day but I don't think within 10 years. People were actually projecting viewing the almost always upwards growth of BTC in the last year. However, now is the time when BTC is actually taken seriously by Big Players. Expect the China Ban to be followed by various other governments. Also don't disregard the Banks, Financial Institutions, International Money Exchangers (e.g. Western Union, etc), Online Money Exchanger (e.g. PayPal, etc) as most of them will lost a major portion (if not all) of their business; as BTC removes the role of middle-man via Blockchain technology.

I believe BTC can evolve from all of the hurdles if it could resolve it's own issues. Three of them are

  • BTC transfer should be able to sent only to valid wallet addresses. I might be wrong but it seems if you enter a wrong wallet address (e.g. an ETH wallet), it goes through and ends somewhere in blackhole.
  • It should improve it's network congestion. There has been transfer delays of days in some cases. Generally, it has been hours in the last couple of months.
  • It should improve it's network fees. There has been increase in transfer fees which keeps evolving upwards. Meanwhile other currencies have lower cost and lightening transfers.

A good point. I agree. There are factors to be considered and surely will affect and decide the future of Bitcoin.
  • Yes. The address should be precise i.e. every character you input is correct and should be a Bitcoin address when you send bitcoin of course!
  • Constant development of Bitcoin is a must.
  • An issue that needs to be fixed is the tx fees. It should adjust as the Bitcoin's price increases.
1817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no role in real world on: September 25, 2017, 11:04:15 AM
I've read and understand your sentiment. You should not confuse Bitcoin and altcoins or any other cryptocurrency. The industry built in Bitcoin, of course, has a touch of real life despite that it is located in the cyberworld or online world. People had used bitcoin as a mode of payment in exchange or virtual or "real" things. Also, people who are unemployed had came to earn thru bitcoin which affects their lives and it "can" affect the economy -- it might not be in a direct way but indirectly it does.

It's kinda hard to accept new things or change(s) but let us be open minded and view it in a small and larger perspective "wholely."
1818  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing vs Trading and why? on: September 25, 2017, 04:12:27 AM
Just a newbie
I suggest you do not invest first, you can get token of a project for free just by like and share each post of their facebook page, it's good for you to understand about crypto currency rather than having to spend money.
Though he can try to learn trading but he should not throw huge amount of bitcoins. Read and learn is the best thing that a newbie can do and I suggest to learn here in bitcointalk.org but know what posts you should believe and not since information that each member gave is actually correct.
1819  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: free btc earning sites on: September 25, 2017, 04:07:31 AM
Faucets are free and takes less effort other than waiting which I highly don't recommend. Why not dedicate a little bit of your time and also effort like participating in signature campaigns or participating in video, signature, or any competition out ther. You might want to develop some certain skills like designing signature using bb code which will give you a far more decent profit than faucets.
1820  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which is the best cryptocurrency exchange on: September 25, 2017, 04:01:58 AM
Despite poloniex having a large volume, it doesn't have that much many coins but the coins listed there are good and you just need to choose what you want and no need for many shitcoins.. Try yobit. Or search at google for more.
