Can someone tell me how to earn XC from http://cryptoalts.com/ using my Gridseed setup, have about 50 mh/s to play with? Not making sense to me looking at the site as everything says you will earn Blackcoin or Mintcoin. I would think you would add this to your bat file: cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://uscent1.cryptoalts.com:3333 -u BJQdYzSKSDtM73iBuKpBcJpDU2JpacgdRa -p x But replace the black coin address with your XC addy. |

Check the block # in your client, if it is different than http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11Coin then you are on the forked chain -- you need resync your wallet from the masternode -addnode=162.243.109.24 -connect=162.243.109.24 this will force your wallet the correct chain Backup up wallet.dat, delete everything in %appdata%\roaming\X11Coin\ Then copy back wallet.dat to that folder run wallet x11coin-qt.exe -addnode=162.243.109.24 -connect=162.243.109.24 thanks, we need to convey this to the exchanges This is only for people who's block shown in wallet doesn't match what is shown on the block explorer http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11CoinCurrently 21013 Are pos blocks supposed to be coming in this slow? Yeah, someone mentioned earlier and they may be correct. It is like pos is still competing with pow. A few posts back some posted their get info from the debug console and the difficulty was still saying 5000+. Not sure what is going on but I am confident that the DEV is looking into it. Hold tight. Be patient. |

cryptoalts only 88% effective
Same here. 12-13% DOA is not acceptable. Read their FAQ on their website. I'm pretty sure it said to expect 10% doa since it is p2pool based I am only seeing 1% rejects, but I am running -g 2 and -Q 0 on all my GPU's. |

I'm not having any coin minted in the wallet when I have a decent amount of coins in it. Is this just bad luck or what ? Using the windows wallet released yesterday (27/05). Any help welcome. Cheers.
Last block was almost 10 minutes ago...doesn't seem right??? I don't now what you are saying but POS is enabled from start. The recap from the minting icon is frozen to "next reward is in 1 minute" forever as an example Another block just dropped in the block explorer. It just took a long time. Ok, thanks for your help. My wallet is acting strange. Keeps getting out of sync. Right now it says it's 6 blocks behind but I have 56 active connections. When it comes back to being up to date. The number of blocks doesn't change. |

net hash 500GH seriously? there is asic out there, i can't believe that this monster hash is from gpu only
net hash hit around 1000 gh/s last night even worse, the fact that the other 500 appear and disappear, lead to an x11asic test I'd say FPGA's, not ASIC's.. They're probably switch to the most profitable coin there is an X11 ASIC - I confirmed last night, not sure if that is what is being used but X11 is no longer asic resistant  I bet you will see all the X11 algorithm coins that are PoW hard fork to a new algorithm or change their PoW height if they are PoW/PoS. |

I dont think that will happen today, I expect the multipools to take their profits at some point around when PoW stops. Don't get me wrong I think it will recover in time but what has happened initially with other coins when PoW stops? Looking at the last 100 blocks, they were found in 1 hour 45 minutes. That includes PoS block which count in the 21,000 PoW blocks. At that find rate, with 334 blocks until 21,000, we should hit end of PoW in about 6 hours. |
