1801  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: blockchain transaction fee is too low - beware on: May 12, 2017, 02:32:07 PM
It's funny because you would think the point of using a web wallet is that I'm less tech savvy than most, but I want the transaction to go through in a reasonable amount of time.

Well if that is what you truly want, use electrum with default settings. Blockchain web ballet does not habe customizable fees and the fees they send with are too low for the current bitcoin network because of so many transactions done daily. It will take many days for the transaction to confirm probably, you can always try to spam the ViaBTC's tool if you have luck.
1802  Economy / Services / Re: Expert needed on: May 12, 2017, 01:30:35 PM
Hi there,

I need at least:
-Ethereum
-Litcoin
-Doge
-Dash

Thanks

By nodes you mean just standard nodes, or something more experienced like the nodes to accept JSON-RPC commands and custom scripts? I can handle this probably as long as it does not include programming, but let me know more details and i will take a look at it.

Just a suggestion,

sometimes people only see 3 Billion, and they forget the block reward is only 1 coin.
sometimes people lazy to read, and judge the total supply very very high without seeing current total supply on block explorer.

please remove max total supply 3 Billion from OP or give it a little explaination below 3 bill
this will very usefull to attract more people.

Yeah, i think that the small block reward is a good thing so we have slowly growing supply instead of all coins mined within few weeks.
The problem with most coins today are that, they are quickly mined until the total coin cap, and then they die pretty quickly.
1804  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: help unconfirmed tx 2days+ on: May 12, 2017, 10:56:33 AM
I haven't used the blockchain.info wallet myself, but I read its default fees aren't high enough to cope with today's overloaded network. Somebody said youhad to use its advanced mode to manually make it pay 270 satoshis/byte.

Any transaction with a fee lower than 270 satoshis/byte is unlikely to confirm quickly today.

The viabtc transaction accelerator might speedd up this transaction's confirmation.

Actually anything above 210sat/byte should confirm fairly quickly, there are not that many stuck under it.
If you check the picture, you will see that most of the transactions unconfirmed are  lower than 150sat/byte:

So my personal opinion is that if you pay 210sat/byte, the transaction should be confirmed within 1-2 blocks.

It was Blockchain  Sad
I suppose I was premature to assume malice over incompetence, but with Blockchain.info it's hard to tell the difference.

Yeah, yeah, nevermind, just tell me how to fix it Cheesy

How do I send a 100 micropayments with bitcoin o.o

Will they confirm eventually?

Hey! Here is some details to send to many addresses:

First, download electrum from https://electrum.org/

Then install it normally and create a new wallet.

After installation go to -> Tools -> Preferences and untick "dynamic fees" and tick "edit fees manually".

Then you are ready to send in many from tools -> pay to many

Then you just enter details like this, for example if you wanted to send 0.0001 BTC to 3 different addresses you would just enter like this:

Code:
1NspBbg7Lds4JjbALT8hDgcQW1mMC4CMkq, 0.0001
125197Mo4FVHtyo6QoCQZcgsQY6sM2FCV2, 0.0001
1PnGV7ZtBiTr6iwn3vmG6nPWLgRt5AiMLi, 0.0001

Hope i was of help!
1810  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.23 BTC loan with 130% CSGO Skins as collateral on: May 11, 2017, 11:15:03 AM
Guys be careful, CS:GO skins usually go for like 20-30% cheaper in trade for real money, so you should ask for atleast 150% collateral. If someone wants to fill this, fill free to ask me if the skins are worth the risk.
CS:GO skins however are not chargebackable.

Also OP, try bitskins, they send payment instantly as btc

150% would've been true months ago. However, the market has changed. Look through any liquid skins (high volume) on OPSkins and they are being sold at 80% market.
Thus, IMO 130% is fair although I could go up to 200% in collateral IF it is held by a trusted and mutually agreed escrow throughout the loan.

I rarely use Bitskins. While their payments are instant, it takes a longer time for sales due to it's lower traffic vs OPSkins.

Can you show us what you are offering for collateral?
I will report if it is worth for the lender or not.
But you do see my point, since the prices of skins are not that stable.
1811  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 0.23 BTC loan with 130% CSGO Skins as collateral on: May 11, 2017, 10:23:49 AM
Interesting. I always thought csgo skins could be "chargeback" or socially engineered to have it reversed. The more you know I guess lol, however I do not see it being worth much, especially for amount OP is asking for.

Steam trades are final, so if you get scammed on a steam trade or someone hacks your account and sends them to other account you cannot get them back at all. So if you are granting loans, feel free take steam items as a collateral. However i heavily suggest not accepting steam game gifts, since those can be easily be reverted from your account if the card it was bought with was stolen.
1812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: "Transaction does not exist?" on: May 11, 2017, 10:20:34 AM
Have I been scammed then?
Probably. The sender has plenty of time to double-spend those transactions before they confirm, at which point you'll know for sure you've been scammed.

I would need to cancel all my transactions and resend them?
How would I proceed with this?

The problem is with the first stuck transactions were paid a fee of 10% of the total amount sent, aka 0.00001BTC and can't be included in the accelerator
Later on I have increased the fee to 30% of the total amount which is good to include in the accelerator, however, I can't because the first transactions can't be entered.

What do I do?
They should confirm eventually, shouldn't they?  Huh

Which wallet are you using? Atleast electrum has a CPFP(Child Pays For Parent) which allows you to resend the transaction with higher fee if you are in control of the wallet u sent the BTC to.

1816  Economy / Lending / Re: LF loan on: May 10, 2017, 10:31:26 PM
Steemit is not not a valid collateral, swap into onto an altcoin lite Litecoin, Monero, Dash or Doge and you will get this loan approved much faster.
120%  of original loan amount is needed to grant so, swap around that and make a new offer. AS far as i know, steemit accounts are recoverable easily, which does not grant the lender any kind of safety nor collateral on the loan.
1817  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: 24 hrs + with 0 confirmations on transfer from Blockchain to CoinBase. Plz Help! on: May 10, 2017, 10:28:51 PM
Can you give us the TXID so we might help you more? without the TXID we cannot really know the fee and priority of the transaction whichi is needd for the estimation of the confirmation time.
Blockchain by default uses very low fee so i recommend wallet like electrum for a dynamic fee that is neede for a fast confirmation.

I recommend that you check out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0
From there you can see which campaigns accept Jr. Members, the pay is not that good until Sr. Member and you should have pretty high post quality, which you do not seem to have.
Please improve your post quality and then apply. Im pretty sure most campaign managers will not accept you with only few words per every answer, since  every campaign pretty much needs atleast 120 character post with constructive content.

Hey @iluvbitcoins! Does the mining tutorial include Nvidia and AMD miner setups or only one? I think if it includes both you should increase the payment amount.
Also im interested about doing a windows tutorial and possibly a tutorial ubuntu for too, as long as the payment is right Smiley Let me know!
Thanks, Onni

Ps. I only have an Nvidia card.

0.01BTC is around 20$ and 2 TOR will be worth a lot more Wink
I can give you 0.01BTC and 5 TOR, if that's okay Smiley
For windows and ubuntu tutorial on how to setup a miner on Nvidia cards?

Edit: please do reserve that spot for me if you are alright for it, i will complete the within 48 hours.

For Nvidia only, you'll get 2 TOR Tongue

For 0.01 BTC and 2 tor we have a deal for both operating systems. What do you say? Smiley also i want a reserved spot if i start making the videos.
