The only best luck i have ever got in gambling was few months ago where i been able to make $100+ worth of bitcoin starting with <$10 bitcoin but worst luck also just follow the same day where i lost all those $100 wining + $10 i have deposited and on top of that another $50 which i have deposited after i lost all those $110.

If you don't think you have enough skill to create this website than you better hire someone good at creating website but make it clear to him/her that what you need exactly. You can hire good web designer and developer in freelancer.

But if you don't like to spend for developer and think that you can make it yourself, than you can try to create and test it in your local server/your computer you don't need to have domain or have to pay for hosting just to test your site when you are developing it. I am using Xampp server to host test site in my computer for testing purposes you can try them, better to test first before you open site for public.

Talking about me i will be happy for even 10% or less profit per month if i can be sure that it is legit and long running platform. I have never thought keeping logs like this but i also think this is good idea and may help you manage your bankroll as well as you can also limit your losses. You will loss all you have if you loss 3-4 straight (depends on your bankroll) if you play like this. I have tried this before in bustabit but i get busted 6 times in a row even with 1.1x multiplier and i know it is same in dice too. However it will give you quite exciting feeling when you see your balance growing constantly to some point before you loss all of them.  

No any strategy will work on dice, better to play with random multiplier and bets you can afford to loss.
