Is it true that US citizens cannot participate? Seems I read about it somewhere here
US citizens are not allowed to participate. Are they only the ones who are not allowed here? Or other people from other country can't join too? Hope you respond as soon as possible admin. Also, what's the main reason why US Citizens can't participate? I dont understand why some other countries are restricted to participate in the ico. Are there any guidelines that they are following? It is because if you accept American customers, you accept American jurisdiction over your entire organization, which means that if you fail to follow their regulations you have the possibility to be in prison. This is why some ICOs doesn't accept US citizen due to this rule that they are implementing. Even so? Possibility to be in prison? That's a serious reason. Now it is clear why almost all ICOs forbid US citizens to participate. US and mostly China have low support for ICO so to protect their investors but who know maybe ethereum DIACO will eventually turn this around |

Maybe Atlantis will be the first project that will extract minerals based on the blochkchain. It will bring not only profit, but also popularity.
I am not sure if this is the first project who have this features, but hopefully they will become the first to make this kind of project successful in the near future. As far as I am here in the community, I see that Atlantis Blue is the first project that will be launching a mineral based platform. This is a good thing that they have their original idea. Having a unique concept in this project would surely be attracted and supported by many. Atlantis since from the very beginning posses the quality of being rare, making the project really promising in the future. Maybe getting some government approval and showing it here and also targeting some serious investors who knows the project value in private sells will drive others to invest since they will see its potential |

I guess having those bounty campaign also have a disadvantage towards the project, I don't know what are those.. But I'm certain it has a bad effect on the project.
It depends on the handling and the team most bounty to help acquire investors and lets not talk about the fact it create project awareness especially on social media is more like a marketing plan to me but yeah there is dumping and all but even actual investors do dump |

Do you plan to add languages to the site? it would have inspired an interest in the project among those who are not yet familiar with the concept of Kepler
Thats a very important addition to the website so that more people can understand the whole concept of this project. They just need to add the couple of most used languages anyway which is like five and they are already covering most of the world (chinese, russian, etc) I will say let them develop the project first before all these languages because they actually need the funding channeled to other features than languages the truth is this is a huge project it requires serious funding |

I think that at the very beginning no one thought that Veloks would have such success. Do I still have the opportunity to invest in the project? Or did I miss the time?
In my opinion you should wait a bit more. Wait for the price to drop a bit more, and then maybe consider buying it. Velox peaked at the middle of the may, and since then the price is going down. Who know if it will rise again. The price will rise mate. Velox project gained a lot of popularity since it started. And I guess the price of their token won't be going down because many investors are now joining on the project. However the market trends should also be good with no fall so then we can have a very good sign along with the potential investors to achieve big profits by reaching all the goals. Lets hope so but am sure that wouldnt depend on Velox as they dont control the price best case scenario they continue to develop well enough and that will help with price stability |
