1822  Economy / Economics / Re: If USD falls on: June 14, 2017, 03:57:59 AM
Dollar is the world currency, and as a reference in transactions between countries around the world. If the dollar falls, everything will have an impact, though it may be insignificant, as well as bitcoin, may have little effect on bitcoin, but it will still have an impact
not everyone uses dollars and bitcoin can be convert for other currencies. I think it only affects those who use the dollar in their every transaction and will not affect for btc value.
1823  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: June 14, 2017, 03:44:04 AM
anything can happen in the cryptocurrency of price reduction or price increase due to fluctuations where there is no certainty for the bitcoin price itself. worried that the possibility of a price drop to $1000 is there but the likelihood is small.
1824  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: June 14, 2017, 03:33:15 AM
You could invest your money into stocks where probably 5-10% is a good return in a year or yoo can get investment property and that really is the way in my opinion. Then you'll be making a nice passive income or be investing towards it in a meaningful way.

indeed passive income is necessary but home is an important need and rental costs will continue to drain his income. so stock is too heavy for OP and better investment property such as buying an apartment you can also live in your apartment.
1825  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: bitcoin sebagai sumber pendapatan? on: June 14, 2017, 03:20:37 AM

1826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin may not be number one for long on: June 13, 2017, 04:18:14 AM
I thought for sure it would take until the end of 2018 but it looks like this summer ethereum might pass it up. With the turmoil around BTC potential splitting, it might be very soon. IMO this is healthy, we will always value bitcoin for being the one that started it all, but it's time for a more dynamic and adaptable currency to take the lead.
I don't think so because we know when convert altcoin into fiat we have to exchange with bitcoin first and for some factor bitcoin is still the first. the one that start will always be the first.
1827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crime funded by bitcoin on: June 13, 2017, 03:59:10 AM
Since Bitcoin was ever released, I've thought of the possibility of this. Will crimes be easily funded now due to bitcoin and it's anonymity? How do you think the authorities will combat this? Will this lead to a decline in the price of bitcoin? I've had this on my mind for a while now and I would like to hear your guys opinions.
the bitcoin transaction is easy and anonymous too but the bitcoin ledger records all government transactions so for the evidence the crime itself is easy to find. just how the government knows the owner of bitcoin. bitcoin prices are determined solely through demand and supply if you think the crime committed by bitcoin users could reduce the demand for bitcoin decline in the price of bitcoin can happen.
1828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin? on: June 13, 2017, 03:21:21 AM
While Bitcoin there are a few scaling options, it appears that a number of Bitcoin investors have been switching to Altcoins, and may not switch back to Bitcoins any time soon .
What will happen if investors continuously switch to altcoins? Will bitcoin crash ?
is there any evidence that bitcoin investors are switching to altcoin? bitcoin still has more potential for an investment than altcoin a high prices, volume as well as users.
1829  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Apa Yang Terjadi Jika INDONESIA Akui BITCOIN Sebagai Alat Pembayaran Yang Sah? on: June 11, 2017, 04:15:31 AM
1830  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Info Signature Campaign | Last Update : 10 Juni 2017 on: June 11, 2017, 04:03:46 AM

wew 3 btc , mahal banget koin nya

1831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do you bet on HORSE RACING? on: June 10, 2017, 03:56:04 AM
hey guys

I would like to try my hand at horse racing bets.
what, in your opinion, might be the best websites I could start with? I mean bets in either BTC or traditional currencies.

what has been your experience with such websites so far: the best odds, pros and cons, promotions, withdrawal processing time etc.

many thanks! cheers
I only know directbet and I've also tried it but to find some information about horse racing it's very hard. I don't quite understand and try just by having small ods and wishing good luck.
1832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Monero? on: June 10, 2017, 03:49:35 AM
That will be bad idea, you should accept multiple altcoins because monero community is not quite strong right now so you may not get enough players. But along with bitcoin you can accept multiple other alts with inbuilt exchange features.
He probably only wants to offer Monero because of the anonymity aspect perhaps?

OP, I think it will definitely be difficult to attract enough players with Monero alone, I would at least add some other altcoins to the website.
Dash perhaps?

What if he attaches a mini exchange to the gambling website where whatever Altcoin or Bitcoin you have in your possession could be exchanged for monero before you place your bet ? I think that will work because unlike ShapeShift you wouldn't be charged for the conversion but the amount will be in monero equivalent as it was in your other Altcoin.
That could work indeed, but it's a whole different ballgame to also run an exchange aside with a casino and you'd need a way bigger investment for that.

I mean it's not impossible, Crypto-Games recently implemented an option to exchange Bitcoins and altcoins, but only after operating for a few years.
including the mini exchanger might help but that would only make it more complicated. especially without a fee convert it will only harm your site. for example if winning bets they will gain monero profit and exchange it to bitcoin without fee. it's better to add a bitcoin or another altcoin as a bet without a mini exchanger.
1833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is winning the Race - Bitcoin or Paypal? on: June 10, 2017, 03:36:34 AM
There is no race cause both serve different purposes, some people seem to think bitcoin is competiting against USD, others say its against paypal and others still think its against gold. In reality everything has its own purpose and none can replace the other.
Yes, I agree with you. Each currencies, whether digital or real one, have their own purpose. So i think there is no race when we talk about bitcoin or paypal because Each one serve different purposes like you said.
I'm also a little confused as to why people always compare those who basically have different purpose. although in this case bitcoin is superior because of anonym bitcoin transactions and some gamblers prefer anonym for some reason. but paypal can also be superior to bitcoin in some things.
1834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New way and this works fine for me on: June 10, 2017, 03:25:54 AM
I've been in a few months making bookkeeping for every deposit / withdrawal i did. Sounds a bit stupid but I feel the benefit of it all. Like I can resist my desire to gamble after loss much or after get huge wins. did you wanna try my way  Wink
keep record of all the gambling you're doing it is good you are more able to control yourself not to gamble excessively if you look at your record. I'd rather manage my bets because to seeing my notes that most likely lose it's hurts.
1835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your gambling experiences : before and after bitcoins. on: June 10, 2017, 03:16:36 AM
before I got to know bitcoin and using fiat as gambling bets it's was very complicated to gamble on online sites using fiat so i don't gamble too much. when I get to know bitcoin on easy transactions and there's gambling site accept bitcoin so I often gambling.
1836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How test a new gambling site? on: June 09, 2017, 02:33:55 AM
Hello guys!

I am new here and i will like to learn from all of you! So...here is the question. Which is the best way to test a new gambling site? No Deposit Bonus? How much do you need? I have seen also somes sites offering Play Money. Is Play Money enough? Trust is really important before making your first deposit.

Thanks in advance!  Grin
if you have checked the provably fair site and how their users react or maybe check the casino forums. you have to do is try deposit and play on the new site the usually the new site gives a nice deposit bonus.
1837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do N00b gamblers "Level Up"? on: June 09, 2017, 02:27:14 AM
in a sportsbook you should have more experience for level up such as making an analysis of all your match also dare to take risks. if you are confident with your match analysis by putting a big bet and then your skills-based will increase.
1838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From faucet to thousands on: June 09, 2017, 02:09:24 AM
Well it can be done with using the sats you earned from the faucet and sending them to an exchange for trading Altcoins which I did and have now built up a nice portfolio of close to 10k just from starting with faucets. Take 1337 coin for example I used to buy this coin with my Doge and LTC faucet earnings and have over 7 million coins now worth around 1k in BTC and this is just one example as I have also traded some low value coins and waited for them to go up which most have recently and sold them for a nice profit. It just takes time and patients.
Uhh. Did you just recommend withdrawing sats from faucets to exchanges? Really? Have you tried going to casinos, I am guess you have not ever been in a casino, have you?

You have to reach a certain amount before you can even withdraw the money. Recommending to withdraw it to an exchange is stupid since that is impossible.
yep there is minimum withdrawal from faucet and to reach the minimum withdrawal usually takes a long time (usually 1 mbtc). in trading not necessarily you can get profit. expensive fee is one of fact the bitcoin faucet just wasting your time.
1839  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: June 08, 2017, 03:12:47 AM
I have sent BTC yesterday but one day passed it is not confirmed, I have raised mining fee, this sucks.
you should use the default transaction fee or commonly recommended. already some people have similar problems with op because it's bitcoin is having difficult things about the transaction. but to think bitcoin will die not in my brain for now bitcoin still has many users and the price is high.
1840  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Penemu Bitcoin Bukan Satoshi Nakamoto on: June 08, 2017, 03:00:33 AM
