Check if the site is using provably fair service and if you don't know how to do it, read about how it works first and at least check if you're getting a fresh seed every time.

Well, that's true. The easiest way, for me, is that I search it here in Bitcointalk, to see if there's something that is needed to be researched on. Usually, if the site is legitimate, the casino would post their own thread here and probably start a signature campaign to help them attract more members for their site. That's one way to tell it.

In case he don't want to wait for other people to give a shot and make review , then what should he do?

I think you were launching or testing a gambling sites .
