18221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fees are too low! on: September 06, 2017, 04:15:03 AM
Here's the proof dude:

Unbelievable. Bitcoin was supposed to me a more affordable option when compared to Visa, PayPal and Western Union. Now Bitcoin is charging as much as 30 times the standard fees of PayPal. I don't know whether this can go on forever or not.
18222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the relationship between China's ban on ico and market prices on: September 06, 2017, 03:32:57 AM
why after the Chinese government forbids ico, the state of the market so immediately changed, whether the influence or the relationship between china and decision

China is jealous of Bitcoin as it's been a better performer than its economy, it has done it again, first with the exchanges when the price was high and then with the banning of the Ico. Well they may say it's for good but we all know they can't see Bitcoin succeeding, I feel it's a welcome move as price dropper people brought and made merry all round. But I feel the fear is all but over, prices have rebounded sharply back.

If they were really jealous about Bitcoin, then they wouldn't allow private companies to set up gigantic bitcoin mining farms across China. Also, a large portion of the mining equipment manufacturers are based in China, and the government doesn't seems to have a problem with it.
18223  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: September 06, 2017, 02:11:52 AM
I have mixed feelings about death penalty. Hate doesn't solve anything on the one hand and it can bring lots of
On the other hand, it has a cost for the country and most of the jails in the world are over crowded. Why should we take care of some murderers?

Death penalty is not a solution for jail over-crowding. Removing one or two inmates don't make the jails more comfortable. The only solution is to build more jails where more prisoners can be accommodated. Also, death row inmates remain in jail for up to 30 years, before the execution is carried out.
18224  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Hillary Clinton Trustworthy? on: September 06, 2017, 02:03:52 AM
I don't trust Hillary, but she's definitely better than this old idiot Trump. America has never elected the President of these idiots. I'm sorry, but this time the Americans of two evils choose the more. The American dominance in the world is in decline.

Nope. Trump is not perfect, but he is far better than the warmonger Hillary. And one thing which I have noticed till now is that Trump has managed to lower the federal debt, and the mainstream media has remained mum on this.
18225  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The world without leaders? on: September 06, 2017, 01:24:06 AM
Without leaders in the world, chaos will happen. You need to have at least one leader for the whole world, if not for each country separately. But the leader needs to choose the honest who will fairly manage.

It is not possible to chose a single leader for the whole world, because it is not possible. Can you imagine the same ruler administering over countries such as United States and the United Kingdom on the one hand, and nations such as the North Korea, Syria, and Iran on the other? So IMO, what we need is separate, but strong leaders for each of the nations.
18226  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Global Warming Real? on: September 06, 2017, 01:21:17 AM
The global warming is real and that it is true as of now we feel always storm and earthquake even a tsunami in the other places it is because of global warming, because of that also our ozone layer now have a hole because of the factories that smoke come up to the air.

Earthquakes and Tsunami can't be cause by global warming. Earthquakes are solely caused by tectonic movements, and global warming plays no role in this. Tsunamis are also triggered by submarine earthquakes, and once again these events are also not influenced by global warming. And regarding the ozone hole, harmful chemicals such as HFCs are responsible.
18227  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: September 06, 2017, 01:16:19 AM
As long as you do not drink excessively it will be good for your health, but if you drink excessively it will damage your body bit by bit, If you drink only for once a week in my opinion it is not a mistake, it will not have an impact at all for your health ..

Even drinking daily is OK, as long as the quantity is limited to 20 ml or 25 ml. Contrary to what some researchers say about it, there is no health benefit in drinking alcohol (perhaps with the exception of wine), no matter what the quantity is. Even consuming moderate amounts of alcohol can cause a strain on the liver, although the effect may be negligible.
18228  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why can not Japan launch a Korean rocket? on: September 06, 2017, 01:07:50 AM
This is not a new variety of their missile. They are just repeating the missile launches using the already known missiles. Japan did the right thing by practicing restraint. Kim Jong Un don't care about his own people. Shinzō Abe can't afford that luxury.

You're right. Kim is an attention seeker and is consistently provoking the us and other countries with missile tests though they know for a fact they won't survive an hour if the us and it's allies decide to bite. Any country who'd play kim's is risking to start a nuclear war and i think the other leaders know it.

I wouldn't put the blame solely on North Korea. The role being played by the United States is not a positive one. The Americans are also harming the peace and stability of the region by conducting military exercises so close to the Korean border.
18229  Economy / Economics / Re: China will become Super Power ? on: September 05, 2017, 06:08:26 AM
China is already a superpower and they may be the third most powerful country after the United States and Russia. But the major disadvantage for the Chinese is regarding their military hardware. Their technology is ages behind that of the United States and Russia. There is hardly any innovation in China. Most of the time, they are plagiarizing technology from others.
18230  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 05, 2017, 06:03:58 AM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
Both. They are all sources of wealth after all. Who doesnt want them anyway? I mean, they would go up as time passes by

I agree with you. Owning both the assets is the best thing to do. It will reduce the risks, as gold is a stable asset. Also, it will increase the chances of good returns as Bitcoin is a very volatile form of investment. But both will need separate type of storage, as Bitcoin is a digital asset, and gold is a physical asset. But you can overcome this challenge by storing Bitcoin in hardware wallets.
18231  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: September 05, 2017, 05:50:38 AM
I guess now a lot of guys will put up their hand in favor of stable prices, as the exchange rate is going down. But when the prices are increasing everyday, no one wants a stable prize. As I pointed out, both are having its own advantages and disadvantages. The merchants would prefer a stable exchange rate,  while the traders will be happy with a more volatile valuation.
18232  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has defeated gold on: September 05, 2017, 05:43:49 AM
yes I also think that bitcoin has defeated gold because now it is more profitable to invest money in bitcoin instead of gold.

Let's see what happens now. After the news of the Chinese ICO ban came out, Bitcoin has dropped by more than 10%, and many of the altcoins have dropped by as much as 15% to 25%. I am afraid that this is just the start of a long downward journey. Or it can be the last opportunity to purchase Bitcoins at prices below $4,000 per coin.
18233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese government banned all of ICOs on: September 05, 2017, 05:23:14 AM
I'm sure people are monitoring the price and this event, kinda different from all the events or news from the past but I'm sure Bitcoin will get back for sure we have been to this so many times before what makes this different is the government of China now showing restrictions

Bitcoin has always been tricky business in China. In the early days, it was really difficult to set up crypto-currency exchanges. So many of the exchanges moved to other jurisdictions such as Hong Kong and Macau. But now the Chinese government is a bit more accommodating. They are allowing mega Bitcoin mining farms and several exchanges to operate legally.
18234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Almost All Cryptocurrency have fallen on: September 05, 2017, 05:20:26 AM
Yes almost all cryptocurrency is going down this day maybe it's effect from china banned ICO, but it's great moment too, to hold some altcoin at low prices if you want.
I just hope it's not the end of cryptocurrency

If you remember properly, the big slide in 2013 December was caused by rumors from China about a possible Bitcoin ban. The prices slid from $1,230 per coin in 2013 to almost $200 per coin in 2016. I just hope that this time it is not going to repeat. Are we prepared for an 80% decline in the exchange rates? I really doubt that we are.
18235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to take keep your BTCs 100% safe? on: September 05, 2017, 05:10:24 AM
Blockchain.info wallets are not 100% secure. Even if 2FA is enabled, a key logger can steal your login information and steal your coins. I think that the only wallets which are 100% secure against theft are hardware wallets such Trezor and Ledger.
18236  Other / Archival / Re: In China, banned the ICO, the market reacted by a fall of 30 billion on: September 05, 2017, 04:29:48 AM
I don't understand this. What is the connection of ICO with Bitcoin price? ICOs are initial offerings of altcoins, right? IMO, the exchange rates should have gone up rather than going down by this much. Bitcoin may even slip below the $4,000 mark.
18237  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the Most Peaceful Countries? on: September 05, 2017, 04:19:31 AM
Greenland. Low population. Plenty of land. Practically no crime. Then Iceland because It has no standing army. And the only time it's ever gotten involved in war is when it has been attacked.

What are you going to do with all that barren land and glaciers in Greenland? It is not suitable for any sort of agricultural or industrial activity. However, some people predict that as a result of global warming, vegetable farming may be made possible in Greenland in the distant future.
18238  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: September 05, 2017, 04:16:18 AM
Murder is bad and I will not do it no matter who orders me to do it. A person must protect a person, let alone his family, which he created to take care of her and to love her as she is.

I completely agree with you. There is nothing more evil than someone murdering his own child. How can anyone harm his own flesh and blood? And murdering little children is something which even the most barbaric of the terrorists would do.
18239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: September 05, 2017, 04:11:52 AM
I am against it. We are not the ones who should take someone's life. I know some crimes deserve it but still we can't decide who is to live.

Bad people needs to be isolated from the society. And the human rights activists consider death penalty as a more humane punishment when compared to life without parole. So there is no need to oppose the death penalty.
18240  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea Self Advertising Through Missile Tests - For Tourists In Future on: September 05, 2017, 04:10:00 AM
North Korea manages to remain in the news, but definitely newer sanctions will be imposed on that country, wrecking the already dying economy. And I have a feeling that this time the sanctions will be supported by Russia and China as well.
