I agree with the death penalty but it should have a proper study before it should be implemented because death penalty can be used in a bad manner or in a wrong way. If there's a convict we should see to it that he/she is the right suspect.

Indeed. It boils down to making sure that the person to be executed is really guilty or not. It would basically be plain murder if death penalty is implemented and innocents are being put to death instead of the guilty ones

yes, we need death penalty for a crime like murder, rape and etc. but we must have an evidence before we use death penalty, we dont need false accusations.

For example for rape, terrorism, serial kills, etc ...
Except that the prison is well enough for any other crime commited.

No one have the right of take the live of anybody, but what do you think is the most way to stop the criminal's who is accustomed to killing or raping? 
 the bad sistem of justice of many countries, make people think about this often and they look this like a way of resolve that big problem, since most of the time only  put them in prison for years does not solve anything but convert this in a school of crimes for them (Like in my country).
This method is failed when is executed an innocent person (as a boy said on the first page of the post) or when is used in wrong way.
But yes, i agree in part with this, because is necessary...

I agree, I think they need to "suffer" for a while but some criminals need die a day in them know the date and the way so they do not stop counting the days in the calendar...

I am against it. We are not the ones who should take someone's life. I know some crimes deserve it but still we can't decide who is to live.

Bad people needs to be isolated from the society. And the human rights activists consider death penalty as a more humane punishment when compared to life without parole. So there is no need to oppose the death penalty.

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.

If based on the bible? hmm I can not agree. But if it is for the good of the country? I agree for the good of everyone and to reduce the sinner in the world but if the person wants to change? let them give it time or time to prove that they want to make a change. In the constitution others agree but there are others who do not believe in written writings that are prohibited to kill fellow human beings. But for me? It's okay to just get the law out of the way, the country is more beautiful and peaceful if we can work together help people to change .

I don't agree with the death penalty before but what happen in the world you may see on the news their is a lot of people who murder, who rape and now I agree for the death penalty to punish all the people who do murder and rape people who is innocent.

For me, death penalty is not something to be scared of, it is something that would bring security to people. I mean, criminals would think twice if not really hard, if they would commit a crime or not. And the people can would be complacent to walk outside without the fear of being stabbed or being kidnapped and many more. As I see it, death penalty is helping people to live not to die.

but what happens if the death penalty is imposed on an innocent person? this would be a loss or a severe punishment that was misplaced, probably all knowing. the political world is always full of color with the drama going on inside it

I think that the death penalty should only be given out to those who are definitely guilty and do agree that it has been given out to people that may not have been proven 100% guilty and that is wrong as mistakes can be made. But if someone is beyond a doubt guilty they should be given the death sentence instead of life in prison.

I totally agree with you, but i still support death penalty only for heinous crimes like rape and murder, yet only if the country has a fair justice system, and a government as well. Why? Because people nowadays do not fear the law because of the government's undisciplined ruling system. If people fear for their life, they will think twice before doing a crime. Still, we cannot hide the fact that death penalty is a better way to descipline countrymen

It seems to me that such a situation with such an approach, a tooth for a tooth, eye for eye, turns man into an animal. We are already fed up with agrisi and murders all over the world. It is necessary to show virtue and not to kill.
