pour fonctionner, les programmes "doivent" avoir accès à des zones spécifiques du système.
ces zones sont gérés avec des droits utilisateurs.
si le programme n'arrive pas à enregistrer ses (les siennes) là où il voudrait ... il ne démarre plus ensuite.
la gestion des droits est détruite par les utilitaires de nettoyages et autre malwarebyte machin-chouette (sauf 2 outils isolés et ayant été rachetés par cette boite) ainsi que par la restauration système (1-3-7 jours aavant un problème).

 corrompue. ça arrive des fois ... genre le Windows est tellement mitraillé aux utilitaires de tout genre que même l'antivirus veut plus s'installer. bonne chance pour remettre en route les gestions de droits ou les services interrompus (manuels au lieu d'auto). donc, réinstalle total et tu donnes plus le PC à quelqu'un d'autre. tu sauras pourquoi maintenant.
