He's talking about Yajaira aka PuertoLibre the habitual liar.  He's a down and out 56 year old computer "repair" man that runs his shop (QuickFix Computers), who "Only sporadically posts in the BFL threads"*

* For definitions of sporadically that are > 85% (17 of 20 threads).

According to you, anyone that calls you out on your lies is a habitual liar and/or an idiot with no reason to even get up in the morning. Your constant unprofessional attacks on others does nothing to mask your own failure to deliver or level with your investors, so please answer Mooc Tals question above. I've asked you the same question again and again since fall of last year and have received nothing save personal attacks in response. Put aside the personal attacks and posturing for 5mins and tell us...how was there any chance of BFL delivering in 2012 knowing what we now know about the progress(or lack thereof) with BFL's chips?

Finally I seem to have gotten a real answer from Avalon regarding our order.

BitSyncom,

Do you have a timetable to confirm and add early batch 2 orders(Feb2-3) to your website? It's not comfortable having no order # and nothing to confirm receipt of payment other than a BTC transaction ID. Also nothing to confirm a correct shipping address. Thx.

This will probably have to wait until batch 1 finishes shipping. Once you have gotten word from walletbit that your "payment" is good you can pretty much rest easy because we will be working together to cross check our records.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=146451.0

...as I have a valid walletbit receipt for this guest transaction I feel a good deal more at ease about our order. Hopefully we will see some movement on batch 2 orders in the near future.

I was unable to get our primary rig shifted to LTC mining prior to travelling, but all GPUs have been crunching BTC over the weekend. There was a problem with the 6870 in that rig coming up sick after starting CGMiner with scrypt enabled. I didn't have sufficient time to work out the issue and didn't want it crashing and restarting over and over, so I set it to BTC mining to be safe. It was happy mining with scrypt on 2.1.0, so perhaps a downgrade from 2.1.5 will get it going. I'll have more time to look into it Monday morning.
1843  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] Community Exchange with DRIP, YUBIKEY, GAUTH [HTTPS://BTCT.CO] on: March 03, 2013, 06:00:43 PM
BTCT.CO automatically issues a shareholder report to asset issuers every 12hrs so even if the exchange disappeared overnight the GLBSE fiasco would not be repeated. Asset issuers would have only to check their inbox for a list of email addresses to contact with share information.
1844  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [AVALON] - I got my ASIC Thread (Batch #2) on: March 03, 2013, 12:30:38 AM

IS Batch #3 Ready for Order ??

Are we ready to take in more money? Always.
Are we ready to take orders for batch #3? No.

The Avalon is wireless capable.
1847  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Batch #1 Ships on: March 01, 2013, 04:31:50 PM
Are there still people who haven't had their order confirmed by Avalon from Batch #2?

Yep. Four support tickets in since 2/4 and not a single response from Avalon, save the automated "we've received your inquiry" mumbo-jumbo. My account shows no recent orders, though walletbit confirms payment receipt and batch #.
1848  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: March 01, 2013, 02:33:49 PM
Travelling today so dividend will be paid out early.

Also as BTC difficulty is re targeting today @ nearly 20% higher I am going to switch at least some of our GPUs to LTC mining which should roughly maintain our current dividend level, though I'm still less effective at squeezing hashes out of the GPUs while scrypt mining. Seems I'd better get better at it in a hurry. Smiley

This pic of batch 1 Avalon units being prepared for shipping was posted today by BitSyncom:

Though ours is an early batch 2 order it's still good to see something coming out of Avalon.

Have a great weekend everybody.
1849  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon will ship 290 units by tomorrow, correct? on: March 01, 2013, 07:31:03 AM
OK, we can pretty sure that they did not ship 50+ miner one month ago. Yifu seems was lying about the shipping status.

Dishonesty seems to be a pre-requisite for ASIC vendors...unfortunately.
1850  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: New BFL update. 25 February 2013. on: March 01, 2013, 07:29:43 AM
I was under the impression that their overly complex 1/3 plan was for first month orders only, wasn't the little single introduced much later anyway?

Yep, but some people upgraded from Jalapenos to Little Singles, so the 1/3 upgrade thing applies because you hold your original order date when you upgrade.  No new Little Single orders will ship in the first batch, though.

Quote
BFL will produce X number of units per type (Jalapeno, LittleSC, SingleSC, Minirig SC) (We do not yet know how many X will be).

We will then ship:

1/3 of X number of units to those that ordered NEW orders.
1/3 of X number of units to those that ordered UPGRADED orders.
1/3 of X number of units will be randomly selected, based on order number, from all the orders received between June 23rd 2012 and July 22nd 2012.

For example, if we have 27 units of Jalapeno's, 18 Units of Single SC and 9 units of MiniRig SC, we would ship:

Jalapeno:

9 units to people who made orders for new equipment, starting with the lowest order number.
9 units to people who made orders for an upgrade for the pack of Jalapeno's coming from a Single.
9 units would be shipped to a randomly selected set of order numbers placed in the first month of pre-orders.

Single SC:

6 units to people who made orders for new equipment, starting with the lowest order number.
6 units to people who made orders for an upgrade from a Single, starting with the lowest order number.
6 units would be shipped to a randomly selected set of order numbers placed in the first month of pre-orders for the Single SC.

Minirig SC:

3 units to people who made orders for new equipment, starting with the lowest order number.
3 units to people who made orders for an upgrade from a Minirig, starting with the lowest order number.
3 units would be shipped to a randomly selected set of order numbers placed in the first month of pre-orders for the Minirig SC.

The numbers above are all hypothetical and we have not determined the actual quantity that will be shipping in the first batch. We are still assessing how many units we are able to assemble per day and how many we will have already assembled and tested prior to our first shipment.

Some people wonder why we are doing it this way. We are shipping it this way, instead of piecemeal because the first people to receive BFL ASIC technology will have a decided advantage for a maximum of 2016 blocks. We want to avoid giving preferential treatment to any given segment of the mining community, providing a level and fair playing field for as many people as possible. We also want to distribute our technology as widely as possible so that no single entity can gain a potentially threatening amount of hashing power that may lead to an abuse of the bitcoin network or blockchain.

** Since the "Little" Single SC unit is a new product, not included in the first preorder phase, all SC orders up to and including orders placed on September 30th, 2012 will be assembled and shipped prior to shipping any NEW orders of the "Little" Single SC. UPGRADE orders will be shipping in the order received for your original order that you upgraded from, 1/2 for FIFO and 1/2 random from all orders.

Yes, it's overly complex.

lol

Forgot about the upgrade options, that was compounded when they upgraded the speed of the single, little single, and minirig a greater percentage than the lowly jalapeno.

Man what a nightmare.

No one has anything they need done at all?

My kid's car has an input turbine speed sensor circuit malfunction. How are you with Mazda automatic transaxles?

That 5000 will turn into less than 4000 when the defective chips are excluded. So yeah, after all this time waiting a whole lot of people are just going to be waiting moar and they'll be understandably displeased.
Care to explain why you expect the BFL chips to have a 20% failure rate?
Umm...you want me to explain wafer defects?

Their competition didn't go with 110 and 130nm for their first products because they mistakenly thought higher numbers were better. Wink
I understand they expect some chips to fail, but don't you think 20% is a bit high?

For a first run 65nm product...nope, not at all.

Just like the thickness of sheet metal--the higher the gauge, the thinner the metal.

I feel like I double-aught to know what you're talking about, but the wine is clouding my neurons. Smiley

I'd consider it *IF* you hadn't tarnished the good name of my favorite comic book character.

Dude my last name is Batt, no joke. I also give cave tours as a summer job that i've had for 8 years. So i am a batt that works in a cave.

LOL That's GOLD! Grin
