1841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Antshares/ NEO [NEO] on: September 27, 2017, 06:15:14 PM
I must have missed something these past few days, what on earth is going on with NEO? It went to the moon, then back to earth, now going back to the moon again. Any reason for the sudden price hike?

basically the china fud died down, and the anticipation for the red pulse ico went up, as well as overall hype and trust in Neo (cause lets face it, its one of the best coins out there)

I think the main reason for Neo to be pumped is that it gets added to Korean exchanges. You remember what the Korean did with Monero last month.

Yes I forgot about that one, it's more important than I realised

Alot of trolls here. I believe in this project and soon when a new feature will be released it will soar

Trolls and critiques are not the same thing. I believe as an investor I have the right to complain when the devs fail to do the utmost simple things, like communicate with us, being transparant, giving updates (even if its once a week), start bounty campaigns, ... They expect to succeed by having a good product, but in this age of innovation you need a lot more than that. Marketing moves the masses, not the products themselves
1845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WaltonChain WTC on: September 27, 2017, 02:47:38 PM
Is there a downtrend after the nice up last 24 hours?

No trend, but what goes up must come down sooner or later, it's only healthy behavior in a steady uptrend. We'll close october at over 10$ no doubt

Thanks for your quick reply. I will hold my coins Smiley like the 10$ target ☺️

No problem, but also do your own research to be safe  Grin

1847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DIMEcoin on: September 27, 2017, 01:58:33 PM
when dime is in 1$ reach.

and is there is a swamping process wnhen new dime coin genrate?

plz help  i m  new in bitcoin forum

DIME will never in a billion years reach 1$, not even 0.01$. The amount of coins is waaay too high, the usability waaay too low compared to other coins. It can however reach 0.0001$, which would be x100 compared to current trading prices (don't believe CMC, I have no idea where they get their info but they're wrong)
1848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: September 27, 2017, 01:31:56 PM
46,604.005367806638160776 Ether

47,115 now, but still a long way to go to the next milestone. I highly doubt they'll even get to 60.000 ETH tbh
1849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best ICO in September on: September 27, 2017, 01:13:31 PM
centra become best ICO on September. For October I recommend Datum, Paypie, Napoleon and utrust
i also see centra in promoted by floyd myweather in facebook account, saw many people follow the floyd, i'm sure there will be many people who glance centra and maybe invest in centra because of mayweather effect, it looks like other ico can do the same thing with hire celebrity to raise the investment fund they want to get

Floyd also promoted stox and it didn't do too bad after release
seeing Centra and stox have huge funds by hire celebrity it proves that dev from centra and stox have seriousness in developing, deploying and running the projects they offer, so I think from this, I can make sure that centra and stox will have lots investors and have a good thing going forward, lets wait

They might have just given them a few million coins, like a bounty campaign
1850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WaltonChain WTC on: September 27, 2017, 12:26:20 PM
Where can I get regular updates and read about this in English?

Right here, but their twitter, reddit, and other social media are great too
1851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - ARTEMINE ICO NOW LIVE on: September 27, 2017, 11:47:12 AM
Dev's comment "Regarding the Minereum World app we have been working quietly in the last months." implies that they are purposely a bit quiet UNTIL they have something cool and real stuff to present for us all. I think that this is a good and certain way to deliver products when you really have finished product what to present.

By that time the majority of investors will have moved their money to different coins. Minereum will end up with a decent product but hardly any backers I'm afraid. their roadmap also only shows they're working on the app and the lottery, but no info on how they're gonna do it, who they're working with, nothing. I don't think that a good way to run a business.
1852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Change - The First Decentralysed Crypto Bank [ICO September 16th] on: September 27, 2017, 11:35:25 AM
CAG rocks, they raise so much money in short time, I think they will raise 100k ETH eventually, let us see.

I hope so they will get succeed to raise more than 100k ETH still 19 days left to invest into this ICO. This is life changer project investors has chance to make big profit in future when the service will start working.

They're not gonna get over 60.000 ETH, they're barely getting 1000 ETH a day. Hopefully they can continue their plans with 140.000 eth less than what they planned on raising

Its a good article but the coverage is not really significant, as it doesn't explain Datums role in the grand scheme of personal data retail
1854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties - how do they work? on: September 27, 2017, 10:39:23 AM
Does anyone have experience doing this, like how much coins did you get, how long did it take for you to get them, does the project need to reach its hardcap or not, ... I'm supporting Change Bank because it's the only project I've ever seen that could effectively cause mass global adoption (over 10% of the global population) in less than a decade, but I'm curious how this campaign works cause I've never done this before

The amount you get basically depends on the allocated distribution depending on what campaign you are joining, and sometimes I get them right after the ICO. They are found usually on the first page of the bounty thread and tell you when they possibly distribute the reward. For the hard cap or soft cap it is mostly found on the website, and you also read the white paper so you would know how much is their target.

Thanks!
1855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of ICO ban in China on: September 27, 2017, 10:38:38 AM
Their ban was powerful, made bitcoin dumped to 3000 usd, but now it is 3700 usd again. They can't prevent the future.
Of course the Bitcoin market will not be collapsed by Chinese people and I'm sure if China disappeared then the cryptoucurrency market will probably be more stable and will have a good future development path.
They don't have all of bitcoins, that's why their ban just temporarily affecting the market, they're now barely have capital more than 20% of total supply, all the money went to many countries with loose rules.
this ban also bring negative and positive affect to china themselves.
by this i'd say, bitcoin is a top notch future currency.
It's more of a group decision that they have in the higher courts. China can't remove the ico's from the people because there's ways around it their laws.

Read this and ask yourself whether or not this piece of shit country wouldn't go to extreme lenghts to enfore its bans
http://nypost.com/2016/01/03/how-chinas-pregnancy-police-brutally-enforced-the-one-child-policy/

Now i'm not saying this ban is problematic in the long run, because cryptos cannot be stopped, but saying that people will find ways around laws is a little shortsighted when talking about a country that bans and fights everything it doesn't like, controls or understands

shortsighted? people can already easily get around the great firewall of china with a vpn no problem, yet you act as if people will have more problems using bitcoin, ok yeah sure

You clearly are a rational guy, but you forget the vast majority of investors are emotional traders. If more people would look at this situation the way you do, there would be no panic sell offs. But that's not the case. I know for a fact a ton of Chinese investors invest in ICO's because someone else told them to. They don't understand the product, they have zero idea what they're investing in. In other words, they just do what they're told, no questions asked. If China issues a warning saying all Chinese people investing in ICO's/cryptos will be prosecuted, those people won't think twice about taking out their money, no matter how easy it would be for people like you and me to find a way around it.
how will you say its Chinese investor having no idea what they are doing? i think most people across the world did this, as the people who know little about cryptos tnter the market just because of the profits, the government must take action, otherwise it will be a diaster

True, but in China the problem was a bit worse, every day multiple ICO scams appeared with no working product, just a nice whitepaper.
1856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Minereum - First Self Mining Smart Contract - ARTEMINE ICO NOW LIVE on: September 27, 2017, 10:34:55 AM
Asking for money (1000 MNE) to the MINEREUM dev. is absolutely unacceptable.
MINEREUM was an airdrop and dev earn nothing with this.
MINEREUM is th propriety of the dev AND the community.
Definitely, they cant understand that success of coin doesnt fall only in hands of the developer, community must take part.
Look, MNE is a smart contract..so dev cant do anything about that, if we us a community help each other to utilize minereum to increase its demand, not talking about buy low sell high or trading, just let it be known, let merchants use it then we will see a healthy rise of the coin.
Others here just want to trade but if they get outsmarted , then they will whine and blame dev for it. Stupidity at its finest.

The success of a coin depends on the devs. They're the ones that can start a bounty campaign, create a decent roadmap, be transparant, be active on social media. They don't do anything other than release a vague statement every 2 weeks. You can't blame the community for this. With all this FUD going on, you'd expect the devs to try and clear up the situation. They don't. They're great at IT, but terrible at running a business.

Definitely when celebrity promotes it or even say the word of that particular ICO it will be a big attraction of the market . So i will say also centra is one of the big best ICO for this september.

I'd watch the market closely. If there has been a preICO sale, those people are gonna dump their coins for good profits the second they get listed. Its always interesting to join that train and to buy back when it hits the inevitable bottom
1858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WaltonChain WTC on: September 27, 2017, 10:25:23 AM
at least 10$ by the end of october, no doubt

I'm going to hold you to that, would make me a very happy son of a bitch Smiley

Same here!

1860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh Shit! - China bans Bitcoin yet again. This time for real. on: September 27, 2017, 09:59:42 AM
I don’t even know why anyone should be worried about China banning bitcoin. It’s just a one country out of many, so we can still achieve a lot without them. I don’t need to say it twice, cause you’re already seeing the return of the bitcoin price to a high value.

It may be one country out of many, but it is a very important country. As per the market stats, China accounts for almost one-sixth of the Bitcoin exchange volumes. And do you think that the ban will remain limited to China? What if the other nations take note of it and ban BTC within their borders as well?

Japan is regulating Bitcoin and the business sector is pouring money in, and the US is about to have fully-regulated futures markets on LedgerX next month, so I doubt it.

And global trading volumes are rapidly changing. A year ago, Japan wasn't even on the radar. Now they have the biggest volume in the world (albeit, some exchanges with zero fees, so there is likely additional churn). South Korea, too, is now becoming one of the top countries for trading volume, seemingly out of nowhere.

So even if the Chinese government is putting the brakes on exchange trading, it seems like those volumes are being replaced elsewhere. I'll bet some Chinese traders have already moved to Japanese and Korean exchanges.

couldn't have said it better!
