For whirlpoolx,
The '-d' parameter is broken when using alongside with '-g 2'. So that speed increase only works when using all the cards together, but it can't run individual cards with '-g 2'. And running all the cards together gives a lot lower performance because of overall lower shares.

Yea Quark dropped a significant bit.
QUARK and v45-- Quark dropped from 36.6Mh/s to 36.3Mh/s on my 6x750ti FTW rig, but only when running that algo at default intensity and no gputhreads "-g" parameter. If the gputhreads implementation is fixed properly, the rig will likely mine at a rate over 40Mh/s. Currently, an AMD 290X struggles to make 5Mh/s per card for Quark with the best sgminer bins available. I get over 6Mh/s per 750ti. Pay the piper? --scryptr I'm getting 17-18 Mh/s on a 980 and 14-15 Mh/s on a 970. With the latest updated binary, I'm getting 5-7 Mh/s on the 980, not the precompiled release45. WINDOWS or LINUX? What is your OS? My 750ti rig is Linux, I compiled the latest update and am getting 36.3 Mh/s. --scryptr Windows 8.1

Any idea about the expected payouts on yaamp for quark?

pool01.vanillacoin.net - strange pool can't remember if i ever saw share counts invalid > valid in such considerable amounts, and who's that guy with invalid ones all along ... Yea spotted this sometime back, and he isn't even banned.....

With this kinda difficulty, even farms should be crying, and I still found a block at 2:45 pm, lol...

The miner runs great in terms of its performance figures, thank you bitslapper.
However with 283,000 kh/s, haven't found a block within the hr, so mining isn't really worth it without a pool, I'm doing better on my CPU.

Here is something that needs a lot of work but a sample none the less. Perhaps in blue? Replacing the red with black and white with blue?

Still doing some cleanup but I should definitely be able to send the CUDA beta out tonight Ok I sent the links out for the Windows 7 x64 binary of the SKMiner CUDA Beta Test. Please check your PM's on Coin Shield Talk! Could you upload a screen shot of the error?

Nah, either post 2824 or 2747.

Found another block today, that 1 block is definitely possible. I not sure what John is talking about when he mentioned soloing on this pool: http://pool01.vanillacoin.net/I tried mining that pool for 2 hours @ 1 gh's and had no luck so I left and went to suprnova. This was the info I used to mine with. Does it look correct? Thanks stratum+tcp://pool01.vanillacoin.net:3032 worker name: my vanilla coin address password: any password That pool just found one block: http://pool01.vanillacoin.net/tbsYour address looks fine, but it's like comparing the odds of ~2/(current difficulty) for finding a block on that pool, the reason why I haven't joined it as I could do that myself if I were to solo. If it were at least 5 blocks a day, then that's fine. I'm also at supernova, but I think it's quite stupid for the entire dam hash to be on one pool, only if the hash were split up between at least two pools, then us smaller miners could certainly do better.

That's good to know man!
Just need that GPU pool and then we should be good as far as mining is concerned.

The pool is down?
Edit: I guess it's back up.

This means we are almost ready for GPU pool! Thank You,Viz.Finally man, let there be fair mining from then on.....

For soloing this coin, would it be the same way like every other coin?
Soloing with cpu (in-wallet) or gpu? Either way it wouldn't really be effective, pool mining should be a more stable source of income since the hash has pretty high spikes (and also a high avarage) since 1-2 weeks. I meant GPU. Well you have a point, although the average definitely varies per day. But just hitting one block would earn me more than the entire time on the pool. But I dont think you could get that 1 block with solo. Found one earlier this morning, no harm in trying..... How much hash did you have? I've got 1.8GH/s out of one of my rigs; maybe I'll solo for a while. 1 GH/s. If you take a look at the blocks page, you'll see smaller miners finding blocks at <20K difficulty. I found it at 19K. 1GH/s "The way it's meant to be mined" :p
