france will have to play the entire tournament without its world class striker Karim Benzema. the striker from spanish cl-winner real madrid had to stop a running session at the national team's first training session in qatar on saturday because of "stabbing pain".
now the confirmation: an injury to the left thigh ends K. Benzema's dream of the world cup title...
He could still win the Qatar World Cup title if France actually manages to overcome all the hoops during the event. But everyone started doubting France as they lost some of their key players who were previously expected to play well throughout the event. Therefore, France is currently not favorite team for me and even some players are expected to play well.

Of course the injury to the French player will be welcomed by other competitors, meaning that France's strength has fallen due to this injury and this should be one of the most profitable things for their competitors.

OP, we have to stay optimistic about the future and the great thing about your current attitude is that you have plans for the future. We never fully know what the future holds either for ourselves or about this very volatile crypto future. However, optimism about a good future is something you can look forward to and will be complete if you are willing to invest in it.

I never expected anything particularly big, but I did hope for something useful for the future. Obviously financial improvements are expected for everyone, and I also hope that my investment so far in crypto actually pays off for my future. There's no big goal, but it's something that will pay off in the future.

No matter what, Bitcoin remains the leader, and if we talk about what has been or will be, it always remains the center of attention for those who own it.
You are right, and this optimistic attitude must be maintained. The future for bitcoin is still very bright and will continue to grow as a useful asset and currency, so we shouldn't doubt it any more even if it's currently fallen in price a lot since its last ATH.

I want to keep Qatar team ahead in this match. I also know that Qatar is not a strong team. But I don't think the Ecuador team is strong either. However, Ecuador will try to draw the match. They have drawn in the last three matches. They also managed to draw against a big team like Japan. However, Ecuador lost 4-3 in their last match against Qatar. But the match was held in 2018. My prediction for the upcoming match is either a draw or a win for Qatar.
The new drama is being widely discussed about Qatar, there are accusations that Qatar bribed Ecuador so they could beat Qatar in the opening match. I don't know exactly what it looks like, but it might make some gamblers change their minds.

If you are sure about a Qatar draw or win then it will be more fun if you get one of these on your bet slip. I will have doubts in this fight, but it looks like Qatar will answer my doubts with a good result, meaning I am confident in their victory.

Experience will indeed affect psychology and how we trade, but psychology is also influenced by complex circumstances that will put pressure on making good decisions or not. Regarding believing in change, everyone has their own control and not everyone can control it properly. Professional people may be better able to keep their psychology stable, but for those who are beginners it will be very difficult to maintain psychological stability. As much as possible you have to stay calm and stick to the strategy that has been made and don't panic too much.
Still it is not easy to maintain this psychology in today's highly volatile market. Just look at how many people panic in the market due to FTX or other issues, it will affect traders even if they are experienced. There is a lot of doubt about the market based on a lot of analysis coming back to find another low, but these are just predictions based on analysis done by people who may turn out to be right or wrong if the trend changes.

Some assumptions say now is the best time to buy in, while others will go out and stay calm waiting for the FTX drama and whatnot to wrap up. The situation will only get worse if this panic about the market continues, and now it's up to them what to do.
1865  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 19, 2022, 08:03:11 PM
In our daily lives and in our neighborhood we understand that bad news flies more than good news.
Someone might give birth and no one will be aware in the neighborhood but immediately a neighbour dies the information will go around and people will murn.
That is how it works in nature even here in the cryptocurrency industry. Whenever there is a bad news in the industry it will affect the market drastically but for a good news to overturn the market, the weight of the news need to be very heavy. I doubt that such a news that will overpowere FTX bankruptcy will suffice this time around. Our hope is just the 2024 halving
I didn't expect FTX to have such a severe impact on the crypto industry that it would cause the bitcoin price to maintain a bearish trend. The industry is only getting better with more adoption, but it's clear the ride isn't going to be as smooth as one might hope. If FTX doesn't fail, then there's always a chance that other news will impact the market. But if you are really positive about crypto, then this has to be the best moment to enter the market.

After all, halvings may not be the only savior for the market, but there are always many other things that will be able to move investors or traders into the market.

All the love has come for Brazil (4.40) and Argentina (6.50) .. but can we really rule out FRANCE? @8s
It's hard to expect France to win the title twice in a row after they won it in 2018. In 2022 many people believe Brazil or Argentina will win the title, but what's wrong if someone believes France can also and they bet on them.

They're really good, I agree, but they've been getting their aging forwards to carry the battle for far too long, and midfield now is nowhere as good as their missing stars. Finalists maybe, but more Christmas party donations? =D
Lol, I believe your last point may be true in the end. But nothing seems to stop these guys from having fun.

Are any of you sure about England?  Cheesy
1867  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 18, 2022, 09:28:12 PM
I don't understand the physiology of traders. They do not want to sell when the price is near all time high and do not want to buy when the price is 76% low at its all time high. The chances of going down further from here are slim and it is possible that bitcoin may start another good run after some accumulation at the current levels. The FTX incident is not a small one and we cannot expect the market to rise instantly after this incident. I think bitcoin may test 14k -15K levels one more time to hunt all the stop levels before moving up again.
Yes, that's because they are not in the same group or with the same ideas and thoughts. Many will wait for lower prices, but I don't think selling now is the most appropriate option. It is a period of accumulation that will help traders buy more bitcoins than in the previous year with the same amount of capital. I don't know exactly why they have to sell, but if they want to make a profit then they have to sell at a high price.

I'd be waiting for some dips with DCA, meaning now would also be a good time to buy rather than just waiting for something to be dicey. Another drop is something we can't say for sure, so it might be worth considering buying at this moment.

This guy is in for watching a few games next week!

If this lands, he'll collect about $183,000 in ETH..   Shocked Shocked
Not sure what the guy was expecting, but it was the most likely choice based on the team ratings. But still, in my opinion the victory will not be easy because basically matches between national teams like this are very unpredictable.

What should he do then? HODL?   Cool Cool
Maybe, he will wait for 2025. Lol
1869  Economy / Speculation / Re: Generational Buying Period is On-Going on: November 18, 2022, 08:58:20 PM
The majority will still wait for the price to be even lower, because agendas have been circulating on the forum for months that it simply has to happen that the bottom is formed as close as possible to $10 000. And regardless, this crash couldn't have happened at a worse time, because inflation is such that very few people can afford to invest in Bitcoin or anything else because they don't have enough for basic life needs.
I agree this is the most dominant reason why people will wait, again the crypto market is currently experiencing a bit of loss of confidence due to some big projects failing like the two cases of Terra and FTX recently. This has made a lot of people out there wary of crypto even though it is recovering gradually.

Fortunately, people have a very short-term memory, which means that in 6 months, things might get better, and as the halving approaches, the economic situation might be better than today, which will encourage a new wave of investments in Bitcoin.
True, but if the aftershocks are deeper then I believe 6 months is too short to get much faith in crypto again. Maybe a little longer, but who knows. Fortunately, the halving is getting closer, it will create a better mood for crypto among its traders and investors.
1870  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 18, 2022, 08:41:02 PM
The current market condition always makes me worry if I will drop again, this is a difficult choice or hold, I already intend to sell since the price of dropping below $ 30k, but I am patient because I hope the price can return to $ 35k or more, this Maybe it is my last wait and if the price does not change until early December then I will sell.
There is a possibility that you will regret the decision after you sell, but you have the right to decide whatever is best for you and your financial condition.

I tend to advise you to hold your bitcoin long term instead of selling during this downturn.
Remember, right now the market is not doing well but the market will recover. You won't lose bitcoin by holding them, but you will lose bitcoin and lose if you sell them during a downturn.

Japan to win the World Cup? I hope he has lots of money because that looks like a direct donation to the sportsbet.io Christmas Party Cheesy Cheesy
Lol, Average of people would say the same thing. Not for Japan, it's a bit impossible in my opinion even if you have 2% faith in yourself to see Japan qualify for round of 16 for the 2022 World Cup. Spain and Germany are likely to be in 1st and 2nd place as the teams that qualify for the next round.

This is football, XI mean on each team, anything can happen.
I'm not for Japan, maybe it would be very convincing if one of Brazil, Germany, Argentina, France or Portugal.  Grin
1872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 17, 2022, 07:09:49 PM
Arsenal have indeed shown great form to date and now they are five points ahead of Manchester City. But I doubt their consistency until the end of the season. In my opinion, so far they have not been fully tested, the victory over Chelsea is not a benchmark because the Blues' condition is also declining. I will wait for Arsenal to face Manchester City, this match will prove Arsenal's true strength.
It is doubtful Arsenal can win the game if the opponent is like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United or something else. The reason is, the team I mentioned above is a team that is actually strong mentally and physically to compete with each other to score goals to win.

I can expect Arsenal to lose matches against top teams like the ones I mentioned above but it might be difficult to expect Arsenal to lose to any other team besides the above teams. So far Arsenal have been good, but they are not a team that will always be good when the opponent is performing well throughout the match.
1873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 17, 2022, 07:01:55 PM
In fact, panic is the main weapon often used by whales when they want to buy more valuable assets in the market, but it will only affect people who still do not understand and also lack experience in reading and seeing certain situations. So that it is so easy to release existing assets into the market without any consideration. And usually when panic arises for some people, they also often experience the fear of losing more money through the decline in the price of their assets, so they choose to sell.
Panic attacks are natural for those who don't invest with cold money, I mean it is a type of capital that has been considered exclusively for investing or trading without any other purpose. The panic of the traders was not a weapon for the popes, but it was a kind of opportunity for them to acquire assets at a discount. Panic is common in the market because people don't want to lose, but it is an advantage for others who have good financial strength to buy low.

I wouldn't necessarily blame those who panic when the market corrects, but it may not be good for those investing long term.
1874  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 17, 2022, 06:51:34 PM
Do you think companies pay their employees like that? How many companies are out there paying people so much money that people would not even consider working for another company? Not a lot, most companies pay 50% of what you should be paid, that’s the problem.
There are rules that require companies to pay appropriate wages to their employees and they must be complied with. But maybe not all companies will comply with these rules when paying salaries to employees so that there will always be an incentive to leave and change jobs among their employees.

The problem is, many employees do not receive a salary that is in accordance with the minimum wage standard set by the government. So many employees complain about this, but they have to stay in their jobs considering the difficulty of other jobs to get.

I want to ask, does it make sense for you to earn $100 - $120 per month for 156 hours of work per month?
1875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 17, 2022, 06:28:07 PM
I disagree with this point haha; I think Simeone is the main problem of the Atletico side; the clubside has signed countless of top attackers and none of them is able to perform under Simeone as manager. his model of football is outdated and he needs to change his approach or be changed if Atletico Madrid wants to challenge again
But the fact is that you have to admit that Simeone has had more success than Sevilla and Athletic Bilbao and several other challengers besides Real Madrid and Barcelona, right? Simeone has won several La Liga titles, but perhaps that is never enough in the eyes of the people.

IMO, Simeone is one of the coaches who has made Laliga's top 4 even better. He is a good Argentinian coaches for Atletico Madrid so far and I don't expect him to be sacked just because this season has not been good in the Champions League. But you are entitled to have different assumptions, and so am I.
1876  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 16, 2022, 07:15:44 PM
What do you think? Are companies losing the battle for long term employee retention?
In my country, jobs are more difficult and there are very few of them than the number of graduates each year. Each of these graduates needs a job and is even willing to stand in line for years to get a job according to their educational background.

I can also say that in my country many employees are willing to volunteer in government agencies for a very small salary. This is a huge advantage for the government or certain companies because they will think that there is nothing to be afraid of when many of their employees quit.

I never know who to blame even though in fact volunteer workers in government agencies are the most common choice of workers. The problem is that the government cannot humanize humans, I mean they only benefit from their workers but ignore more rights from their workers.
1877  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: November 16, 2022, 07:03:45 PM
The stock market is now up slightly after the inflation data and the s&p index is also doing well. But the cryptocurrency market is still having bad times. Scams of exchanges, bankruptcies, distrust of crypto is increasing, which negatively affects the price. Different projects are having financial problems every day. I don't think crypto will recover quickly.
Crypto market conditions like now should be used by anyone who believes that crypto has a good future compared to now. Especially bitcoin, I never imagined that bitcoin would come back down to $15.5K a few days ago when last year it was $69K. So this is a good opportunity so that we are not always negative when the market goes down.

I still firmly believe in a better future for crypto, but try to avoid altcoin as much as possible as a long-term investment. So if you want to make a profit in crypto, then never doubt its good potential especially in assets that have real use cases like bitcoin.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 16, 2022, 06:09:16 PM
Bayern have quite performance than PSG at champion league in this season, Bayern won 6 matches and PSG only won 4 match and 2 draw have settled at 2nd position and meet with Bayern on 16 round,
It would be very interesting if this season PSG managed to bring Bayern Munich back to the Bundesliga. I don't believe PSG will be so weak compared to Bayern Munich this season even though Bayern Munich has actually proven its worth in the group stage. I think PSG's defense is well prepared to thwart Bayern Munich this season and Mbappe will destroy the arrogance of those who underestimate them so easily.

It's clear to me that no one really knows who will qualify from the last 16, and both teams currently have a chance to beat their opponents. I'm support PSG to qualify because I don't really know why Bayern Munich deserve favorites over PSG.
1879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 16, 2022, 05:47:01 PM
Sevilla supporters should be happy this season if they aren't downgraded to 2ª División, given their awful performance until now. Betis, their natural contenders, have many more options to end up 4th. About Real Sociedad and Athletic de Bilbao, they have played quite well so far but, as you say, they usually start underperforming after a winning spree. What is most likely is that Atlético de Madrid will maintain their classic 3rd position at the end of the season, despite many people have lost faith in Simeone. Who else?
The season is still long and the second half of the season is expected to see several teams return to their best. Sevilla, which is currently in a very bad condition, should not make people doubt their chances of continuing to play in Laliga next season. Atletico Madrid and Simeone are in a difficult position, but I believe they can be in the top 4 until the end of the season regardless of their erratic form now.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are the main contenders for the title this season, but I really believe Real Madrid can really take the top of the table again in the second half of the season from Barcelona. I'm never worried about Barcelona's current point advantage, it's just that I really want Real Madrid to not loss points in future matches.
1880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 16, 2022, 05:25:30 PM
Manchester City performance has always been consistent throughout their years in the EPL and they can also dominate the EPL by becoming Champions every season. This season, Manchester City dominance has been disrupted by Arsenal, the improvement in Arsenal performance has brought Arteta team to the top position with a five point lead from Manchester City, which is one rank below.
It's hard to imagine Manchester City losing this season because I don't think 5 points below Arsenal will be too difficult to overcome. Arsenal are good because of their improvement, but they must not let their guard down if they want to lead the table and win the title at the end of the season. This is Arsenal's main problem because maintaining consistent performance is not easy.

After all, Manchester City has been quite a successful team dominating the Premier League in its last 5 seasons. They won most of the titles but of course there is always the possibility that they can also fail. But because this team is really convincing, then I don't think they have lost anything in the league at the moment.

The results of the Man City vs Arsenal match will determine who will win the EPL this season. Arsenal, who have been waiting for this moment for a long time, will continue to struggle to maintain their position, but Man City will not allow their dominance to be disturbed, especially now that Man City has a finisher that can make Arsenal dreams fall apart.
Exactly, Arsenal need to win the match against Manchester City and make use of all other matches to stay ahead of the table. If Arsenal loses the 2 meetings against Manchester City, then I believe Arsenal's chances of winning the title will never be good again.
