They say money can't buy friends... they were wrong
1864  Other / Off-topic / Re: My Bitcointalk Status is Now Legendary on: November 12, 2014, 09:33:35 PM
Apart from obvious aesthetic look is there something Legendary members can do, something more that Hero members and others? If not they should add some ability for Legendary members i.e. gold nickname or something like that.

gold nickname is aesthetic lmao

Sounds like a terrible novel dude
1866  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUY NOW or cry tomorrow on: November 12, 2014, 09:32:30 PM
Smart traders don't buy at this point, as they already bought below or just over $300  Cool
Agreed. I was buying when the price was falling. It's spending time now!

I sold at $350 yesterday Smiley

No problem, you can buy them back at $425  Cheesy

Why did you sell?

I wanted to buy something :-)
1867  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am I the only girl on here? : ( on: November 12, 2014, 09:31:39 PM
It's not about her being some mystical female you idiots

She is attention whoring herself by being, or pretending to be, a girl. It is her obligation to provide pics, this is the least she can do to continue her little parade

Huh? I'm not here for attention. I get a lot of "attention" in the outside world thank you very much. This thread is about btc and how to improve women's involvement in btc, and a bit of chat in the middle.

Stop being so delusional. If you were really Miss popular, rich, and pretty, you wouldn't have to spend hours online everyday seeking validation from anonymous strangers on a virtual money forum lmao

I'm involved in btc so of course I log in often. But I don't spend "hours" on here and I'm certainly not seeking validation from anyone. This thread was suppossed to be for any girls on here who are into btc, but some of you guys turned it into something else.
@ B!z: stop trolling and following me around this forum like a puppy, you're like obessed with me replying to every post and thread I post in, it's creeping me out, seriously.

I don't follow you around this forum; this is the only thread you post in lol

Nobody out 368,741 members felt the need to make a 32 page long "am i the only girl" thread except for you, so yeah, you are looking for attention. It comes across in all of your replies, really annoyingly immature lmao

Since you said this thread isn't doing any good, why haven't you locked it already?

disregard females, acquire dogecoins
1871  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who was the antagonist in the film "Titanic"? on: November 12, 2014, 08:52:25 PM
Definitely the class system, not only between Rose and Jack but also between the different classes of passengers.

YEs, I agree 100 %
Also, to see how reach people was saved first and third class people had to wait until the end, this was really tragic.

I've realized that airlines often have a more convenient location for obtaining the life vest in case of an emergency for business/first class flyers, which is really implying that they have a greater right to life than those who could not afford it. It really is tragic.

As mentioned by awesome31312, this is definitely the most intelligent and thought provoking answer! Poor people are most certainly treated as second class citizens. I honestly don't know how anyone can miss it. Recently, I was reminded of this when I took my dad to see the doctor regarding his pneumonia.

My dad received oxygen when he was in the hospital and he says it helped him immensely, but the hospital couldn't discharge my dad quick enough. In fact, my dad came back later the same day, due to feeling short of breath, and again they discharged him asap the following day. *sigh* The next day I took my dad to see a doctor (which was filling in for his family doctor) and asked him for oxygen, but he denied me three times saying my dad can't have it and even told me I was being difficult. I just couldn't understand why not, knowing full well there are in fact old people who do have oxygen at home. Finally he admitted it was because my dad didn't qualify to have it covered by medicare and if we wanted it we'd have to pay for it. "FFS! Of course we'll pay for it!", I told him.  Angry

Lesson learned - If you have to go see a doctor (at his office) you will be lied to because you obviously cannot afford good treatment and so must die. If you can afford a doctor to come to your home then you can obviously afford good treatment and so have the right to live.

Sorry if this seems a bit off-topic, but I just had to get this off my chest.  Sad

It's not off-topic at all. I'm sorry you had to deal with such outrageous oppression due to class warfare, oYo. It really does seem like we are one nation indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all that can afford it. We don't like facing it, but it's true, there is in fact a condition where one cannot afford rights. The right to life is mentioned in our Bill of Rights, but unfortunately, it seems that you need to be able to pay for your right to live. Titanic was a good example of that, airline tickets are another. Health care in America tops it all.

Thank you awesome31312. Indeed, I'm sure things are the same there in the USA as they are here in Canada.

Don't you guys get free healthcare in Canada?

1876  Other / Off-topic / Re: Some children's juice drinks have more sugar than Coke on: November 12, 2014, 08:40:18 PM
First it starts with sugar, then fluoride then the doctors put you on pharmaceuticals and next thing you know you're a mind control sex slave.

Say no to sugar kids!
Not easy to say no to it when it's in everything.
Here is a Swedish bottle of remoulade-sauce

Socker = sugar, any swedish person will confirm this.
11 gram per 100 ml (which is one gram less than coke I believe). It's in EVERYTHING...

I bet the ilerminati is behind this

unemployed seems to be a trend round here  Shocked

Yeah, if you're employed and actually have money, you wouldn't be wasting your time here....

not always the case actually. plus, this forum is not a waste of time. tons of important info on here.

Clearly he hasn't made any unrealized gains yet or he must be sticking to Bitcoin.  There's a lot of success stories in the alternate section.   There were people who put in $150 in October 2013 into one alternate and made $3.5 million months later.  The more common story is people making 10000s in unrealized gains from a low starting principle in the 100s.

Can you post some examples? I'm very sure no altcoins grew that fast.

unemployed seems to be a trend round here  Shocked

Capitalism is lame am I right guys? I saw a youtube video saying the world financial system will collapse soon, so why should I work for worthless government fiat "money"? Good thing I have bitcoin, the only form of money with real value in the world xD
