Hope you all find a way to fix your issues. Bear in mind this is a still a new site only 30+ days old so it needs to learn from the user experience.

Admin: one minor suggestion based on comments I'm reading here. One user is suggesting to have an option for NO auto WD. This could be good to set for all users. People like me prefer a single 50k transaction rather than 5x 10k. As this means our future spend is smaller size (less fees). It may also save you fees!

I think google authentication is a good idea, but some people as one commenter said may be afraid for privacy... so it's just about trust.

Ok guys, just wanted to tell everyone here to just relax. Am a new user myself but have sufficient faucet experience to understand that this faucet is still one of the better ones out there.

First of all, thanks to admin for the faucet: it has paid me for 4 Sundays without fail. That is first and most important thing to note about this faucet which I hope everyone pays attention to.

I'll comment against issues brought up by users here, and some recommendation to admin perhaps he/she can take into consideration.

1. LOWERED CLAIMS
If anyone had paid any attention to the launch (pls read the first pages of this thread), then understand that the Special Bonuses were launch events. The faucet owner wanted to promote the site and used big bonuses to attract users. It was made very clear that this was temporary! Nevertheless, faucet bonuses are still good and I am happy with them.

2. LOST CONSECUTIVE CLAIMS
Unfortunately, I think this was due to server overload. Guess what, it happens to moonbit all the time and made me lose my bonus. Does moonbit ever respond? Not to me. Admin here however has been responsive. Write a polite email and am sure he'll help out.

3. LOST REFERRALS
It is mentioned specifically that Referral Bonuses are only available when referrals have been active in the past 5 days. Moonbit takes away referrals after only 3 days. I have lost 1 referral (I only have 4 now) since the beginning. I am not complaining.

4. ZERO BALANCE
This probably means your balance was auto withdrawn! Check your wallet! BTW, I noticed today need to authenticate your account for auto WD, so pls do so (check under Withdraw).

5. POP-UP ADS
We all agreed that the faucet needs more sources of income, and we are happy to provide that. To me, one or two pop-up ads are acceptable. The faucet still loads a lot faster than Moonbit for me (when it is loading haha).

6. RECOMMENDATION TO ADMIN
I think people could be a lot less restive if small announcements could be made on the front page of faucetgo for any changes, or perhaps once they login, just a pop-up announcement even could work. And maybe also here so ppl can be updated. I suppose part of the frustration comes from not knowing what changed.


Good luck with improving the site income and stability. I think once you prove it is stable, we would be able to promote it more and people will flock to your site!

Happy to report that I was able to claim 5 mins ago! Yesterday I managed once!

Timer only showed a few hours though, so maybe it detects a login attempt so even if I didn't manage to claim it at least didn't wipe out my login bonus.

Dear all, the "0" consecutive bonus is not a new bug, but if you refresh or relogin, it will show up, so don't worry so much!

Admin, I noticed the bug has stopped for me on consecutive bonus, and was happy to see that my login bonus had been restored even though I couldn't login for a day.

All payments as I stated have been received for the 4th time, so thanks a lot.

We all hope you find better ways for income, we of course will always support by viewing ads (and clicking any when we see interesting ones!

Admin: good idea to show just a small stat you can update manually every week: # of members and new members and active members. Maybe it can help sell advertising space!

Just want to update that my auto-payment was done today, about an hour ago, so the faucet is obviously still paying... but have not been able to claim anything since yesterday (page never loads). My payment was part of following:

Total output was over $800, so more than 1BTC was paid out!

Hey=) 881 sat is the MAXiMUM per hour, ie. all your ref/login bonuses are 100%.

BTW yeah, faucet has been "loading" the whole day, couldn't claim anything today. Tried reloading, clearing cookies, using different browser. Same.

I can see the balance in the tab title, but no page loads, just the ads and info.

Got my 3rd auto weekly payout and have observed the site is slightly improving in speed, but generally slow all over.

Several lingering issues:

1. Speed. Takes maybe 5-10 mins from login to claim, but it's ok because site is not annoying.
2. Consecutive login claims always resets to 1. The first claim of the day, which is usually quite big as it is after 12 or so hours for me doesn't get the bonus boost. I notice after logging in once for the day then the bonus appears. Not a big issue, but it might upset users.
3. Proxy claim. The MOST annoying esp after waiting 5 to 10 mins for page load and you get this error.

Otherwise admin, good job all round! Love the pop up option, of course we are all happy to click it!

Good faucet, but now it seems I can't claim.

This message comes out: Claims from proxy addresses are not allowed and captcha must be completed.

I am definitely not using proxy as I can only access the single wifi with fixed IP. It was ok since I joined about 2 weeks ago but only from today for past few hours.

Hope you can fix this.

I had this problem too and I found out that my PC time settings were not correct. Next time, if you click collect, see how many seconds is on the timer. if it is more than 0 then your PC setting is not correct. You can see the timer starting, and the amount of time already on it is the amount of time you have to wait for to add to your 5 mins:)
