18741  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 8th Alt coin thread. Or what to do now that asics are all over the place. on: September 29, 2018, 02:04:14 PM
As I understand from their FAQ, if I will stake 100 coins 1st of October and I want to add more to the stake (because I mined more), I will have to wait until 1st of November to make changes...
I don't think it's much to be earned from this stake interest thing ...
Or.. to make another wallet and put the coins earned from mining during the month to weekly stakes..

If I earn 200 coins mining each month

200——-3
400——-6—————9
600——-9—————18
800——-12————-30
1000——15————45
1200——18————63
1400——-21———-84
1600——-24———-108
1800——-27———-135
2000——-30———-165
2200——-33———-198
2400——-36———-234

So a year of mining means decent earning.

I estimate you need to have 300 mh or 15x 1080ti

Even after a year you would be at 2634 coins and be earning 36 to 37 coins and no longer have to mine.

It is okay and could be better. 15x 1080ti is 72 kwatts a day or 2160 a month or 25000 kwatts in a year.

That is around 2500 usd spent at ten cents.

But you could never mine again and earn more coins.

Has potential with price rally.

One core wallet can give you lots of addresses

@ Yankeeswin  the 112 coin address earned for 2 weeks.

I have been fucking around  with the other  2 addresses to

A) look for flaws to report
B) gain an  understanding of the interest accounts.

So far only the large address with 112 coins has earned money

I suspect that  you get bumped from the interest list if you don't leave enough coins in.
18743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 8th Alt coin thread. Or what to do now that asics are all over the place. on: September 29, 2018, 12:19:48 PM
That is about 1.35 coins per month, which obvious is lower than monthly stake.
Yes, it seems very low.. but I'm waiting for wallets to open on Binance so I can sell them.. I want BTC Smiley)

I just woke up to the fact that Binance has no incentive to open the wallet if they have it staked it makes money for them.

Binance gives me GAS for NEO....  Cheesy

But for other "staking" coins seems not listed.

I used the BCI QT wallet, have 8-9 coins but I don't see any "interests".

Which wallet do you use Phil?

bci qt

but you need to stake it

the coins stay in your wallet

and the stake website looks at the address  in your wallet to see you did not move the coins.

this is the 112 coins staked weekly

this is 50 coins staked monthly

this is 15 coins staked weekly

What do you guys think of that early miner who is selling his coins?

https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/crypto-data-analyst-antoine-le-calvez-reveals-early-bitcoin-miner-is-cleverly-cashing-out/

Do you guys think its Satoshi selling his coins backwards.

Were any of you guys around 2009-2010 ?

2011 but  could not get  any gear to work til 2012

earned first coin in march 2012.

I will go back and look at info in the article.

back to BCI

0.344 bci for interest on 122 coins sacked for 1 week   seems too low and I got the coins about 2 hours early

I'm curious about the difference between their calculator and what you get.
They say you get 1.55 coins for 100 coins staked..

so 1.55 x 1.12 = 1.736 coins

18750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoNight n70 + bitmain 1600w on: September 28, 2018, 01:52:57 PM
yeah maybe you don't have the correct  bitmain psu to run on 110 volt

this one is the one that works with 110-240 volts

https://www.amazon.com/AntMiner-Power-Supply-1200W-Connectors/dp/B076CM9F7Q/ref=sr_1_5?

you mention n70 plugged into it  what is an n70

is it this?
http://www.baikalminer.com/product15.php

if it is these pull only 220 watts

you should be able to run 2 on the correct psu

if you need a different  psu  here is a link

18751  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BITTECH Announces New 28 TH/s ASIC on: September 28, 2018, 04:19:06 AM
Philip did you send them funds?

No .

I told them what I tell all new companies.
I have a perfect trust rating for 6 years on bitcointalk.
I have a perfect trust rating on eBay for 15 years.

Send the gear I will review it.
Make videos on it.
And if I like it I will buy it.

If I don’t like it I will ship it back and pay the ship back to them.

I have done this more then once for new companies.

Actually more then a dozen times. For many builders of gear.
Everyone got the gear back or I purchased it.
They said they would send it and asked for my address and then sent nothing nada zip.
18752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 8th Alt coin thread. Or what to do now that asics are all over the place. on: September 28, 2018, 03:29:40 AM
Still mining BCI

Looking for my staking interest see what I get for 112 coins for a week.
18753  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: BITTECH Announces New 28 TH/s ASIC on: September 28, 2018, 02:17:56 AM
I checked Bittech website today and all 3 of their SHA-256 ASICs are "in stock".  I am intrigued by their One Mini model due to the quieter sound rating.

So what is the scoop?  Is this real physical product or just complete vapourware?!!  Did ANYONE actually order and receive any of these ASICs?

Why order they promised me a unit for review and did not send it when they promised.

ie they lied

so why order from a company that lies?

Why trust a company that promised to send a 550 usd unit for review on the 22nd or 23rd and they did not send it.

I have reviewed many many many many units from multiple companies .

If they wanted payment I only asked to send it up front.

I neve refused to pay a company that sent me gear up front.

It they billed me and gave me an address for payment they got it.

If they said ship it back they got it.

I also have done more then 100 successful escrows for more then a total of 100,000 usd in sales no one ever got fucked.

the scoop is this they lied to me about shipping on the 22nd or 23rd of this month and they stopped sending emails to me.

Anyone who sends them coin is most likely going to be screwed.

I guess they lied so that some one might rush to send money for gear .

I also tell people wait for me to get the gear to order..
and I don't have a thing.
18754  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: I will be selling off some gear. Used T1 dragon mint , used s9 , used A3 etc. on: September 27, 2018, 09:43:33 PM
So after cleaning and testing

4 ⅔ t1's

2 avalon 851's with  controller ,AUC ,cables,  tiny brick for rasp pi controller

pm we can talk

the dragoman t1's like efficiency or balanced

not factory or preformnce

 on efficiency 4x14=56 + 9.5 = 65.5 th

on balanced 4 x 15 = 60 + 10 = 70 th

the avalon 851 can be down clock to be managed for sound they will do 27 or 28 th at 0 setting

so figure 90 to 98th in hash.

with power supplies cost more or with out your choice.

I have a guy that has been talking and he offered me 2200 I asked for 2400 for all the gear with shipping to a usa location NJ to Ohiono power supplies

If he wants them he has first choice but maybe he will not want them.

6 new s9j to usa are 2500 x 1.276 = 3190 - 330

2860 for 87th  as the trump fuck you china tax is a bitch

so 2200 for 90 to 98th

please remember bitmain will ask for

 your ssn
 your passport
your drivers license

As they want KYC

so 2200 to 2400 for my gear looks a lot better then you may realize.

T1 has asic boost so  your pool list has limits
avalon 851 has no pool limits

serious offers

I would piece out gear with t1's

I would not piece out gear with the avalon 851's as I have but 1 Auc for them.  unless you have your own AUC

I can supply a psu for any or all of them for more coin.

and this is a deal for guys with low cost power

i.e. under 7 maybe under 6 cents.
18755  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: US Tariff Ruling N297495 = 2.6% mandatory tariff on bitcoin mining hardware on: September 27, 2018, 02:38:24 AM
In my experience with DHL and FedEx for imports, not even related to miners, they will often pay the fees up front to comply with Customs to not delay delivery and then they'll send you an invoice later. I've received bills from them almost a year after shipment and if you don't pay they say they will stop shipping to you until you do.

I had a few orders from Bitmain in past 6 months. One I shipped through UPS required me to pay duties before they would deliver to me. Others went through DHL with no duties. I am expecting to eventually receive surprise invoices from DHL.

Well I am in your boat.  My saving  grace is I was charged more then a few times for my shipments.

So I don’t think I will owe thousands of dollars for 2015 to 2018.

I also think my two demo new gen items which were about 3600 and are under the wire for the 25%

I think I owe 200 to 500 usd.
18756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Import Duty Rate on L3+ Shipped to USA on: September 27, 2018, 02:21:54 AM
Sorry about the bump, I recently ordered antminer z9 not the mini and UPS tried to deliver it today. I wasn't home so I talked to them over the phone and they were charging me $922. I've already paid over $3300. What should I do?
Well thanks to trump and his trade war you have to pay a 25% tariff I guess your stuck paying it or you'll lose $3300 in miners

Yes this is the Donald trump fuck you china tax.

So pay it or lose it.
18757  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: mmpool.org - 1.5% fee DGM/PPS - tx fees/vardiff/merge mine/tor on: September 27, 2018, 12:33:54 AM
How much solar do you need to run two S9's?  Can you recommend a good Grid Tie inverter?

Okay with grid tie and 4 cent sell back. You need 8x to do it for free

So 3kwatt x 8 = 24kwatt  system

Say you have 6 hours sun on average this counts sunrise angle sunset angle and rain.

You are selling 21kwatt  for 6 hours or 126kwatt  at 4 cents = 5.04

You are buying 3 kwatt for 18 hours or 54kwatts at 10 cents = 5.40

So you would spend 36 cents a day or 10bucks a month to power the gear.

The 2 s9 would cost 360 in power over the next 3 years

You could earn 2160-360=1800

Of course this does not count the solar field cost.

Which is complex as states have different rules
18758  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I am muslim, is there a problem? on: September 27, 2018, 12:14:26 AM
Hello;

Please I want to discuss a very important topic, it's about the relation between Islam and extremism.

I Don't know why people are still believing that all muslims are terrorists, or extremists, I know that the majority of Muslim countries suffers from lack of democracy, but people and youth in these countries know crypto, use Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram… etc. listen to music, have boy or girlfriend, etc.

I personally suffer from those haters especially when I travel.

So, Where is the problem? I Don't know?

I am an American born person.

1 Norwegian grandparent.
3 Italian grandparents.

Raised catholic.

I don’t hate you.

But in my childhood neighborhood Italian American 95% catholic if I was asked to do a favor I kind of had to do the favor or look over my shoulder quite a bit.

In my neighborhood 90% of us or more were not in the position to ask for favors we had to do them when asked.

Most often we were not asked to do them and peace was more common then not.

I think most people that did not grow up in my type of neighborhood don’t have any idea of what it is like to grow up that way.

Since I was able to leave my old neighborhood when I grew up I did.

I think a lot of people believe most Muslims are good people but that if asked to do a favor they may feel like I used to feel.  Which is I better do what they ask me or me and my family will suffer.

Truth is. Percentage wise this is rare.  If there were only 38000 events of Muslim terror since 2001. That is a small number.  as 1,300,000,000/38,000 is 31,000 to 1 chance a Muslim picked at random will do a Terriost act in the next 17 years.

Pretty good odds that the average Muslim won’t do it.

But people fear that you may support the act if you are asked to do it.

Btw in the USA multiple terriost were reported to the fbi by family members and the fbi did zip nothing nada.

So I feel for you buddy.  Maybe one day people will grow up. Stop the crazy and act nice to each other.

Got some   hot hard iron on the pool

whatsminer  m10 33th
avalon          851  26th
antminer       s-9  14th

total of 73th

yes I am aware that sentence sounds like a porn movie title.

we never did get a second solar array running so I am selling off gear.

I moved it to my house and I have been testing it for buyers before I send it out tomorrow .
