A Europa e os EUA viveram uma bolha de juros negativos( nominais ou reais) que duvido que voltará . Era quase uma pirâmide, o pessoal comprando bonds a 1% aa na expectativa de vender a 0.5% ou até negativo... deu certo por anos, agora explodiu.
Não faz sentido vc emprestar e receber menos do que emprestou. Esse tempo eu espero q não volte.
Claro que não faz sentido, juros negativos não deviam existir. O que eu digo é que não acho que seja o aumento dos juros que vai fazer a inflação parar. A meu ver isso só vai agravar a vida de muitas pessoas, e o resultado não vai ser bom para a sociedade. Porque neste momento quem esta a ser afetado é a classe media da Europa e dos EUA, que esta perto de acontecer. E se acontecer, entraremos numa situação complicada. Tem de ser aplicadas formas diferentes de combater a inflação, sem ao aumento descontrolado dos juros. Que é o que esta acontecer. O momento atual de crise exige medidas drásticas para combater a inflação, e infelizmente o aumento da taxa de juros é a "droga" que possui efeito mais rápido, infelizmente é a que causa mais efeitos colaterais também. Porém, o melhor remédio no longo prazo para conter a inflação é aumentar a oferta de produtos e serviços e também reduzir o preço deles com a expansão da capacidade produtiva.... a dependência da Européia nos gases da Russia desequilibraram essa balança, e eu acho que vai demorar para encontrarem fontes de outros lugares e ou retomarem a economia com a Russia. |

Recentemente eu estou muito chateada com a Apple porque to tentando resolver um problema bobo no meu computador e é impossível porque eu simplesmente não encontro a chave necessária para abrir. Pra abrir a tampa é uma chave minuscula e pra abrir as outras coisas é uma menor ainda. Eu comecei o filme do Steve Jobs e bem no início do filme eles comentam sobre isso e como até pra eles eram um problema as vezes. E eu realmente acho que é direito do usuário poder abrir o proprio computador e arrumar algo quando possível. Olha só.... a Apple tem um padrão unico de arquitetura de seu hardware que tu não encontra em nenhuma outra fabricante. Por mais que o vídeo que você tenha visto em um tutorial pareça ser fácil, provavelmente ele não foi foi feito por um técnico, mas sim por outro "curioso". Imagino que a sua necessidade seja mais por gostar de fazer as coisas sozinho e também por curiosidade e aprendizado. Mas, se for para economizar, vale aquele ditado de que "o barato pode sair caro". Infelizmente, nesse post só vou deixar minha crítica mesmo, me desculpe.... mas não sei como te ajudar nesse caso. |
