1882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling responsibly, is it possible or myth? on: April 01, 2019, 02:52:37 PM
Many of us have in some part of our life gambled our money/coins. Sometimes we win huge and sometimes we bust it all. We all have our reasons to gamble. For many, it is financial stress, for many its a hobby and for many its an addiction.

But when we gamble much, we justify ourselves that we are just trying to win and not addicted. But many of us know, that at some point we really do become addicted to it.

We always set a goal of winning and then even when we achieve it, we continue to gamble and gamble leading to bust of all balances sometimes.

However, many types of research and statistics show, that most gamblers gamble responsibly. I find this really contradictory to what I have experienced and observed.

I have played on many casinos and at one point I was really addicted to it and I busted much daily. I wanted to leave it entirely only to get attracted to it again. So, I picked up certain habits;

  • I set a fixed amount I will wager no matter if I lose or win.
  • I set a fixed amount of winnings after which I stopped gambling no matter even if I think I can win more.
  • The moment I busted or wagered or won my daily cap, I closed the site immediately and opened YouTube, played a movie/song I liked and drank a cup of coffee relaxing my mind.
  • If the temptation arises too much, I open a charity website immediately and donate a part of my winnings and pray a bit. The satisfaction sometimes overweighs the temptation and helps me calm.
  • If the temptation still doesn't go away, I open the casino site and play with zero amount bets or with the faucet to calm the desire.
  • After that I close my computer and go out, convert my coins to cash, give some to homeless people on street, buy myself a coke/snacks and play a sport or exercise.
  • After a tiring time, I come home and study and then eat and sleep. Not opening the computer till next day.

My advice is if you think you are addicted, don't try to leave it completely because it will attract you more. Try to limit it and divert your mind to a variety of hobbies and topics Smiley

Do share your strategies and efforts on how you control it and limit it if you are addicted Tongue

I don't think we should set goals of how much we desire to make as a gambler because gambling is a very risky venture and going into it without adequate knowledge on the risk involved and how we can be addicted to it is more disastrous than investing itself!  Never ever put money you cannot really afford to lose and you are good to go.
I supported what you said because setting a certain goals of the amount ones will win in gambling will literally lead to greed which will make ones addicted to gambling. This is why people who cannot control his greed level or accept losses should not gamble.
1883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you bet? on: April 01, 2019, 02:05:25 PM
I used to bet big and look for the big jackpot, if I lose I try to multiply the bet to cover the lost, but for now I only bet in small risk, I set my limit and bet small with small risk, I don't look for the profit in gambling so I think small bet and big bet gives me the exact same entertainment feeling that I want, I never bet big again no matter how good is the chance
What almost every gamblers usually said is that they are not after the money involve but if we really check the whole thing carefully every gamblers that start his game with big bet or thirsty for the big jackpot is either after the money or have received the seed whih provide the game result cause starting with a big bet is never a wise decision for every gamblers.
1884  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet SCAM - no more access to my account on: April 01, 2019, 04:07:13 AM
Do you have proof of your account balance?

Why, what are you going to do? Pretend you can get his money back for him & charge him for the privelidge of scamming him?
Is not up that cause they actually paid some fund bigger than this but I will the OP to add the screen shot of his account on the site and also send pm to Ronnie about the situations but if not get good respond he can proceed to ask gambler to complain.

Can you post a screenshot of the email where they ask you for the KYC?

I don't think they often practice this!

They did recently when a guy from the Phillipines used fake docs to try & get his (over 300 bitcoin’s) winnings.
Cloudbet paid that win so I don’t see why they wouldn’t here.
[/quote]
That's what they are doing 2btc upward ever since they had some problem and I don't think the OP should be bother because getting his btc should his main goal.

1886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling addiction a disease? on: March 31, 2019, 04:35:22 PM
No of course, gambling addiction is not a disease but rather a mental disorder. This is hard to resolve for most of the time we go to hospital if we are sick but most of tye time we had been taking forgranted about the mental disorder. And it really needs a medication before it gets worst. So if I were had a relatives, friends or members of the family that has the symptoms of addiction not just in gamblimg then i will start to find a way to break it. Luring him away from the addiction woulf be hard but there are simple ways to try it and one of it is to give him a pet that he would love too. Other than that giving him time to enjoy life ia the most crucial leading him/her to change from addiction. There are many ways but of course if still worsen then therr are psychologist that could help it.
Buddy, anything that lead to a disorder of structure or function in the part of body is disease but I don't see any reason why gambling is a disease because is the act  of playing a game of chance for money not for mental disorder as you said and higher level of people thirsty for quick money that lead to addiction.
1887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do none of you feel guilty? on: March 30, 2019, 08:27:11 PM
Shilling for casinos, encouraging people to gamble away their savings. SCUMBAGS.

I dont feel guilty because every man is guilty of his own action and no one should pay for somebody else mistake cause no one was force to gamble and if you don't allow it, it won't have happen in the first place. However, just because I make advertise for a jackpot company doesn't make feel guilty cause I personally give people tips about how to avoid gambling with all their saving which some gambling site also does it either.
1888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should humans be free agents in the gambling world? on: March 30, 2019, 03:32:40 PM
As said by bustabit people that deserve credit worth to be credited but I don't see gambling as something that affect human mentally if the person know what he was doing.
Concern the gambling site which ask for IDs, every gambling site wont be anonymous just like we have some centralized exchanges site we also have some sort of centralized gambling site either but gambler that are comfortable with giving their ID should play where IDs are not ask no matter how huge they win.
1889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin is the best in your opinion? Poll on: March 30, 2019, 01:27:41 PM
For anyone who can look neutral, the answer will be Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most important element of the crypto market.
I believe that besides Bitcoin, in the given options, Ethereum is the best coins among all. This is an undeniable truth and that is the reason that it has gotten so many votes (16%). In addition, I think that ETH along with Bitcoin can make you the best portfolio which could be instrumental in making you one rich man. This is a known fact so you need to claim a part of both the coins and start playing the game.

Now a days people are talking about TRON and EOS as next ethereum. I cannot completely ignore them still I do hesitate to invest into them as the next big thing cannot be a clone of ethereum but an innovative new industry shaking technology.
Aside Bitcoin ethereum will definitely be peoples choice anytime any day because the coin sustained it position even during the season of it back door problem but saying EOS is the next ethereum is something I don't agree with because every crypto currency that's centralized doesn't worth it to beginning with.
1890  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-28]North Korean “Lazarus” Hackers Attacking Crypto Companies on: March 30, 2019, 12:48:55 PM
NK is so poor that they are probably trying to make money this way. Crypto entrepreneurs are usually rich and like to tell the world about their profits on social media where they become a target for hackers. Years ago they even blackmailed Roger Ver.

NK is so poor that even 1 bitcoin is a fortune to them. They are dreaming of the days where they will no longer have to eat stew of rice and grass every day. Cheesy
The level of how rich or poor a country, person or group is are not the subject of which, I believe you don't go through the article included in the OP post because NK was not only the side facing hackers attack as mentioned by the article and I believe the reason behind all the article and OP post was to create an awareness so that people could improve their security level not saying bad thing about a nation.
1891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now used to send messages to space on: March 29, 2019, 06:18:41 PM
It sounds a bit like the sience fiction to me. Although I think we are yet to explore all possibilities of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. Scientific researches definetely could cintribute to further development of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general and their implementation in every field of our lives.
After going through the article I also agreed that the platform was science fiction cause it seems like a way where the NASA can communicate through message but it a plus for the crypto currency sphere though. However, it will make people/governments see another bright side of crypto currency.
1892  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC might do something nice soon. TA only ( No crystal Ball/s) on: March 29, 2019, 02:46:19 PM
well, last week I heard some analysts say that the price would fall below $ 3800 and then I saved a little money so that in case of falling below $3800 I can buy more bitcoin, it happens that I am already the waiting to fall below $ 3800 and the price did not fall, on the contrary the price went up, it seems to me that whenever the person desires something, happens the  opposite. We'll see if you will hit your forecast.
Concern the analysts prediction, most analyzers dont also know what the future price of the market will be which is why they also usually said their analysts is trading advice. What I'm trying to say is that the market is in 50/50 position but it has better chance to surge in price due to it resistance to dump in price for weeks and as the OP said if the market could maintain the $4K price for days then there chance for another rally.

Who is the operator?

Best to join their discord for support and questions like this.

It seems like the person who opened this thread doesn't give it much attention since he asked that question a long time ago and didn't receive a simple answer from the OP. I don't see the point of this thread if there is no member of this casino's team here to help us with updates and different questions we have.

I asked about the FAQ page and if there will be support for anyone who has any problems using this casino and I was told that it will be updated very soon. I'll also ask if there will be someone on here to help answer people's questions they might have such as this members question. I said to join the discord as that is the only support we have right now but hopefully within the next week or so we see a FAQ page and support on the site.
If that be the case, I consider the OP and the team involve in this project as someone who's not compete or understand the importance of communication in business setting cause the OP was online today.
Like I said the other good customers support service are important cause you can treat customers like sh_t and still except them to come next time and no gambler will ever gamble on a site which seems shady.

1895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to the Petro? on: March 28, 2019, 10:50:30 PM
Even the same question in the title could be taken as misleading, sarcastic or Scam, and the truth is that the question is more serious than you might think ... I've been finding out about the Petro, and it happens that there is no information in the forum from the month of March 2018, to date appeared a couple of characters interested in selling a "supposed" position in Petros of which they have and I have even found some people in Italy willing to buy it with a certain discount making it very attractive , they speak up to 20%.

Does anyone know how everything goes with the petro, is it redeemable? affordable? or any information beyond the March 2018 announcement.
And it has turned into a scam, i have no idea about the future of this one. Almost all countries have declared petro as a scam and they will not accept it. I will try to avoid this coin if i a part of those investors. It's too risky.
Who ever buy or invest in such coin is definitely paving way for it own grave because the coin was actually at it infant stage before the US government sanction the project while Bloomberg describe the project as scam and the top ICO rating site gave it a negative review because the coin creator was not been honest to begin with.
1896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or XRP on: March 28, 2019, 08:56:39 PM
In my opinion, ETH and XRP coins have very high potential. XRP currently has a very good volume and is able to compete with ETH. But XRP will not be able to replace Bitcoin because the value of Bitcoin also increases. We will continue to see Bitcoin become the number one coin for a very long time.
i dont think ETH can be good enough compared to XRP, XRP has so much potential to replace both ETH and BTC in the future when ETH and BTC is too old and no longer suitable for daily payment due to slow and delay transactions, and i believe it will soon rise much higher than ETH very soon.
I wonder where you get your definition from about ETH and BTC to be too old and you think a centralized coin is next thing tha the crypto sphere needed to replace BTC and ETH. The last time I checked XRP has nothing to offer to the crypto community except the banks, private companies and the governments this is why it doesn't have much support from the community.

Never forget the foundation of crypto was to be decentralized.
1897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dragonchain VS Ethereum & Wanchain on: March 28, 2019, 06:15:34 PM
Wanchain is a good project and I like aspect of them implementing an on chain platform which enable transaction with btc, ERC20 and ETH. While, Dragonchain was long existing before the arrival of ETH and for ETH to beat the project I consider ETH to be unique. However, the 3 project are good than each other in some aspect and I don't think if will be fair to compared the projects to each other since we all have different point of view.
1898  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com 2 Just Launched! New games, updated design 💎💣🎰🎲♠️ on: March 27, 2019, 11:54:37 PM
4 billion bets!!!  Shocked

Bet 4,000,000,000 got a couple ethereum headed their way :-)
Jesus Christ, 4 BILLION bets, not million, BILLION. And stake is not even that old yet, I know most of that must be like faucet and small wagers and all that but we have seen some of the huge ones as well. I wonder what the "total wagered" amount is in stake, it must be insane.

I dont think they expose the total wagered amount like that but the amount will be insane as you presume. However, the number is huge but I'm not surprise because the online gambling seems to be one of the most successful internet business this days which was the reason why we have alot of gambling site hosting a campaign.
