1881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest me some good gambling site on: March 21, 2017, 11:00:22 PM
99% btc gambling ivstemnet website is scam to beware before invert any btc on any website it get ur btc and dont give anything

OP is interested in knowing which is the best site for gambling online and not for investing money in casino bankrolls and I do agree that its hard to find genuine site to invest our bitcoins as most of them will turn scam in long run.
It is very clear that the OP stated he wants to invest and not to gamble, investing in a casino bankrolls a good idea you only need to choose a casino that is reputable and that is not going to run away with your money. Read this thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1585408.0

1883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto conspiracy ? on: March 20, 2017, 05:50:39 PM
While the idea of a conspiracy is appealing I think what we are seeing is just a coincidence of wants, it seems several actors acting independently want to bring down bitcoin, nothing more.
1884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 20, 2017, 05:48:25 PM
Bitcoin has worked very well as a secure and decentralized way of storing value, but I think the network is still not ready to deal with micropayments. This is already possible at the moment, but rates are a bit high lately. I hope this is resolved before the end of this year.
The network was good enough for micro payments some years ago but as fees have increased then micro payments are not an option any longer and I don't think that is going to change anytime soon.
1885  Other / Off-topic / Re: How gullible are you? on: March 20, 2017, 05:44:17 PM
Not much, this is one of the reasons I am unable to watch most movies or shows nowadays, I give them a chance but as soon I find a error in the narrative I’m unable to keep watching, also I dislike the abuse of special effects in movies so while some are impressed by the special effects, I’m like, I know the actor is in front of a green screen faking all of that.
1886  Other / Politics & Society / Re: David Rockefeller dies aged 101 on: March 20, 2017, 05:40:45 PM
Rockefeller died in his sleep at home in Pocantico Hills, New York, on Monday morning as a result of congestive heart failure, according to a family spokesperson Fraser P. Seitel.

RT: https://www.rt.com/usa/381433-banker-david-rockefeller-dies/

I doubt something will change just because one of the elite died. For those who don't know, he made 7 heart Transplant.
This once again confirms that even a lot of money cannot make a person immortal. On the other hand in Russia there lived the actor who died at the age of 101 years 31.10.16. He didn't have much money and he did not imagine this number of operations. Maybe not in money happiness?
Who knows what the future technology will bring, so it is not impossible to think that at some point in the future if technology keeps advancing a person with enough money could reach something close to it by transplanting younger parts from other bodies, similar to what is done today but at a bigger scale.
1887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 19, 2017, 08:37:35 PM
You can do everything you want with bitcoin, there are some limitations especially with the amount of people accepting bitcoins as payment but that is changing as more people adopt bitcoin.
1888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much money do you invest in alt coins? on: March 19, 2017, 08:35:25 PM
I put $1000 in. Now I have over $100,000. I vowed to never invest any more and i don't want to cash out as i'm in Australia and the commission fees are 5% (that has taken over 3 years).
In 3 years time span you made 100 times growth with your altcoin investments, really very much amazing to hear. Could you please share what were your choices, I mean on what are altcoins you have invested and in what percentage ?

More importantly if possible please share what are the criteria you are following to choose altcoins for investments. I guess your methodology and holding them for up to 3 years are the key for your success.

I made investments with dogecoins and litecoins and still holding with negative growth in bitcoin value.
If he really made that amount of money then it stands to reason that the methods used to obtain such huge profits are either to difficult for the average investor to understand or that he will probably not want to reveal them at the risk of generating losses for himself.
1889  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: March 19, 2017, 08:19:46 PM
why are all terror activities carried out in the world are by people of muslim religion? Why cant muslims let peace be there in the world? Are people of only muslim origins terrorist?so trumps decision by banning muslim is 100% correct?
Terrorism is carried by people of other religions as well, probably one of the most famous is  Timothy  McVeigh and the Oklahoma bombings.
1890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much money do you invest in alt coins? on: March 18, 2017, 11:52:03 PM
im wondering how much do you guys invest in alt coins and how many different alts do you have?
Not much, a few hundreds in one and a few tens in two other coins, so in total I have investments in just 3 altcoins, since most of my money is in bitcoin.
1891  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If nuclear war broke out where's the safest place on Earth? on: March 18, 2017, 11:48:33 PM
Mexico, in some movies when there is  some kind of crisis the instinctive reaction is lets go to Mexico, like Mexico is outside the planet or something.
1892  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do You Waste Your Life On The Internet? on: March 18, 2017, 11:45:25 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21PXdxPNI2w

Do you live in the real world or do you waste your life on the internet?

I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

What's your lifestyle?
The internet is a great way to get information and to learn new things, it is also a good way to get news and keep in touch with people so only those that don’t do anything else but use the Internet can be said to be wasting their lives.
1893  Other / Politics & Society / Re: We aint free on: March 16, 2017, 12:02:01 AM
Ok I'll follow your logic for a moment. If we don't care about the money and stop chasing it, how do you propose that we trade?
I agree that there's not much freedom in the world and governments are trying to dictate people what to do, but there's no viable alternative at the moment. Anarchy would lead to chaos and those in power now will not give it up without a fight. To change it we'd first need an armed rebellion that could lead to a civil war and then what?
Anarchy is not the same as chaos, that is a common mistake people make, anarchy is just the absence of a central leadership, many of those that have imagined something like bitcoin were crypto anarchist.
1894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: March 15, 2017, 11:59:18 PM
Many Porn websites are accepting bitcoins now, I was browsing naughty america yesternight and there was an option to pay for the subscription with bitcoins and I started thinking it's a better way to pay as the transaction will not be reflected in my bank statement.  Wink Wink
You will probably want to tumble your coins first since if you use coins that somehow can be linked back to you then everyone will be able to know you are buying porn, so better safe than sorry.
1895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using an Altcoin to Save a Few Cents May Not Be Worth It on: March 15, 2017, 11:55:44 PM
If this is the case then it's bad news for all altcoin, the only preferable crypto currency is Bitcoin, but these altcoin can set up their own usage,I doubt if they can match Bitcoin in terms of merchant adoptions, bitcoin has 100k plus so a long shot for all altcoins.

sorry r u saying bitcoin has 100k plus merchant adoption? lol seriously is there even 100 people on the planet actively regularly using bitcoin as a proper currency  Undecided be pretty poor sales in btc for those 100k merchants  Roll Eyes

Of course there are probably more than 100 people just in this forum alone, do you ever go and see the digital goods section there are many offers with good products there, and that is without taking into account other websites and the dark web.
1896  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: March 15, 2017, 11:49:47 PM
Personally I think this is being approached in the wrong way, this is a matter of faith, you believe in god or not regardless of whether there is proof or not.
1897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How far do you think ETH will go? on: March 14, 2017, 01:37:42 AM
Word, there are a bunch of ETH clones, ETC is just one of many, and not the first, so not very exciting at all...
Not really ETH is a clone of ordinary coins. If you understand how altcoins work, how they are mined and what are the basis then you would come to know how smartly and technically Ethereum has been designed.

But been all said, yeah it's just another altcoin and almost all the altcoins that have enetered the market have dumped their value by a significant amount. So the best way to save is Bitcoins but maybe for regular use you can try with ethereum.
Bitcoins is a better store of value that is true but for every day use I will prefer to use Litecoin instead of Ehtereum, don’t get me wrong ethereum is great but at least to me litecoin seem to be accepted in more places.

1899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 14, 2017, 01:30:52 AM
We do not believe Bitcoin is a good name...especially for a currency that tries to replace the current monetary system.
I am fully satisfied with your words . In the beginning when I comes to know about the bitcoin then in my mind I feel the Bitcoin more complicated and strange word but as soon as my progress goes increasing the value of Bitcoin goes on increasing for me and iny life also .
So this is only the advantage that bitcoin have which is more better than another altcoins . But here no doubt that the some altcoins have more better quality in comparison to the Bitcoin , the most common example is dogecoin which have no charge to transfer from one wallet to other .
But still the Bitcoin is at number one because we have more trust in the bitcoin than in other coin .
Now the name have added value to it. Bitcoin from the beginning evolved as a store of value and then based on the acceptance it grew higher in all fields. As quoted dogecoin seems to be a good name but it's value outcomes only if the coin grows potentially.
The name of something does have an influence but at the same time if it is useless then the name becomes irrelevant, so bitcoin is a good enough name in my opinion and it s descriptive enough.
