Eu acho que na verdade a troca não se restringe somente à casas de câmbio, até porque várias fintechs possibilitam o investimento de dólares, certamente eles são regulamentados e não utilizam de uma casa de câmbio para essa intermediação.

A atuação do banco 24hs deve ser legalizada sim, até porque, como o TryNinja comentou, é preciso inserir o CPF e ainda fica gravado toda essa movimentação.

Porém, creio que não é difícil alguém se apossar dos seus dados para abrir uma conta e fazer essa transferência no nome de outra pessoa.
Entretanto, não vejo por que motivos alguém preferiria fazer isso fisicamente em um caixa eletrônico sendo que as criptos permitem fazer isso de forma muito mais anônima.

A única coisa que garante a posse de um imóvel é a escritura registrada em cartório ou um contrato de financiamento/consórcio que tenha essa mesma força de lei.

A ideia é bacana e tomara que negócios assim se popularizem, mas vejo aí um ponto muito vulnerável que só seria resolvido quando o governo aceitar contratos descentralizados como tendo força de lei.

Hoje, trocar R$/U$ no Brasil sem passar por uma casa de câmbio é ilegal, e acredito que os envolvidos já tenham previsto uma forma de impedir esse anonimato, mas sabemos que com Cripto não é tão difícil assim se manter anônimo.

Só não sei até que ponto isso seria bom, poder manter-se anônimo enquanto alguns irão utilizar disso para atos ilícitos e em breve veríamos esses caixas serem fechados pela fiscalização do governo.

É interessante para manter o bom nível o bom nível das postagens, mas eu acredito que essa é uma exigência bastante forçada para um pagamento que está dentro da média de outras campanhas e ainda exige 25 postagens por semana.
Tenho certeza que muitos usuários conseguem alcançar essa média, mas os pagamentos precisam compensar o risco de ficar uma semana sem pagamento já que isso é algo que não depende apenas da vontade do usuário.... por melhor que seja suas postagens, pode ser que em determinada semana não receba esse merit, aí perder uma semana de pagamento por isso seria bastante frustrante.

Eu acredito que souvenirs é o que teria maior aceitação/mercado.

Eu acho que a culpa da queda de postagem na aba local nesse último mês é do @joker_josue, ele fez 80 postagens a menos, em porcentagem isso dá uns 20% a menos. Lamentável
