denis-z12: personally, I use full litecoin core client from litecoin.org.
but its 12.5 GB
thx for the tip.
I guess it takes quite a long time to sync if its that big? Have you been using it long and is there anything i should know before transferring my LTC there?

Has anyone been able to import their ripple wallet from Gatehub to a different exchange and how many XRP did you have to leave behind in Gatehub 25 or 50?

1908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Gatehub holding 50 XRP reserve on: January 05, 2018, 01:23:11 PM
I used to have a nice amount of ripple back in Jan 2017.
I had it on Gatehub also. I still have 25.922 there but
cannot liquidate it.

On this link they state that the minimum reserve is 50XRP
https://wallet.gatehub.net/#/help/overview/wallets

Why? why does there have to be a reserve?
They say it is an anti span thing  Roll Eyes

EDIT ****
After a bit of surfing on their site the reserve is actually as follows

The main reserve requirements are:

20 XRP per account (always required),
5 XRP per each trustline* (connected gateway).
5 XRP per each open order.

Hi,

Yes they do say that. But if you try to exchange your XRP you will notice that there will always be 50XRP that you cant exchange and they are left behind.
Someone suggested that we can import our ripple wallet to another exchange and after doing that you could withdraw/exchange everything to the minimum 25 XRP. But I have not tried this.
Anyone tried it?

can someone help me with my issue please?

I joined the facebook and twitter bounties.
I subscribed to the whitelist and it says that I will receive 50 BEZ tokens when I subscribed. That didnt happen. I asked admins for help on the telegram group, but not much help their either. I was told that I need to add a custom token in order to receive BEZ in my MEW. I did that and still didnt receive any tokens. I tried to subscribe with a different email a 2nd time but still didnt receive any tokens.

Are they still giving tokens for subscribing to the whitelist and if they do how do I receive them?
I have been waiting for like 15 hours asking the same question over telegram over and over again Huh

Hello guys,

I am a new DGB owner and so far my DGB are at my exchange. I want to move them to a desktop or mobile wallet. What is the better option here?
Are there any known bugs with the desktop/android wallets I should know about? not able to synchronise, wallet offline or any other issues I should know about?

Please let me know what you use to store your DGB?

I use the Digibyte QT core wallet. It can take a while to sync the first time. And if you reboot or turn on your computer it will take a while to read the block index. Just wait until is is done doing that. You can also use Coinomi on Android but the best option for now is getting a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet. It supports Digibyte. Trezor will support it sometime in the future, but they won't say when.
Sorry but which one is the QT wallet?
https://www.digibyte.io/digibyte-downloads

Thanks

The desktop wallet for your OS.

OK thanks

Yes, I use this. That's all you need for now.
ok thanks.
although I would prefer to use a desktop wallet i might try this one considering all the problems i keep hearing people have with the desktop versions.
Any settings or tips you have for me, anything special i need to pay attention to before sending my verge to the wallet?

Actually, there's nothing special here. With Coinomi you'll save yourself a lot of time and nerves. Simple and safe to use. All can be found at https://coinomi.freshdesk.com/support/home

all right. thx for the tip

Coinomi Wallet

For Android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coinomi.wallet

Never problems. Everything works perfectly.
Do you use it as well?
