1901  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am I right or wrong on: December 13, 2022, 02:46:00 PM
There is a saying that " if you can't beat them, you join them " ,is this what's going on with Btc and our government?
Fact, many countries want to control Bitcoin and there are governments who want to destroy Bitcoin, it's all in vain, they really can't do it just to threaten, but they can't do it.

Right now many governments want to join the crypto world and want to adopt it on a large scale because they can't beat Bitcoin for real, they can only scream, Slowly Bitcoin has become a real target for the government in investment & trade, in the future of course they will join and declare Bitcoin legitimate as a digital currency for investment and trading tools.
1902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: turned gambler after investing in BTC or investor turned gambler? on: December 13, 2022, 10:37:18 AM
Which one has a high possibility of happening, a gamer eventually becomes a gambler or an investor turns into a gambler?
No, neither of them....! Both are the same, messy.
Quote
•turned gambler after investing
• investor then turned a gambler

I remember what was said by:@Rida Morwa
• If Investing Feels Like Gambling, You're Doing It Wrong

This proverb is always embedded in memory.
Quote
Risk of ruin is a concept in gambling, insurance, and finance relating to the likelihood of losing all one's investment capital or extinguishing one's bankroll below the minimum for further play.

I have to have two options in life.
1. Investment/separate.
2. Gamble/separate.

What I mean is.
I invest with my hard-earned money, professionally I don't mix gambling money with investment money, I prefer to provide investment returns to my family, without having to involve gambling money.

My goal is to gamble only as entertainment and experience, where I have to involve money to bet, really hot money, so winning for me is not a pride as well as losing is not a cry for me, solely for pleasure for me.

Of course, these two reasons are not an option for me, except: the poll implies 'investment' or 'gambling' of course I choose both, why both, of course there are reasons for that, as I said above.
1903  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would be an ideal KYC solution? on: December 13, 2022, 10:06:19 AM
With all the KYC talk lately I wanted to open up a thread and ask about your opinion.
I've been seeing quite a lot of users who have gambled at well-known casinos lately, complaining for various reasons, it's because of the ineffective KYC verification system, so that it is easy for users who do not want to accept their defeat when betting at online casinos to carry out the element of risk of accusations, fraud and crime.

In my opinion to avoid all the risks of crime against online casinos from users who blame various kinds of bonuses, multi-accounts and so on, in the system minimizing kyc a good and smart foundation to reduce the activity of several loopholes and manipulations such as fraud crimes in general.

On the one hand, a KYC strategy based on digital online casinos will drive transformation and will create multiple identity experiences for the casino as a whole, for example: KYC electronically the casino can get to know customers or users in detail, if a crime occurs as I said above at a later date.
1904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambing Halal or Haram According to Jewish Or Christian Faith? on: December 12, 2022, 03:04:51 PM
But if someone has knowledge about that if Gambling is allowed or prohibited in Jewish or Christ Faith. And I think many people have many mind sets.
I've read about: World Religions view on whether gambling is a sin.,
from sources that I read all religions prohibit gambling and also according to Jewish or Christian priests.
Example:
•What is the Jewish view on gambling?
• A BIBLICAL LOOK AT GAMBLING

You can read and see basically gambling is prohibited by the priest of every religion that is officially registered with the government.

Conclusion: the practice of gambling is basically illegal, gambling can damage the morale of every gambling addict.
1905  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Ever Reach $100k? on: December 12, 2022, 01:49:55 PM
Do you think that BTC will ever rise to and above 100k in the near future? Wil it be before or after the next Bitcoin halving or this price would never come?
Maybe we all won't believe it and it never crossed our minds that the first Bitcoin was created in 2009 for only a few dollars, just imagine when it broke at the level of tens of dollars, you could say it was almost close to $100k in the ATH phenomenon that happened yesterday, have we ever thought of that or have predictions & speculations led to discussion there before yesterday's ATH...!

You really can't guess what steps and what will happen to the crypto market or Bitcoin price in the future, the point is: you have a goal, desire, belief to invest or trade in Bitcoin, just do it, don't make predictions or speculations as a basic benchmark, make predictions or speculations as a side business, your must have your own analysis and predictions to achieve good things, if you are already in the crypto world, you believe Bitcoin $ 100k next 2-5 years, do something before you regret it, if the price of Bitcoin really happens, remember, you never know what will happen in the future.
1906  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Have anyone used coinplaza.it recently? on: December 12, 2022, 01:14:45 PM
Have you used it recently, if yes, what was the maximum amount you exchanged here?
@Little Mouse, after I saw about the CoinPlaza.it exchange linked by @ETFbitcoin, it seems @Timelord2067 understands more about the CoinPlaza.it exchange, as said below.

After I tried that link you provided the site came live and I was able to do a trade (oddly, it didn't connect multiple times prior to that testing - I'm always amazed at the website tools that are out there for people to use, even if some of us aren't aware they exist).

I'm 90% sure @Timelord2067 understands CoinPlaza.it, but haven't you already discussed it in their thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5093055.msg55127566#msg55127566, I also saw @CoinPlazaIt answered your question in their thread.
1907  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever tried Anti Martingale Strategy? on: December 11, 2022, 06:59:37 PM
What's your opinion? Which one is more risky; Martingale or Anti Martingale?
I have tried the Martingale system or technique in the game Roulette & BlackJack, but it doesn't work, it always fails, maybe my capital is too small to do the system
Martingale, I can't keep doubling my bet continuously with the result of losing.

In my opinion, if you don't have large capital, don't ever try to do the Martingale technique, let alone bet with a long enough time span, it will have a greater risk of losing than expected and one more thing if you play a casino with maximum betting limit provisions, don't use Martingale, you can't chase the score to cover your defeat, for now I've never done it again using the Martingale system.

Well, if for the Anti Martingale game, as you mentioned 'double' every time you win, this kind of strategy I often see my friends do in baccarat casino type games, maybe the Anti Martingale system is not the same as above, this only depends on winning, obviously I'm not too pushy to do both systems, if I don't have professional knowledge.

But if you are an expert in the Martingale strategy it is better to try the Anti Martingale system, the risk of losing is less than Martingale and you don't need big capital, you just need a win and fold the bet.
1908  Economy / Reputation / Re: Problem on Logo Design Order on: December 11, 2022, 04:06:37 PM
I would like to ask, if he still keeps insist to order me creating the ANN without additional cost on it, or doesn't pay the logo, is it harsh to put negative feedback on his profile?
We often see friends who have expertise in the field of design & logos, sometimes they don't receive payment and the designs & logos are also not taken after everything is done, there are also those who do not keep their promises, it's one of the challenges and risks for design & logo experts, many feel unappreciated for unprofessional reasons.

@jayce, marking (client) in red I don't think is very elegant, as many neutral people might say, but going forward lest it happens a second time, maybe you can make the rules a little stricter for your (clients) which you think are troublesome and suspicious, I think that's what needs to be in mind to do your best so that clients feel happy and comfortable doing your services.

I'm sure out of 100 orders 1 or 2 clients don't go smoothly, for that you need to maintain your good name in the design & logo section without having to damage the problem client, you have a thousand ways to prevent harming you in your service.
1909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 11, 2022, 03:40:45 PM
Therefore, there is nothing surprising if none of the two teams of Argentina and France go to the finals.
Good understanding, the 2022 world cup in Qatar this time is a difference from the world cup that has passed four years ago, I can't imagine what happened to Portugal yesterday, they have fielded some of the best players in the second round, but luck was not on their side 90 + 8 minutes also did not produce a goal from the Portuguese club, England was also so unlucky for them in the second penalty that France ended 1-2, i think yesterday we will see england vs. France ended with a penalty just like it did Argentina vs. The Netherlands, it turns out that the situation is different.

What you say going forward also does not rule out the possibility that what we hope will change 100°c on the field could be the other way around, Croatia and Morocco will dominate the final, the ball is round, the world cup this time cannot be predicted based on player expertise, that is a fact that is happening at this time, the world cup this time is more towards luck.
1910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sport Event Can Increase Our Money By Placing A Bet on: December 11, 2022, 03:07:43 PM
I made a poll to find out how big you are winning from this World Cup. And if you compare it to the usual day, how much is the percentage of the increase from that?
Maybe not all of us here have the desire to publicize the winning bet on the world cup in Qatar, because in my opinion this victory is personal, after all we are not bettors with a budget of $ 100,000, we bet only for fun and entertainment, it's different for those who bet up to millions of dollar.

In my opinion, winning sports betting is different from winning the lottery which must be published in the media, but I am sure for those who bet here in the world cup this time, There are sure to win up to $1000 maybe more, but it's not a poll that should be published, of course, they alone know the results.
1911  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 2023 on: December 10, 2022, 02:14:00 PM
can you see bitcoin at $5,000 during 2023? $10,000 perhaps?
You probably won't see the price of Bitcoin again like the price at the level you mentioned, Bitcoin will be a rare digital currency in the future, the current price and 2023 I think the lowest Bitcoin price you can see, you are late for the price $5000-$10k, you should be able to see that when your account was created on this forum in 2017.

Predictions & speculations do not lead as you ask, I think the current price of Bitcoin is the best decision for you to make, if you want to trade or invest, but all the order and decision is in your hands, consider some of the experiences that have happened to Bitcoin from 2009 until now.
1912  Economy / Economics / Re: Have Satoshi dream failed? on: December 09, 2022, 02:02:46 PM
Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin as the perfect P2P digital money but today people are forced to pay tax on their holdings. Haven't this make the whole anonymous and freedom dream of Nakamoto failed?
Bitcoins remain anonymous, taxes are taken from exchanges, wallets, banks, visas and so on, taxes do not apply to Bitcoins, you can still transact and buy Bitcoins anonymously.

Taxes apply to exchanges when Bitcoin is turned into fiat money, taxes apply to fiat transactions, not to Bitcoin, exchanges only deduct Bitcoin transaction fees, governments can't cut taxes on Bitcoin, they can do it on fiat.

Satoshi and Bitcoin do not fail when it comes to being anonymous.
Quote
Anonymous means: No application or tracker can reveal the identity of an anonymous user(even if they claim they can)!
Understand Anonymous, are you currently being tracked by the tax authorities for your identity when buying and selling Bitcoin, of course not, you can be tracked and your identity traced when sending fiat, not with your Bitcoin account or identity.
1913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar world cup Final Predictions on: December 09, 2022, 01:21:39 PM
So, what are your predictions???
Before entering the 1/4 finals, I had said the final at the Qatar 2022 world cup between the Brazilian club vs. Germany, it turns out that I made the wrong prediction for Germany which ended up having to leave Qatar.

Tonight one club in the 1/4 final is about to take place Croatia vs. Brazil, for that we currently have 8 more clubs to bet on, which is sure they will show their game on the field well and professionally, to fight for gold.

Code:
1/4 finals:
Croatia vs. Brazil =12/09 22:00
Netherlands vs. Argentina =12/10 02:00
Morocco vs. Portugal =12/10 22:00
England vs. France = 12/12 02:00

So far, we can see the eight clubs are good, all of them have the best history in the world cup. What is certain is that I predict that the 2022 world cup final will clash between Portugal vs. Brazil, I really believe this is going to happen on the next 22/18 10:00.

Thank goodness I don't have to wait until 2 AM to enjoy some of these matches. Cheesy
Comparison +7 hours, of course you don't have to watch 02 am, but we have to, at the moment our time is 23:20:54 and yours is 17:20:54/09 Dec 22.

If we have to watch the next league at 2am, you can watch at 9pm, advantage for your region.
1914  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can We Consider This Casino An Industry Giant In Marketing Here In Bitcointalk on: December 08, 2022, 02:59:46 PM
How can Duelbits come out with a huge budget only here in Bitcointalk that other casinos cannot when Duelbits started operation on February 2020 can we also consider them the most profitable casino in the industry?
You cannot look at the Duelbits gambling site with one eye, only guided by the campaign participants and advertisements for the Duelbits industry that are roaming Bitcointalk.

You also have to see the partners of Duelbits on the outside who are so big.
Example:
• Aston Villa Announces Partnership With Duelbits
• Oddin.gg partners with crypto casino Duelbits to bolster esports sportsbook offering
• The Argentine Football Association Presents Duelbits as Online Betting Regional Sponsor

I've seen reasons: Why Duelbits stands out
Quote
The online gambling market has been steadily growing over the last few years. Data from Zion Market Research estimates that the sports betting industry alone could be worth $155 billion by 2024, implying significant annualized growth.

In my opinion, Duelbits is currently one of the gambling industries that has the biggest budgets at the moment and has quite good partners out there, so from some of the data I have seen, of course Duelbits is one of the most successful giant industries currently in the fieldsportsbook.
1915  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: btc-asia on: December 08, 2022, 01:58:31 PM
is there any chance i can get it back? is there any chance i can do something to get this site down?
There is a possibility, try to contact: @ninjaboon, via PM and ask for the phone number, if your, live in Malaysia or Singapore.

Update 29 May 2022 approximately 8 months @ninjaboon has done something about btc-asia.com.

I have filed a report with the Malaysia Royal Police (27 May 2022) on the misuse and fraud by the new owners of btc-asia.com

29 May 2022.

According to https://who.is/whois/btc-asia.com, the new owners of btc-asia.com are
located at the City of Reykjavik

Try to visit the Royal Malaysian Police office and ask about cases reported by @ninjaboon regarding fraud cases by btc-asia.com, maybe there are clues for you, at least.

But before you contact @ninjaboon first for clarity, who knows he can help you in your case.
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you experienced this kind of gambling on: December 08, 2022, 01:08:47 PM
My question is, have you experienced this kind of gambling with Jersey numbers ?
Are you talking about lottery gambling....! What do you mean the lucky numbers 7.10, 8 and so on.

If what you are talking about is the type of lottery gambling, of course we will see that there are lots of people who put lottery numbers properly and correctly, generally it's all just a coincidence. For me it was just coincidence and luck, In my opinion, this type of lottery number bet is misleading, many people take the number trick as you said and there are many other ways they believe they can place the lottery, they don't care about cemeteries, they can even ask for animals and use them as a number guide.

What is clear, I don't trust soccer player jersey numbers, for lottery bets and maybe that has never happened to me, even though those numbers often appear on TV screens and so on, I installed the lottery purely because the numbers that came out in my own brain were not guided by a football player, even though he is a top star.
1917  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: December 07, 2022, 05:51:14 PM
How long do you think it will take for paper money to be phased out for good? Will CBDCs be able to replace not only paper money but also credit/debit cards? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Almost an average of countries in the world, out of a total of 195 countries, for now there are already 87 countries exploring CBDCs, as a means of storage, exchange/payment in digital form, good aim.

Based on the quote below.
Quote
The real function of CBDC is to minimize the costs of printing, transporting, storing and disposing of banknotes which are quite high.

I took the last point from the black label quote and from other sources i saw about CBDC wallet.
Quote
1. The first type of wallet is a maximum of $7.171 per payment, a daily limit of $14.343 and an annual limit of $71.717.
2. The second type of wallet is a maximum of $717 per payment, a daily limit of $1.434, and an annual limit of $43.030.
3. The third type of wallet is a maximum of $286 per payment, a daily limit of $286 and an annual limit of $7.171.
4. The fourth type of wallet is a maximum of $71 per payment, a daily limit of $143, and an annual limit of $1.434.

Pretty clear, if countries explore digital currency and establish nominal and maximal features and methods in the wallets that are used by the people, I think paper money will disappear in the next 2-3 years time.

Whether digital currency CBDCs, can run according to plan......!!
1918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 07, 2022, 03:55:12 PM
Ever had such concerns for security when visiting live casino centers?  or do other reasons which prevent you from using these live casino centers? (please state it).
Doesn't every live casino house have a super tight security guarantee for its visitors, especially on special days like Christmas and other special days, if people visit the live casino house.

As far as I can remember every casino house has a level of security and guards when people enter the casino house, those who want to gamble are not allowed to carry sharp weapons and items that are dangerous to other visitors, The friendly casino is responsible for convenience & security for visitors while in the game, that's the main point that must be implemented by the live casino to prevent unwanted things.

Even though there were several cases of commotion at the casino house and was worried about visitors, in my opinion it was negligence on the part of the casino, they didn't check in detail about the visitors who entered and there was chaos in the casino house, I think there is no reason to prevent those who want to use the casino, other than that some real rules must be applied, as I mentioned above, with some strict rules for visitors that will create comfort for visitors who want to bet at the casino house.
1919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde on: December 07, 2022, 02:27:16 PM
Professional win-loss-KO records
Artur Beterbiev:  18-0-18 KOs
Anthony Yarde:   23-2-22 KOs
I often watch Beterbiev in the ring, he is in my opinion a reliable & top boxer, this is based on the facts that I have seen, I really like to see some of the great punches and boxing techniques that Beterbiev has, he has good knowledge in the boxing arena.

As far as I remember several opponents who had dueled with Beterbiev in IBF and WBC boxing, all of them fell, I'm also a little curious whether the upcoming Anthony vs Artur duel, how many rounds Anthony can withstand Artur's punches, As far as I can remember, Yarde rarely fought boxers like Beterbiev, as far as I know Yarde only fought an elite boxer, Kovalev, several years ago.

But if fist between Anthony vs. Artur bets professionally, of course I will choose Artur to win for the duel this time.
1920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and investing, and still very broke.why? Is it spiritual? on: December 07, 2022, 01:35:51 PM
Doesn't trading & investing require patience to gain profits and one can become rich, I see many of my friends who are successful in trading & investing in the crypto market, in fact their ancestors were basically poor, in my friend's family he is the richest and most successful since he was involved in the crypto world, was it inherited, of course not.

I think someone's success lies in themselves, if they stick to the belief that what they do will be successful in the future, of course they will get the best.

Never be too ambitious and get rich quick in crypto trading & investment, do it step by step to do it, that way you will have good results for your trading, remember the crypto market from experience, it always rises at a predetermined time, seasonally.
