1901  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fortune.st Upcoming Updates (Happy New Year) on: January 15, 2023, 12:19:02 PM
Just like on other posters above and same as yours on which it did hinder me on making registration because of the need of mobile numbe[Suspicious link removed] really that trying to avoid as much as possible when it comes on inputting
my own personal number or even my extra ones which it is really having that exposure which lots of spam text and links been sent through into it which this is one of the main reasons on why
its been that exposed or known. Its better to remove it out if they do really want or like to get some players. Its not that bad looking but one i do notice out that recent winners list
where it is really that suspicious about having that winners are just repeating and some of them do make use of real names?  Cheesy
OP is advertising no KYC but right after I clicked the link I saw the option for a mobile number and it also marked as must fill box (*). Mobile number is most easiest way to track anyone's identity or record. We use a registered sim in our mobile and we have to register the sim with all our personal data.

To demonstrate how irrelevant that field is, you can put in 1234567890 and it will go. Feel free to sign up by entering any information you are willing to share. The original post has been updated to clarify some of those concerns.

I am going to quote this for future prosperity, because a lot of these so-called "Anonymous" casinos, will turn 180 degrees... and use ToS against large winners, when they need excuses not to payout the large wins.

I am not saying this is a scam casino, but we need evidence to support our case, when we win something big ....and the casino refuse to payout the winnings.. based on technicalities.  Roll Eyes
1902  Economy / Economics / Re: Soaring fertilizer prices could see millions more undernourished on: January 15, 2023, 12:10:30 PM
Well, currently China are the biggest importer of fertilizer ... because they need to produce more food per square meter, than any other agricultural land in other countries. The thing is, they manufacture a lot of products that are needed by other countries, so food imports will balance out the books for them, if they need to import more food than what they can produce.  Roll Eyes

The repercussions for the US agriculture are huge, because Fertilizer prices account for nearly one-fifth of U.S. farm cash costs, with an even greater share for corn and wheat producers. Source : https://www.fas.usda.gov/data/impacts-and-repercussions-price-increases-global-fertilizer-market

Like bonus drops, exclusive content, knowing when the monthly bonus drops first and heaps of other Stake news 🧐

~~

If you answered yes to any one of these, get into our Telegram 👉🏻 https://t.me/StakeCasino

Is this for real ....or is this just another Telegram scam? I also got the notification about this via Telegram, but I cannot see any link to Stake.com?

We not allowed to ask anything on the chat channels regarding things like this, so I do not know how to validate this. Anyone asked the Support if this is a Stake channel or a scam?
1904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paper wallet for BTC used to be the best on: January 15, 2023, 11:19:21 AM
Well, both methods have their advantages and disadvantages....

I use both methods to take advance of the strengths of both options to store my coins. I know how to make a "safe" Paper wallet.... so I use that option for long-term storage (make several copies & store copies in different geographical locations) and it is very cheap to do this.

I use hardware wallet for coins that I frequently use, because the hardware wallets are more accessible for coins that you frequently use. You can also store different coins on the same wallet... which is a bonus.  Wink
1905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Provably fair games are not fair on: January 14, 2023, 08:51:57 AM
I think a lot of people does not understand what the "provably fair" statement on many of these sites mean to them. In my opinion it only says that you as a gambler, can test each and every bet on their site to see if it was done correctly or not. It takes your Client seed and the Server seed and the Nonce and it reverse the process to show that the calculation for the result was valid.

You also have to consider other factors like the RTP and Variance .....so it is not as easy as it sounds to determine if the games are fair or not, if you do not have all those inputs. (The Server seed are hidden to protect the casino)
1906  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Times when I visit casinos Versus When I don't on: January 14, 2023, 08:32:00 AM
My best time is after work or over weekends when I need to relax. I will pour some wine and then fire up my favorite casino and just press the mouse button without any effort. I do not have to drive to a "Brick n Mortar" casino and then wait for a Slot to be available and then pay for food and drinks and struggle for parking and other people.  Roll Eyes

The worst time to do it.... when you are cash strapped and you think you can "win" at a casino to improve your situation. Casinos take a lot more money than what they are giving... so your chance of beating the odds are very small.  Roll Eyes
1907  Economy / Gambling / Re: Recommendations for Real Cryptocurrency Casinos on: January 14, 2023, 08:25:44 AM
In lieu of this i will like to recommend going through research on the available casinos on the forum here and make your stands about them, you can also look into others crypto casinos online on the internet and try conduct research on them, check their background history and past projects, this may actually intrigue you to choosing them as your preferred but know that there's actually something one must discover about in dealing with them.

I think this is why OP created this thread... he does not want to do the research by himself and he wants other players to provide him with casinos that they have already tested. You can browse the web and find many casinos, but how many of those casinos are just a front for an elaborate scam?

Now you deposit money into these scam casinos to test it and you cannot withdraw it.  Roll Eyes The more threads we have like this, the better for everyone... because a search for this thread title, will provide a value resource that can be trusted.  Wink

1908  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: January 14, 2023, 08:19:16 AM
When freebitco.in does promo, they do it the right way. They have been giving out 400k dollars per year on lambo bet alone, and that's just one thing and not considering anything else.

Between the wheel and these promos and hell the free faucet itself alone they are probably giving away over a million every year, possibly multi million dollars if I am not calculating wrong. That is bigger than any other casino in the entire world, no other casino does that and we are looking at a fair one, that gives out to people with not so much money, not just whales and us too. This is why it's ranked so high and that's why it's such a great thing right now as well.

They are most certainly one of the sites with the most users, but many of those users are faucet leechers. I have been with Freebitco.in ..almost from the start ...and it has been one hell of a ride to see it go from a faucet to a casino..and so much more.  Grin

The promotions are good, but there are casinos that are running much bigger promotions. One casino (which I will not name here..out of respect for Freebitco.in.. has given $1 000 000 in one giveaway in December.... and they give away loads of money every day of the week)  Grin
1909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why will Bitcoin have value? on: January 14, 2023, 08:11:00 AM
Yes, that are some of the reasons.. but I think the most important one is that it is not being controlled by any government. Satoshi Nakamoto left some clues for us with the newspaper clipping, when he pointed to the second government bailout to the Banks, when Satoshi made this available for the first time.

He saw the need for people to have an alternative payment method, in case Banks and governments fail ....and we have  seen this happening in many countries. ( Zimbabwe / Cyprus / ....other examples ==> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperinflation )
1910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Video how i turn 0.3 ethereum into 0.6 ethereum in dice on: January 13, 2023, 07:09:19 AM
There are DICE strategies that might give you a higher chance of winning, but in the end...everything comes down to luck. I use DICE mostly for wagering, so I set it to a 98% win ratio and let it run, but the cost to do that differ a lot.

One day, it will cost me $10 for every $1000 wagered and the next day it might be double that. Most of the other bets with a much lower win strategy is purely based on luck... but I use that to hopefully fund my wagering strategy.  Roll Eyes
1911  Economy / Economics / Re: Third of world economy to hit recession in 2023, IMF head warns on: January 13, 2023, 06:04:33 AM
The BRICS countries ...(Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) have so much political problems...that it will be highly unlikely that they will be able to decouple from the global economy. These countries have one thing in common..... they all have leaders that only serve their own interest... and not the interest of their civilians.  Roll Eyes

Global markets have a way to adapt and to overcome challenges and changes in their economy.... just look at the shifting of trades, during all those trade restrictions and sanctions and how that was bypassed.  Roll Eyes
1912  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [2023-01-12] Binance says it plans to expand hiring by as much as 30% in 2023... on: January 13, 2023, 05:53:36 AM
It certainly does show the difference in markets.  Coinbase probably over expanded during the prior times.  I do hope this is a sign of positive things to return for bitcoin.  The fraudster, scammer hangers-on who have wanted to make a quick buck by centralizing bitcoin need to be flushed from the system.  E.g. FTX, Celsius etc.  Not to mention a lot of the scam coins.

I do not know if FTX were flushed ...or if they were thrown under the bus by it's competitor ...Changpeng Zhao (Binance) ... because my take on this is different to what other might think about this.

You do not promise a "bailout" and then do a rug pull at the last minute... when you know your competitor has no other options. I think FTX was deliberately brought down for strategic reasons.  Roll Eyes
1913  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did Miss El Salvador cause the Bitcoin price to spike last night? on: January 13, 2023, 05:46:22 AM
Well, as we know.... Bitcoin's price are not just determined by 1 event... but a combination of events in a global context. Yes, a lot of the people watching from El Salvador must have seen that and it might have sparked some marketing affect, but it is insignificant in a global context.

I think we are in a slow recovery phase, after all the spending happening over the Holiday season ....and people are returning from their holiday and trading again as usual. (They made profits during the year..... rewarded themselves with a good holiday.. and now they are back at it again.... working to save up for the next holiday)  Roll Eyes
1914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why would someone send 4 BTC to Satoshi (Genesis block) on: January 13, 2023, 05:34:20 AM
At first, when I read the "subject" of this thread... I thought it might be older transactions...from the early days.... but I checked out the transaction and it was done on the 8th of January 2023. So someone send $75,424.64 worth of bitcoins to Satoshi's Genesis block.

The only logical reason for this in my mind, is this : The person must have made huge profits from Satoshi's technology... and he or she wants to show their appreciation to Satoshi for this. (Even though Satoshi has never used any of his coins and will most probably never spend the 4 bitcoins that was send to that address)

It is thus only a gesture to make a statement .....and not anything to do with the monetary value of those coins. (In a few years... those coins might rise to the Lazlo pizza level ....and people will make fun of this)  Roll Eyes
1915  Economy / Economics / Re: Every passing year seems progressively worse on: January 12, 2023, 08:01:12 AM
OP, what did you expect will happen when you have a continued global population explosion and also the environmental impact of industries that are growing to provide enough food and consumer goods to those people? We have increased pollution and global warming that are having severe influences on the weather.

This will continue until we destroy our own planet..... or it will decrease when we realize that we are killing our only source of survival. (Many species will die, before things will go better....and that includes human lives)  Angry
1916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is it becoming a thread for casinos refusing paying very huge winnings? on: January 12, 2023, 07:52:42 AM
We do not have all the information, but we have to understand that gambling occur on digital platforms and that glitches might happen.

Let's take an example : You play a Slot with a Maximum payout of 30 000x and a maximum bet amount of $10.... so the maximum payout should be $300 000 ....but when you win with a glitch, it says $40 000 000 .....so in this case, the casino has a valid reason not to honor the payout, because it is way more than the maximum payout that this Slot can pay.

So some casinos are just looking for a reason not to pay.... and that is sad. (Mostly using the KYC or ToS to their advantage)  Roll Eyes

Well, I am happy to report that I have managed to win one of the Slot hunts, which for me is a good accomplishment... because those hunts are dominated by a small group of people lately. (It goes very fast and there are some expert Slot hunters out there at the moment)  Grin

Some weeks ago I was rolling the dices on Stake and actually managed to get a good streak at 90%.
This week I tested my luck again and all went down hill, it seems my luck is completely gone. I got a 10% chance loss twice just in three rolls.  Roll Eyes
Decided it was time to stop and log off.

I'll try Blackjack when I feel lucky again. Any one here wants to lean me some good luck?  Tongue

Stake are in feeding mode again, probably in preparation for the Monthly that are more or less paid out around the 15th of every month. (I got a $15 to $20 cost for every $1000 wager on Stake originals at 98%+ win ratio for the last few days)  Shocked
1918  Economy / Exchanges / [2023-01-12] Binance says it plans to expand hiring by as much as 30% in 2023... on: January 12, 2023, 07:11:29 AM
Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trade volume, is planning to increase its staff numbers by 15% to 30% in 2023, chief executive officer (CEO) Changpeng Zhao said Wednesday at the Crypto Finance Conference in Switzerland.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/binance-says-plans-expand-hiring-041426149.html

Binance are hiring more people and Coinbase, also one of the biggest Crypto Exchanges are slashing almost a fifth of it's workforce. It just shows you how different markets, influence different exchanges.  Tongue
1919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - a bloodless revolution on: January 12, 2023, 06:58:22 AM
Actually, Bitcoin is not the first bloodless revolution. If you look a little back, there was the Indian revolution started by Ghandi more than 100 years ago.

And there's also the South African revolution by Nelson Mandela.

The South African revolution was not without any bloodshed at all. Many black people killed other black people who were seen as government collaborators, informers and black policemen. The executioners would force a car tyre over the head and around the arms of the suspect, drench it in petrol, and set it alight. (Also called, Necklacing)

During the unrest periods, many people were shot and killed and lots of blood were shed during those times. Nelson Mandela were involved in the bombing of many power plants and strategic installations.

I am just glad that Satoshi Nakamoto found a way to revolt against the governments and Banks, without people being killed or hurt. (Even though nobody knows what happened to Satoshi)  Roll Eyes
1920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Woman won $43million but was offered a steak dinner instead of her winnings on: January 11, 2023, 07:13:38 AM
Yea, I see this on a regular basis.... even yesterday, someone on Stake.com reported that he hit a 1000x on Plinko ....and it paid out 2x. The casino just said it was a GUI glitch and the actual payout was not 1000x... Roll Eyes

Now, if the maximum payout on the Slot she played indicated say 3000x and she bet the maximum amount of $10 per bet .....then it is impossible for her to have won that $43 million. (That is understandable, so they should honor the maximum payout of say $30 000)
