so, VIP shares's dividend go a part on pending pay out and a part on voucher balance? or in "pending pay out balance" and in "Value of VIP shares"?

I will try to explain,and I'm glad you ask because it is important to know.
Dividends (when dividend pot over 5000 sat) go in pending payout balance.
vip shares and simple shares make same profit.
Re-invest dividends (when re-invest pot is over 5000 satoshi) go in vipshare balance and normal share balance.
Voucher makes as well dividends like the shares.
It's why it is interesting to estimate if it is better having much vouchers or not,if for com and cap shares the price goes up.

Because the result of cashback.
Vipshare have no cashback.This is in fact the difference with normal shares.
Cashback is deducted from pending investment balance and is deposed in pending payout balance.
Members have absolutly to understand that cashback and dividends are only possible if it is "possible".
Members have to understand that it depends on the site incomes...
The only sure balance is the "pending payout balance" and real transaction fees can modify members payout.
No problem with old members,we have talked about.
With new ones,it is harder...they do not talk about and so I can not be sure they have understood.

The most difficulties for me is managing the incomes,the nawadays little incomes.
If I give to much to "old big investors"...the new ones will not get enough and will give up.
If I give not enough to "old ones"...It is not fair,because they have spent much time.
Members have to understand that it is not just a faucet and just direct reward.
Dividends come from investment,and new members have not invested much.
Investment is risky,and it is normal that big investors earn more than little investors.
The risk is of course limited at what you earned for free.
