For me, my passive income is by doing my tasks to complete here in signature campaign. This is I think of as of now, since by joining here in any campaign will surely give an earning weekly or depends on the rules. Also, by buying and selling bitcoin were I also earn bitcoin.
That is not really passive income at all, passive income means you don’t need to do a thing to obtain your profits, if you need to take some active action to make money then it is not passive.
1903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 12, 2017, 03:50:37 AM
Dash will be at $45 in 4 days.

then slowly go up
DASH will be worth 10 dollars soon, all the masternodes will come crashing to the iliiquid markets and buy support
Lets not exaggerate the price may get loser but that is a big crash, I don’t see it happening especially that fast.
1904  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 12, 2017, 03:45:46 AM
We do not believe Bitcoin is a good name...especially for a currency that tries to replace the current monetary system.
The name of the coins is irrelevant since it is the protocol that matter, however if bitcoin was called something like bitdollar then you can bet there could have been trouble with the US governments because of that.
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Full list of anonymous coins on: March 12, 2017, 03:38:18 AM
Good list anonymity is important because if we don't have then bitcoin does not offers all the features of cash and it also allows blockchain analysis to determine what you are doing with your coins.
1906  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: March 11, 2017, 03:56:51 AM

The one behind this should be imprisoned.

That's very unlikely. Supposed that you get the whereabouts of the people behind it. Would you go to a different country, hire a lawyer, and sue them just because they scammed you about $5-$10? Of course not.
This is one of the protections those scammers use, since they scammed a low amount of money it is unlikely the victim will choose to follow with a demand or with an investigation of his own.
1907  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: March 11, 2017, 03:53:48 AM
Is because the name "Bitcoin" is the best name for a crypto-currency.

No other name will be as good.

I think people will always find a cooler name than bitcoin, but the reason why Bitcoin is number one because of being the pioneer of cryptocurrency and being adopted by majority of population of cryptocurrency.  And that is also the reason why Bitcoin is almost the best name for cryptocurrency.

yahoo was also a big player in search engines.

and then google pops up...

Google popped up and took lead of all other search engines. Google opted everything that Yahoo can't. With bitcoin everything is possible than the other digital currencies, so something dominating bitcoin is really impossible.

First of all, what has happened to one thing isn't always the same thing that's going to happen to another. Digital currency is very different than search engine. You can earn money from digital currency, you can trade, convert your fiat to bitcoins, and vice versa. While google and yahoo are just a search engine. You don't have to pay anything to access it. You can easily prefer one over another and don't have any problem since it's free. You basically just have to type their website and use it.

Bitcoins, on the other hand, is much more than that. It's money and there's an actual economy here. Switching from one coin to another might be a loss for you since the coin that you switched to can get price decrease.

tl;dr: There's no loss or anything bad that can happen to you when you switch from using Yahoo to Google, while there are risks when you switch from using Bitcoin to another coin.
Using Google search engine is not free, maybe you are not charged a fee for using it, but remember if you use a service and you are not being charged by the service or the product then you are the product.
1908  Economy / Lending / Re: Loaning on Poloniex on: March 11, 2017, 03:51:50 AM
There's anyone who knows how to loan on poloniex?
I want to loan on poloniex exchange site and use it for trading in poloniex exchange too, Can anyone help me how loan on poloniex works and how to loan?
Thanks Smiley

Are you asking for a loan or are you asking for someone to show you how to lend on there?
I think it is clear that he is asking about how to loan to other people money to obtain profits out of them, unfortunately I don't use poloniex, so cannot help the opener there.
1909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Update to 0.10 Wallet - Merge Mine w/BTC! on: March 11, 2017, 03:45:36 AM
UNO had a good February.

If you were in early at the month at .001, you were up 100% by Feb. 28.
Then let us hope UNO gets an even better March, getting those kind of profits again will not hurt my wallet at all, but at this point I will wait and see.
1910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How far do you think ETH will go? on: March 10, 2017, 03:42:35 AM
I put in about $100 into ETH yesterday and plan on putting another $100 in today. Last I checked, it was around $3 per ETH and now it's at $19 which is absolutely great.

How many of you have invested in ETH and how far do you think it will go in the next couple of years?
It depends what you mean, you mean what it is the maximum price ETH can reach in this year, even if it it a bubble? Or do you mean what will be the biggest stable price that ETH can reach in this year? Because those two option are very different.
1911  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is a war against china the only option? on: March 10, 2017, 03:39:03 AM
At every passing day Chineses oligarchs augment their power. The more powerful they get, the more assertive they are in all aspects.

A few examples:

Iran, the next north korea.
Freedom of naviagtions.
Freespeech.
Job stealing in the west by total slavery and with 0 respect for the earth.
Continuous weapon program to reach parity.
The will to regulate and subjugate the market liberty and all aspect of life to the will of the cccp.

I see 0 peaceful initiatives from there. Only gaining time until they reach leathal superiority. If allowed to ger there it will be a war, they will provoke to expand. So or they are stopped now with still western edge and sent back or later in a more symetrical and ugly way.

Advantages: once chinese power is reduced to hashes, it will possible to restore sanity worldwide (iran, nk, authoritarian regimes, attack on freespeech, restore the earth, trade freely and fairly).

Otherwise they will continue to conspire ans weaken by all means the west.

A war with china will be over in a single minute, full quantic: 1billion+ Deaths).

The windows of opportunity is getting smaller everyday...

Please prove me wrong... but you can't, i bet.
A war against a nuclear superpower is not an option, since that will only bring MAD to any country involved in that confrontation.
1912  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitpay Raises Minimum Transaction Amount To Cope With Growing Bitcoin Fees on: March 10, 2017, 03:37:32 AM
People will make less transactions and surely less online shopping, Bitpay may have its days numbered as bitcoin's utility decreases and is mostly used for speculation and store of value.

A predict this will also affect colored coins build on top of bitcoin.

They have the option of allowing payments by alts. It is entirely possible that bitcoin just becomes a store of value, but purchasing stuff is done by an alt like doge or steem or litecoin.
I think it is inevitable as bitcoins keeps growing in value then no one wants to spend it, it is the same that happen to gold and silver, gold was used as a store of value and silver was the one that circulated the most, so the question is who is going to become the second crypto? LTC, DOGE, Monero?
1913  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Price drops after ETF not approved, it's because people are Dumb on: March 10, 2017, 03:34:07 AM
The price shot up over a thousand months before most people even knew about the ETF. What makes you think it will make a difference?

If it's not approved, whales will dump and price will drop... but the panic sellers will send it further. Just HODL. $10k is not far away.
Then take advantage of it, if you got lemons then make lemonade, if noobs want to leave their money on the table then the opportunity is yours don't let it go and take advantage of it, let them lament their mistake.
1914  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 10, 2017, 03:30:41 AM
What if bitcoin gains much more value than you anticipate? So what happens when 1 satoshi reaches the price of 1 dollar?
What kind of arrangement is made if payment is requested as Cent? Can the bitcoin core be modified?
The only thing that could make it happen would be a collapse in the economy, something unprecedented. In this case there would be a chance that fiat currencies would lose much value, and people would migrate to a more efficient currency. But as we all know, the Bitcoin network is not yet ready to deal with such traffic.
While the economies will need to collapse to see that kind of price, it is not as difficult to believe since the economies are as vulnerable as they have ever been, so while it is unlikely, it is possible.
1915  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do when BTC shoots up? on: March 06, 2017, 05:44:22 PM
Nothing, I just let it be and do a little celebration since I know that there is a bigger opportunity and a larger profit waiting at the end of the spectrum. Sometimes, I offload some of my coins just to have some profit claiming especially when I bought coins from $500-700 ranges. Not a greedy bastard but reall, good things comes to those who wait.
This is the right approach, we cannot sell everything or you will be left out of the game, but you cannot avoid selling since you risk the price could get lower again and you only materialize your profits when you sell your bitcoin.
1916  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: March 06, 2017, 05:42:20 PM
The price of the bitcoin is currently about $1.200 seems hard to get for free within 1 or 2 months. If you have a trading experience, surely you can get it. Safety way is mining. I recommend use S7 or higher, mining with 2 units S7 you will get about 1 BTC.
It is possible to make that amount through trading but the op stated very clearly that he did not want to invest any money and in order to make that amount of money you need to have a decent starting capital.
1917  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Balance hasnt updated on coinizy after refund on: March 06, 2017, 05:39:19 PM
So, I bought something from ebay with coinizy virtual card, but the seller ended up refunding me. Now its has been 30 minutes and the money still havent appeared on the card. Someone can help me?
I think you need to read their TOS, if I remember correctly in order to receive deposits in your card you need to be verified. Look on the Q&A section this is the link.

1918  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to get around Coinbase ban if you withdraw from (gambling) website on: March 06, 2017, 05:36:02 PM
When you set up a coinbase account and want to move your bitcoins to a gambling site or vice versa.

1. Create a desktop wallet on your computer. I use Multibit.
2. Send your bitcoins from coinbase to your desktop wallet
3. Then from your desktop wallet to the gambling site. Withdraw your winnings  Wink from the gambling site and send them to your desktop wallet, then back to coinbase.
That way coinbase sees the deposit from your desktop wallet rather than your gambling site wallet.
This method will not work your best bet is to convert your bitcoins to another crypto and then buy again bitcoin that way your coins will be clean but the issue here is why you want to use coinbase at all.
1919  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 06, 2017, 05:34:08 PM
thats too much to expected that amount is very big, i dont think if it will happen in the near future or on next 5 or 6 years but maybe if it will happen, it will happen at 20-30 years again and if 1 satoshi worth $1 i am sure all of bitcointalk members will be rich man and buy some lambo Cheesy
If bitcoin reached that price I think we should be more worried about buying food, water and guns, since that means the economy will be in such a terrible state that we will need to guarantee our own safety.
1920  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: March 05, 2017, 02:18:06 AM
Forget about making that amount of money , first try to see how much money you can make without putting yourself such a unrealistic goal then after you know what is your potential earnings then you can keep working in reaching that goal, but you cannot expect to reach that goal in the short term.
