So, I bought something from ebay with coinizy virtual card, but the seller ended up refunding me. Now its has been 30 minutes and the money still havent appeared on the card. Someone can help me?

I think you need to read their TOS, if I remember correctly in order to receive deposits in your card you need to be verified. Look on the Q&A section this is the link.
