I'm not sure, but I think that such thing like off-chain transactions between users was planned few years ago. I might be wrong, maybe I confused it with Faucethub. Anyway, I don't think it's needed currently because transaction fees are really low for a long time already. Using of SegWit addresses also helps. I don't think transaction fees are the problem here but the time people are waiting for a confirmation. If you send a high amount of money it would be any problem paying a higher fee to get a quick confirmation but when you make transactions of only a few dollars paying a fee of 0.5$ is considered to be high. Anyways I am not sure how many people would use this feature, probably only for transactions between friends. With fees going up again it is something we like to do but there is one issue with it. We often get people complaining that they didn't receive withdrawals, with a blockchain transaction we can send them the transaction ID as proof we paid it to the address they requested. An internal transaction relies on just our word that we transferred the funds.

I tried to use VPN in many places I go and face these type of issues time to time as well. Not rebooting your router and keeping hold of your address would seem more logical to me.

Maybe you are using proxy which is easily available to lots of people.Please use your personal ip address and you sould not see that issue.
I do not use any proxy and VPN why are you thinking that? I use a real internet provider router and device use only me. I do not access (do not share my wi-fi password) any other people. so why this problem?  Read the post above. Check your device for malware and then ask your ISP if it a shared address. |
