1921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long are we going to pretend? on: August 28, 2014, 12:07:31 PM
For me Bitcoin will end the experimental phase whenever the main developers launch a "stable" implementation of the Bitcoin protocol.
1922  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Euphoria when bitcoin goes to moon! on: August 28, 2014, 12:33:01 AM
Tired of all these sideways movement..

Please share me some nice old thread at the time of those 2011 & 2013 bubbles, where people are happily watching the price rise, let me at least read them and be happy until the next moon ride..

I can show some threads about people crying because they lost money they couldn't afford to lose(personal savings, money to pay bills, etc..) due to a sudden crash, that in the old times could happen literally overnight. I guess it would be more effective to make you happy with these sideways moves.
1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do People Believe Bitcoin Will Replace Fiat? on: August 28, 2014, 12:01:16 AM
I have a hard time following the logic when people make a statement that Bitcoin will replace all fiat currency.  In my world view, they coexist and will continue to coexist.  I can see where some fiat currencies die and Bitcoin fills in the gap, but not on a global level.  Your thoughts?

People too entusiasmed with Bitcoin and think everyone are like him. Also wishfull thinking about they getting billionaire just by hodling few BTC.

Most people don't use internet banking, and there are billions or so people without a bank account. Even internet and smartphones aren't global, I doubt cryptos will ever be really global one day.
1924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone please tell me this isn't how transactions always work.... on: August 27, 2014, 11:35:15 PM
As people already shown, the fault is more how the apps are designed than in the bitcoin protocol.

Nothing that can't be solved with some work.
1925  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [BUY/SELL] Bitcointalk Accounts - verified accounts ✔, not hacked ✔ on: August 27, 2014, 11:12:19 PM

1926  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: August 27, 2014, 04:30:33 PM
After a fake 520 break we are back to the boring sideways, trapped between 500-520.

That is too boring. I want the days where 50% variations were common
1927  Other / Off-topic / Re: I believe all life is evil. on: August 27, 2014, 02:08:09 PM

1929  Other / Off-topic / Re: free vps ?? on: August 27, 2014, 02:00:16 PM
Free vps should be called free packet sniffers too. I would never use one
1930  Other / Off-topic / Re: This is My Satoshi Jersey on: August 27, 2014, 01:58:25 PM
nice, but you should have of written Bitcoin instead making people google it and increasing our demand which would increase our price in the same time Smiley

Satoshi is a japanese name, so it is more like a true easteregg. And considering what media says about Bitcoin, people might think he is a seller from a physical Silk Road store or something
1931  Economy / Services / Re: Earn few BTCs per day, become an affiliate. Daily payouts. 50% revenue sharing. on: August 27, 2014, 01:48:22 PM
You have red reputation and people won't forget your signature failure anytime in this century.

Better try with another account if you wanna any chance.
1932  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the difference between Hackers and Crackers? on: August 27, 2014, 01:44:30 PM
Hackers are people specialized on computer security, regardless how they use their knowledge.

Cracker you can find on market and aren't that tasty, in my opinion

1933  Other / Off-topic / Re: Avoid Sitting On Office Desk Constantly on: August 27, 2014, 01:38:36 PM
In work there is a chance the boss won't see it with good eyes that. They are more worried with you giving them profit than with your health, they can fire you and hire another sucker if you give too much healt troubles
1934  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Would you buy a hardware wallet? on: August 27, 2014, 01:24:29 PM
Would consider that. But really deppends on price, uses I can have for it, secure, etc...
1935  Economy / Speculation / Re: We have lift off! on: August 26, 2014, 05:27:05 PM
Yeah, no 1000 so far.

Moon people sucks and always make bad predictions
1936  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why do scammers scam? on: August 26, 2014, 05:12:16 PM
Some people only have the ability to convince others they have an idea worth investing, but not have good ideas and make they come true.

Also the anonimity factor, you can scam using an alt ID while you remain being an honorable member of the Bitcoin comunity. Plus it will be unlikely you'll get arrested or something, because the Bitcoin comunity values anonimity.

Then no social punishment + no law punishiment = scammer's paradise
1937  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] Bitcointalk account Full Member. 0.12 BTC (Escrow accepted) on: August 26, 2014, 03:27:31 PM
Escrow must be through escrow.ms, has over 100+ posts on the sig campaign ($25ish) you just need to change the payout address. If anyone is interested let me know Smiley

What, this account?

He has Primedice signature, without referral, so I guess not. All fulls are kicked from Primedice campaign.

Unless he is lying or still thinks he is in.
1938  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Israel, Palestine agree on long-term Gaza truce – Hamas spokesman on: August 26, 2014, 03:23:29 PM
They always agree about truce, then 1 or 2 days later, or less, something happens and they start to fight again.

Doubt will be different this time.
1939  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which is the best project to start? gambing, faucet, dice, casino etc? on: August 26, 2014, 03:20:43 PM
Open a bitcoin-related start-up. Or try to be a bitcoin developer.

You will need some knowledge to make something people will really want.
1940  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What moves the price of Bitcoin et al against the dollar? on: August 26, 2014, 03:07:20 PM
3 - whale moves and trading bots triggered by whale moves.
