A few have already been banned for plagiarism including some high ranking accounts. I guess you can take them on a case by case basis but it's obvious those sort of accounts are only here for one reason only and I doubt many of them will start making exponential posts (or even half-decent ones) but whether you want to give them the benefit of doubt is up to you. As long as you keep an eye on them and have a list of the ones that have reappeared then there shouldn't be an issue.
