1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how to explain bitcoin advantage ?? on: February 02, 2017, 06:56:52 PM
When you explain well how to get discounts on Amazon when you want to buy stuff usually most of the people I told about BTC get the point. If people understand that there can be value behind it (forget about the price) because btc is useful then most of them get it. Especially women (tell them to buy shoes with a 15% discount on Amazon... They go crazy)
Yeah its work if you know how to market you can push them to use bitcoin instead and deposit their money in bitcoin and buy in purse.io..
Since more merchant online are accepting bitcoin and new business are releasing in the internet i hope that more website are accepting it or hoping that bitcoin will be accepting in big company like amazon that can push more price of bitcoin if it will happen..

1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will the price of Dogecoin be by the year 2020? on: February 02, 2017, 06:51:47 PM
Well for me much more cheaper than the present price right now .. since there is no adoption happen with dogecoin and i cant see development about this project.. but maybe if those developers will take an action to push it back to high value..  since i am still holding dogecoin and waiting for the price increase..
1926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll Management Challenge! on: February 02, 2017, 06:48:54 PM

I think you should need to manage your list in to front or first page list of lose and list of winning when you are betting so that they can monitor and see if you are making a good profit and it is good to see if you win we can follow your moves while we are waiting for the result of your goal.
1927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which dice site to use for huge bet? (100BTC+) on: February 02, 2017, 06:44:53 PM

1928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make governments accept bitcoin? on: February 02, 2017, 06:43:34 PM
For me for now its impossible unless if your country are dont have too much regulation in their country like in brazil but here in my country its impossible because of anonymity of bitcoin they can not trace or no identity that they can be use for their investigation once they are scam..
So they dont let government accept bitcoin.
1929  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices could leap to $2000 in 2017? on: February 02, 2017, 06:40:42 PM
Anything is possible and have chances. Even $3,000 is possible, that's how easy to speculate. But ok let's back to the reality, $2,000 is really achievable "as long" as continus pump will happen or should I say, number of pumps must be dominated over the number of dumps.

Thinking it will go up straight to $2,000 is quiet not realistic so what we must expect is to maintain the resistance above $1,000 once the price reached $1,100 above. In that way, we can have a buying level at around $1,000 which is a good start before launching again to another price level.
Since bitcoin is unstable and unpredictable it can be happen awe are not fortune teller but in bitcoin since we already seen the price wa hit $1k value  and i think another goal could be hit in $2k value and hoping that it can be happen in the future.. now we need to buy more or ave more bitcoins befor e the price will hit the $2k which is very high price and i think if there are more project comes here in 2017 we will see the price movement fast..
1930  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: February 02, 2017, 06:34:21 PM
According to prediction, the paper money in 50 years will disappear. can't argue with that paper money a lot of weaknesses, such as fake money crimes, money laundering and illegal transactions. With digital money then a person or community is suspected of committing crimes will be easily frozen.
i think we cannot give any time frame for disappearing the fiat currency, no one know about it that what will happen to fiat in 50 years or more. but if we conclude it thin it is even looking difficult that either after 50 years bitcoin will disappear. to me i think will still survive bur the use of bitcoin will increase more and people will then giving more preference to digital currency.
its obvious that more people will use bitcoin we are growing and i think new comers will think about bitcoin to be a paper money..
Fiat is almost used by each country that its impossible to replace by bitcoin government not letting them to use as local currency since bitcoin is anonymous and people if they are scam they can not direct who are the scammers. since almost everything in bitcoin is anonymous.. no id no real information.. you can hide in bitcoin.
1931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: February 02, 2017, 05:56:28 PM
Don't play those games where your chance's of winning is very low.I always avoid roulette, slots and keno because these game depends on luck mostly and house has much advantage.Try blackjack, because it's depends on your skill and, house and you will start with a card.
I agree with you, playing blackjack is the best game so far because it only depends on your skill and low house edge, if you're good in blackjack probably you can make some money, mostly I have played dice, it's a fun game that depends on your luck and strategy.

A person can probably just gamble in a smart way if he/she is playing a one on one game with another person. Otherwise it all depends on your luck in gambling because you can just bet the amount you want and wish for a win and nothing else is in your hands. But if you are playing a game where you are competing with someone else then maybe you can make a fortune for yourself.
You got the point but the problem according to balik blackjack is a skill base game that honestly its not a skill base game like you said its all about luck. unlike in sports betting that actually you can analyse who will win just watching their game every team,..
Blackjack or dice game or slots those games are base on luck..
1932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: February 02, 2017, 05:48:19 PM
I am not a gambler, but I think no one is really feeling shameful for being one. I think that gamblers should feel shameful because you are throwing away money for fun and stupidity instead of buying something you need ortome your family needs.
No not all people are thinking like that or feel shameful since some people are gambling because of their needs like gamble for fun and i think money is just a money you can earn that money again.. happiness you can not buy any happiness that you can get.. but the result can be addicted and abuse your self for gambling spent a lot of time instead doing of work he just gamble its not tolerated because its your self and its depends in your self if where you are happy..
1933  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading places on: February 02, 2017, 05:26:08 PM
Hey people,

I'm looking for a plateform to trade on btc. I currently hold some coins in exchange, but that's rather different cause you can only buy or sell btc here. There is no possibility of leverage for example.

I don't really know a lot about the different possible website, but I know that lot of trading plateform have... Dubious method or security. So I'd like to have the opinion of some of view before trying it.

Thanks in advance!

I could only suggest to you is try in Poloniex and Bitrrex. According to my self studying about it, these two seems to be very nice compare to other ex changers because base on majority feedback of the community here they are both don't have any malicious or any controversies issues happens before.
Your in poloniex many people are halving trouble because there are something logging in in their poloniex account just like mine few months ago and they are logging in my poloniex the good part i remove all my bitcoins and altcoins there and make a new account.. and i think for those who are register in other trading site that was hack better to change your password or put a 2fa so that you coins is safe or make a new account that different email and password that you didnt use by other crypto trading site..
1934  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price cycles on: February 02, 2017, 04:59:53 PM

So... interesting; I came across this this morning in my twitter feed:

https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BCHAIN/MKPRU/nvcHNfKD-The-235-Day-Cycle-somehow-is-Still-Not-Dead/

Looking at it, there definitely seems to be something happening for at least a local maximum every 235 days or so... this comes pretty close to my 900-day cycle (which is strictly peak-to-peak), so I'm starting to look into maybe a 940-day super-cycle, divided into four 235 day phases or sub-cycles.  This would still correspond to a new ATH reached each cycle (we again are in cycle 3 and have not yet reached this point), but would help to predict local maxima.  It also falls away from the strict interpretation of where the peaks and valleys are, but keeps the concept of the cycle.  I'll be looking into this more probably in a few weeks.

Interestingly, my initial finding (in previous thread) of a 670 (later refined to 694) day cycle is very close to a multiple of 235 days (705 days), which is still in agreement in principle.  In fact, changing from a 670 to 900 day cycle is a delta of 230 days, or almost exactly the length of one of these sub-cycles.

BTW, for those asking about analysis based on market cap: I have done initial review, and the trending is not very different.  The cycle trends stay the same, although the long-term graphs look a bit different.  I'll finish up some work on those also, sometime soon, once Christmas is passed.

So I have done some more analysis, based on this article on TradingView; if I extend each cycle into 940 days, and make the phases 235 days, they look like this (from this point, I am taking to calling each 235-day grouping a "cycle" and the  larger ones "supercycles")

Now what I see here definitely corresponds to a supercycle in cycles 1-4 and again in 5-8, but things have changed in 9-12.  Why?  Well, looks like it could be the change to a strong bear market following the China crackdown/Mt. Gox debacle at the start of 2014 (cycles 7-8).  I think what that did is break the supercycle trend and it had to start all over again once the market sentiment changed bullish again (starting at the end of cycle Cool.  So, keeping the same 235-day cycles and omitting cycle 9, the third supercycle now looks like:

Now note that the start and end of each cycle is completely arbitrary at this point, but that doesn't matter when it comes to comparing cycles and supercycles (the length is what matters, and that stays the same).  Using this formulation and comparing just the supercycles, it looks like this:

So there you go.  I think the cycles still exist.  I'll look into playing with the ending points of cycles and seeing what more I can glean, but looks good for now.

Your great on analyzing but you think it could be happen again.. since almost movement of bitcoin price are same movement but in different price .
Well we there is no exact time that the price could be the same spikes but theres no problem for trying it and set own margin and make some profit..
This is what happen right the price are gradually increasing just like before.. the spike still same but the date are not..
Lets hope that we can make a good result this coming months..
1935  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Bitsler Script Bot 2017 Auto pilot BTC all days on: February 01, 2017, 06:59:03 PM

1936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: February 01, 2017, 06:53:20 PM
Paypal is collapsing, if just more people would understand the benefits of bitcoin it would collapse faster.
Only reason for me to use paypal just for ebay.
Ebay bought paypal and it will never integrate bitcoin, because they would earn less, we need something bigger like ebay but only for bitcoin virtual currency.

PayPal isn't collapsing at all. To make it even more interesting, PayPal has been growing constantly from year to year. It's not for nothing that even though quite some Bitcoiners don't seem like to it, it's still enjoying larger fields of acceptance throughout the world. Other than that, PayPal doesn't need to collapse. People are free to use whatever payment option they want as every platform offers its own benefits. In some cases PayPal comes out more handy, and in other cases it's Bitcoin that is the better option.
I agree that the bitcoin is good in some cases and PayPal in some, but just to be clear PayPal had to go over some serious difficulties at first in order to become used by so many people nowadays and be accepted in every online shop, and I think that with time bitcoin will become also popular and may overcome PayPal in the future because it is more secure.
If there are many changes about bitcoin in the future it can overcome the paypal.. but for now many people are using paypal because ots more popular and many people are trusting it when they are buying and shopping online and most acceptable than the other online payment like bitcoin..
1937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The danger of the cyptocurrencies on: February 01, 2017, 06:50:08 PM
There is only one major problem of crypto currencies,
They can shut down any time and still you can't claim you cash.
So that is a major problem.
Also the government won't prefer crypto currencies over the paper currency.
But there is more privacy in crypto currencies.
That's a plus point

The only thing that can shutdown a crytpo currency is when there is no one that uses it anymore because it is a peer to peer type of currency everyone owns and control their crypto currency
I think the other crypto are shutdown due to made it just owner earn good money and live it without developing.. this is what happen to other altcoin but those who are living altcoin until now i it can be shutdown if their system or whole block chain system can be hack by someone.. and get all altcoins and sell them in to the market that can result of shutdown or holders are not let buy this altcoin again..
1938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to create a Bitcoin gambling site? on: February 01, 2017, 06:44:45 PM
I saw some other gambling project in github before and i think the other program language they are using is python but yeah most of the are PHP and javascript because this is common programming languages.. that much more easier than advance program like python scripts..
1939  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: February 01, 2017, 06:32:37 PM
Unless Faucets make you money, it will save you time, you can do mininig instead, nobody will give you anything for free.
nope i think that there was a free thing, for example, is the signature of this campaign. You can use this method for free, and there are many other free methods such as adverising blog, youtube and similar,

To earn from signature campaign you need to give your time, efforts and energy in posting and you need to spend some time on it on regular basis but yes it doesn't require any investment to earn bitcoins and it is the best way to earn some bitcoins regularly and I genuinely believe that it is also an safest method to earn bitcoins.

How much we can earn from signature campaign and where we can join? How they will pay us for that job and who pay us best when we work in signature campaign?
Well, first signiture campaings are the best way to earn bitcoin just for writing posts and speaking with other people on this forum and you can easily get into one by applying in their post in the service section but the way you can increase your income from these signiture campaigns is to rank up you account and get good post quality.
Signature campaign is one of the great source by other people here but we should not stay in signature campaign since we do not know when signature campaign will gone and its not easy to join in signature campaign right now because many members are ban due to spammy behaviors and they are looking for contructive poster if you are just a posting without much effort you will not easily accepted ny many signature campaign..
1940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: February 01, 2017, 06:19:32 PM
I think the big 3 could be still survive in the future which is litecoin dogecoin and XMR monero.. which the oldest altcoin that still survive until now that we can say if bitcoin will gone or shutdown those 3 can be the next bitcoin except for ethereum.
