1921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [EON] EXSCUDO - ICO successfully finished! on: October 17, 2018, 03:37:47 PM
so sad if this project is scam, many people last year invested but they must lose money now. exscudo still not found at CMC and exchange too. what they doing ?

It is a very bad time to the whole crypto, some projects have not even distributed the tokens after the one year gone, here at least we got tokens in our wallets. The whole story about the project is sad, but to say it is a scam is a bit too hard.

If you're a long-term investor, buying EON this day is a great investment IMO. This project may become like NEO for me. 2019 might be a good year for EON hodlers. As of now they doing great things like they changing the app channel interface. Hopefully they next their exchange to change the interface to become a user-friendly.

Who in his right sense would gamble on this, even if it is given out free. After a year what do they have to offer, a rubbish exchange. I was becoming concerned then when the team has no real recognizable developer on their team with good track record. Even if it is their money they used to develop the exchange, it shouldn't be as bad as what we have. A year to offer rubbish, no roadmap, just stupid wallet that no one is using. Even Bitcoinnet did better than this to convince people to invest into it.

@BlackMambaPH, please put your money where your mouth is, buy 1BTC of the tokens on their exchange and set up as many masternodes as you want and becoming their whale
1922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are not dead, just maturing in a positive way. on: October 17, 2018, 03:28:49 PM
I agree with you that the market is changing and maturing but my fear now is for retail investors, it would be difficult to get into ICOs directly into good project, what I think they would adopt would be the Cadano style of ICO, where the VCs would buy it cheap and list it on exchanges and you would be able to buy from there
1923  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feel like quitting on: October 17, 2018, 03:26:30 PM
I can see you have merit now, which is good but concerning the other issue you raise about the performance of the market, this is what those manipulating the prices are after, hardly will you find anyone in this space this year that have not seen his portfolio drop some as high as 80% value. We are very close to the bottom just keep faith
1924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another December Bull run on: October 17, 2018, 03:21:14 PM
The bull run of last quarter usually start at the second half of October and we saw just a flash bull run two days ago due to the Tether drama. Some people are speculating 10K this which I still feel is doable but it seems the whole market is still indecisive and people appetite for investing as greatly reduced
1925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help adopt the most private coin today and participate in lottery on: October 17, 2018, 03:21:08 PM
I have no reason to suggest your claims are true, so with your claim is that Private coin is more private than Zcash and Monero. But what you guys need is the community, you need to build a strong community around this coin, if not it won't go anywhere. I have seen this over and over again in this space where projects dies because of lack of interest from the space
1926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [EON] EXSCUDO - ICO successfully finished! on: October 15, 2018, 06:32:25 AM
Please, can anyone try to confirm how much this team still have left to work on the development of their platform, I think it is very insulting on investors for the team to launch a rubbish exchange like this, after a year of waiting, even exchanges that did no ICO have something better than this, a good one is stock exchange. I think before I report them as scam/fraud to security agencies, it is better to know where I stand. No one is even buying all these big cap coins on it like BTC and Ethereum. I think investors need to come together and put these people on their toes. If not refund our money. IAN even said it is a scam project, this seems to be the case
1927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO downturn on: October 15, 2018, 05:42:41 AM
I'm sorry to say that the golden age for ordinary people entering the ICO is over. This value will shift more to venture capital funds for the simple reason that many large vc funds offer significant upside. Neither propaganda nor their support networks, and most of the projects are mindless. Most vc funds are usually 100 percent.

We are seeing this now, because if you look at most big ICOs that apply the SAFT then you see this is a way most developers would even preffered, reason being that most of them don't look for quick flip like most retail investors and also it take time before the tokens get listed on exchange so there is no pressure on them to get listed on exchanges also and if they do mostly go for the top exchanges which do help the price alot and generate interest
1928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the amount of Trading Pairs on an Exchange matters? on: October 15, 2018, 05:38:21 AM
These are the top 3 exchanges by trading pairs

https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@roark101/top-3-exchanges-by-trading-pairs

Are the number of trading pairs available something that you look at when signing up to an exchange?

The main thing I personally look for before signing in on an exchange is the trading volume and this is becoming an issue now because of the increase in number of exchanges with fake volume, Bitforest and Exrates are two exchanges in the space that I can confirm their volumes are absolutely fake and another thing is the security of my funds
1929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STELLAR silent killer ETH on: October 15, 2018, 05:33:52 AM
Why is it that any project now want to displace Ethereum, I could remember those days when every projects in the space want to be better than BTC, technology is very good but the community is more important because technology can easily be transferred but if there is no one using the platform this is a huge problem. I am not saying Stellar don't have the chance against Ethereum but will need to do more than all these paid review because it is also a good project
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the current situation on the market? on: October 15, 2018, 05:29:23 AM
It is becoming increasingly difficult for most of these coins and tokens to keep their gains, what we are seen is one step forward, two steps backward. It is a tough fight between bear and bull, but one thing  I have learnt is that we can't go in a direction forever, if the bull can change direction so is bear, we just need to have successive weeks to keep these gains and confidence would returned into the space
1931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why does coins change price constantly? on: October 15, 2018, 05:25:18 AM
What mostly cause price movement in a market is supply and demand, I think demand is more important but it is very different in this space because most of the price movement is caused by pump and dump, we have seen in recent days that even top coins like BTC can dump 10% overnight, what I would advice people on is to always use stop-loss
1932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The survival of cryptocurrency on: October 15, 2018, 05:22:57 AM
The issue now is that we are having chaos in the space, most of these developers lack the business side their project and that is very tough to handle because of the demand from the token investors, for me with time I believe the ICO model would change to meet the reality of the market.
1933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]⭐ EVOS coin [Hybrid POW+POS+MN] ⭐ New EcoSystem for MN world⭐ on: October 14, 2018, 04:22:12 PM
I don't know what the team is waiting for, a two weeks signature campaign and you expect it to be effect, it would take some like gamble for me to invest huge amount like this in a Masternode of a coin that is obscure looking at the rate at which most coins have performed in the market this year.

1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BOS] 🔹🔹 BOScoin 🔹🔹 Self-Evolving Cryptocurrency Platform🔹🔹 on: October 14, 2018, 04:18:21 PM
It just come to mind, I don't know if Boscoin team can create signature campaign around this project, just to generate more interest especially concerning their incoming mainnet release, the project is no where compared to ICON a direct competing project from South Korea
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Boxing Legend Manny Pacquiao’s Cryptocurrency Could Launch This Year on: October 14, 2018, 02:53:55 PM
This is likely a sham, can we get the official statement from him. Do people remember TrumpCoin and PutinCOin and co when they were pumping months ago, I don't know how many of the bag holders were left in the space, people need to stop supporting scam coins like this because it is not based on any value or expected to crate
1936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Comparison Last year with now on: October 14, 2018, 02:50:05 PM
Hello friend
Hope you guys are fine.  Wink
I see now in October, only two months left towards the end of 2018, I don't see Altcoin soaring. Roll Eyes

Like last year in 2017, towards the end of the year, prices soared. Shocked

But this year I saw everything just shut up.

According to friends, are you patient with the current price?

Hopefully I get charity Cheesy
The interesting thing here is that Altcoins even the entire market has lost most if not all the 5 months rally we have last year and early this year, it is a very painful thing because now Ethereum is below the last year price, if some said in February that Ethereum is going back to $200, we would have said he/she is mad
1937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COINMD OCTOBER RUSH, 50 USD FOR REGISTERING AND UPTO 1000 USD IF YOU BUILD on: October 14, 2018, 02:46:59 PM
Why are people doing this, this is greed. I looked at the profile of the team and it was obvious to me this is another project that is likely to pump and dump on the token holders or just an outright scam. I still stand corrected about this project, from my experience in the space now I know a scam when a see one
1938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: which part of bounty could be more profitable on: October 14, 2018, 02:43:54 PM
I think the first thing to understand is that you need a good project, if the project is not good then the token will likely go to zero or dumped on exchange, if you have a good project, then for me I think translation and Content bounties are very rewarding as compared to others
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best ICO in 2018 October. on: October 10, 2018, 06:04:39 PM
With the current state of the market I would say people are getting value on exchanges now than investing in ICO. I like these projects, Datablockchain, Raincheck and Module. Though it is becoming increasingly difficult knowing what these projects would turn out to
1940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Article Says that Whales Cannot Tank the Market on: October 10, 2018, 05:58:41 PM
"The bottom line? The role of whales in the Bitcoin market may be overstated. The top 32 whales control around 6% of the supply, but that figure drops to 4.6% when lost Bitcoins are taken into account."

http://fortune.com/2018/10/10/can-the-whales-of-bitcoin-tank-the-market/

For me I don't think Whales alone are the one influencing the price, for me the prime suspect are the exchanges, alot of them gamble with investors money in the last bull run and are looking for ways to get their money back, another another school of thought says the institutional investors want to get into the market but at a fair price not 20K so they need to crash the market since they have the money
