1941  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 19, 2019, 05:40:52 AM
Hi guys,

I don't know whether or not this is the right place to ask but I have a question:

I started using Freebitco.in years ago (maybe late 2013/early 2014), then I stopped using it for a lOng time (a few years), and back in late 2017 I started using it again. Nothing out of the ordinary till here, but when bitcoin prices started falling I noticed that the rewards started changing. I also noticed that the minimum prize was even less, about half. I thought this was the new 'normal'. I continued to play free rolls like that till now (2019), when the minimum prize went down even more. What's going on? Is this normal?

It has been the new normal for about 1 year. The base reward is reduced gradually for accounts with low wagering volume compared to free winnings. Deposit, play Hi-Lo, jackpots or buy lottery tickets to increase the base reward. If you don't want to wager then you can simply keep a balance above $50 in Bitcoin to receive full base reward.

See you're slowly catching on.~

Something that will never be said of you.

You are looking at a small sample of results and seeing variance. That is all. Your "planned outcome" is simply your failure to recognise variance.

Dump the free rolls.

Dump promoting a site you think is a scam or you are a scammer yourself.
1943  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 19, 2019, 12:14:50 AM
There is no such thing as "variance" in a planned outcome.

Rolling random numbers does not produce a planned outcome. That's the whole point, it is random and is therefore variable.

And yes,  I use and promote a service that I know cheats.

Therefore you are unscrupulous.

But only because the cheating doesnt affect what I or anyone else does with the site.
~
the excuse for keeping the house edge at it's absurd levels due to the free rolls and whatever

The contradiction that exposes your lie. The house edge pays for free-rolls, RP, referral program and lottery and directly affects the returns on your shitbot dice script. If you really were pissed off about it you would take it somewhere else that doesn't offer all that but has a lower house edge.
1944  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 18, 2019, 05:14:26 AM
Variance has nothing to do with SEQUENTIAL statistics that prove a set of numbers have a DIFFERENT "variance" if thats what you want to call it (I call it seed changing cheating),  than another identical set of numbers that should supposedly have the same probability of being selected as any other but that certainly is NOT the case.  The point is that tiers of free rolls are affected by the seed changing.  This is why there is a SEQUENTIAL pattern that is witnessed in large sample sizes such as this.

Plain wrong. All results are subject to variance.

I'll also add that I dont use the site because of the free rolls.

I would also add that you promote a site that you accuse of cheating. That says that you either have no morals or are aware that your accusations are false.
1945  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 18, 2019, 04:51:55 AM
~these statistics back that up.

As BayAreaCoins so aptly put it in the other thread "crying about variance" proves nothing.
1946  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 18, 2019, 04:50:07 AM
I think the Lambo is just a "carrot" and more of a symbolic advertisement of some smaller prize that can be won with a new feature that will be added to the site. The  2016 Lamborghini Huracan LP580-2 is technically the cheapest Lamborghini on the market and it's selling for around $199,805.

It isn't symbolic of a smaller prize it really is going to be a Lambo. You're spot on with the value of that prize.

Freebitco.in will have to ship this prize globally, if someone wins this prize in another country and that will add some more cost to the total price. I have to say that it will be kickass advertising for the site, if this was a real Lamborghini.   Cool
not only the cost, but overseas winner would have to deal with a lot of paperwork to import it
so... I'm pretty sure they will also offer it in bitcoin value to the winner Wink

You're correct. We'll offer the option of the Bitcoin equivalent of the US list price so you can buy one locally or even buy a Tesla if that is what turns you on.

Lambo is copyright though so its just the shape not specific.   Can they really use an exact image of a Lambo in their advertising without permission.    I dont think the idea of a Tesla is excluded

All the images we are using are free of copyright and giving away a Lambo does not infringe on their copyright either.

1.  Server seeds change (this is a proven fact in the scams thread and I've seen it first hand in my own experience as well) thus any claims of "Provably fair" are bold faced lies.  This brands the site as a liar.

Lie. There are a few people claiming but no evidence has ever been produced to back up the false claims.

2.  Malwarebytes proved that the freebitco site was using Coinhive to mine on random user's machines (anonymous users) without their consent.  This brands the site as a malware producer and all malware apps/sites should be considered liars

Lie. The site always asked users to actively opt into mining and then to confirm that they really wanted to. MalwareBytes incorrectly listed it as a trojan. You then lied to them claiming we did it without consent but when they checked it they whitelisted our site again and dismissed your lies.

3.  And further evidence that the site is still a malware site with it's latest attempt at Permissions Phishing that was only changed after it was brought up and still ignores concerns about incessant asking for permissions even after it's been told NO.  This brands the site as a malware producer and all malware apps/sites should be considered liars

Lie. It was changed the day before and then changed back as we are experimenting with which messages are most effective. You have a very overblown sense of your importance if you think your bullshit has any impact on what we do.

3 Strikes,  you're out.

It isn't baseball and there isn't one strike yet. Just three more lies from you.

If you want to attempt to recoup your reputation,  I suggest you distance yourself from a site that is doing and being caught with things like the above 3 items.  However I fully believe that you ARE the site and that wetsuit sold it to you long ago.  I think you had plans to rebrand it but those were put on hold so as not to make it seem like you were doing so to get away from the very solid proof that the site was and still is cheating.  The dots all connect.  Wetsuit hasnt been heard from in close to a year and the site is oddly becoming even more unscrupulous than it was before Wetsuit had a voice in the forums.  I've been saying this for months now as a suspicion and I see no reason for that opinion to change.  What I'm seeing is only strengthening that opinion that the site has been sold to someone with less morals than the previous owner (which it's clear you do have FAR fewer morals than Wetsuit as evidenced by your bad behavior towards others here in these forums as well as what we've seen posted about email exchanges as well).

If I were wetsuit and I hadnt yet sold my wetsuit forums name to you yet,  I'd be jacking up the price for every time something like this comes up.  Good luck proving me wrong Smiley  I've got the popcorn all ready to go,  this should be amusing.

The Village Idiot caught on camera coming up with another theory.

~snip~

Multi-sig addresses also start with 3. You can only tell if it is a Segwit or not if they have sent a transaction.
And how do I know? I always had this question in mind.

Look at the transaction on a block explorer and check the input scripts for type and witness data.

Practical answer is your BTC adress has to start with 3 or bc1 to be accepted in the campaign. But then again registration are closed, again.
Bitcoin Address that starts with "3" are not always segwit address as far as I know. I don't know much about segwit address but my memory still serves me right about some informations. Just like my Bitcoin address (in my profile) it starts with 3 but it's not a segwit address (or it is?).

Anyway it's so cool that this campaign is still a competitive one.

Multi-sig addresses also start with 3. You can only tell if it is a Segwit or not if they have sent a transaction.

¬is to literally force you into giving them permission to do whatever they want as far as showing you retarded popups.

The Village Idiot is back. It asks for permission and doesn't force anything.

It's doubtful they could afford such massive prize although it would be awesome to be proven wrong here.
Don't underestimate their house edge and mining operation they probably have enough funds to buy the lambo including the shipping if they want to.

I wonder how much would the tickets cost. Also this lambo lottery reminds me of this thread.

where did you guys found the news of a lambo or faerari winning on this website ?

regards

It was on our Instagram. It's just a teaser at the moment we should have more details in about a month.

I decided to come and check my freebitco.in account and surprise to see the bonus structure for each roll

Bonus +0.00000950BTC added to all rewards!

How long this promotion will last? already claimed 10k sats in the last 10 hours Cheesy

It is not a promotion, it is a permanent feature. It is calculated on a ratio of free winnings to amount wagered. You can increase the base reward 19 times by reaching 100%. The % towards next Free BTC bonus goes up when you play Hi-Lo, jackpots or buy lottery tickets and down when you do a free roll. You go up one level when you reach 100% and down one level when you fall below 0%

Hi Quin, could the notification thing be disabled instead of showing up each time we visit the site?

If you just leave the browser tab open it only happens once.
1955  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 16, 2019, 06:20:05 AM
@TheQuin, is it possible to remove this message "Allow us to give you $200 in free bitcoins every hour!"? I visit Freebitco.in lot of times every day, and it's annoying to close that message each time when I visit website.
This looks very interesting: "Golden ticket contest coming soon to FreeBitco.in".

Interesting. Do I see Lambo? Smiley

Huh?

Damn it. I hope wetsuit isn't planning on giving away my company car.

Well I hope this is not going to be targeted at the large gamblers again, like we see with the contest that was introduced, where only 10 people with huge pockets, qualify for the prizes.  Roll Eyes

We need an incentive to bring back all the "idle" account holders that are not accessing their accounts on a regular basis. Most of my referrals are "idle" and not generating any income for me and the site.  Angry

I think we're going for a lottery type competition so all gamblers will have a chance to win. Obviously bigger gamblers will have more chances than small ones (that's life).

We'll certainly be sending out promotional emails to any that are still subscribed to them.

@LTU_btc I know what you mean and would have the same reaction if I was still just a customer. Sitting on this side of the fence now I can see that these things are done because they work. We had over 70,000 customers subscribe to receive notifications in just the first hour.

Yes, the early days was great, because it paid a lot more Satoshi back then and it was not just about gambling, but more about Bitcoin adoption. <Things had to change for the site to survive, so we should just accept that>  Sad

We're still very keen on increasing adoption. Judging by the number of support requests I get asking how to withdraw Bitcoin to their bank/PayPal I think we're still succeeding in that. Wink

No, you don't know that you are just making false accusations. As UserU just said it is a provably fair game and you can check the integrity yourself.
1959  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 11, 2019, 01:35:26 AM
Is there an eta on the new design? I would love to see the affiliate part improved, don't know if there will be more info but as someone who is mainly using the website for bringing affiliates I would love to see that part get a bit more attention, even if it means just a bit more information and a new design.

Also do you have any plans on adding any new games? You are already one of the biggest crypto websites out there and I am sure adding more games with the new design would probably get you more customers and would make it easier for us to get new affiliates by promoting some new games with promotions and such, a new surge of users would help both you and us affiliate networks at the same time, of course given that we would need new banner designs for something like that as well.

wetsuit has lots of plans including new games and promotions but I've learned not to pre-announce things or give ETAs. We'll be sending out promotional emails and updating this thread when something is ready to go.
1960  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: March 08, 2019, 01:13:58 AM
I still wonder why nobody writes they won 20 in a row as well, if the chance of getting 20 in a row losses is about 20% in 50k bets it means they should also (probably) see 20 wins in a row as well but nobody really talks about that, its not a fair game when they lose 20 in a row and you are scamming them for "making" them lose 20 in a row but when they win 20 in a row they do not even realize it, not only they don't talk about it but they literally do not realize that they have won 20 in a row because they only look at the losses.

This is a dice game, if you ask me I do not think its even 20% to hit that, I think EACH bet has a 50% chance (well in this case a bit different) of hitting, "in a row loss" is a gamblers fallacy, your last bet has the same chance to lose as your first bet anyway.

There is another good reason that people don't realise they got a long winning streak and that is our old friend Martingale. All the wins after the first one are at base bet. Very few gamblers use reverse Martingale, 2x double on win, so they don't get any benefit from a good winning streak.
