I think this is where I should draw a line: translations of good posts shouldn't be reported in this topic. Besides, it was merited 3 times already when you posted it.

Lauda has marlboroza on his trust list. Also, as of Feb 12, marlboroza had many people on his trust list. So? This conflicts with the insulation that he does not want to be on DT1, nor DT2 anymore. I think you misinterpreted the date: Feb 12, I made some improvements to my Trust list viewer, and updated week 4. However, the data dump I used was from Saturday morning before that (Feb 9). Marlboroza created his topic on Feb 12: Add this to your trust list:
~marlboroza I have no reason to believe marlboroza had not emptied his trust list yet, when he created that topic.

I'll share my 2 5 Satoshis ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) 1. Apart from your Rank, it's really hard to get people to join a raffle. Even if it's EV+, not many people join. 2. 10% "house edge" is very high. 3. If you're worried about fees, you should use a Bech32 SegWit address instead of legacy. 4. It's better to keep records on the forum. A spreadsheet can be edited and won't act as proof if there's a disagreement. Forum rules allow to post entries for Bitcoin raffles. 5. Anyone can claim a certain transaction was theirs, so you'll need a signed message. It's better to use a unique deposit address for each user.

The names are indeed confusing, and renaming it to "Feedback" could be a good start. The Trust summary for instance has "Trusted feedback", "Untrusted feedback" and "Sent feedback". I like to put it like this, where I already used the word "Feedback" to avoid confusion: - Feedback: people you trust (or don't trust: red)
- Trust list: people who's judgement on others you trust (or don't trust: ~)
The official description under Trust settings is this: List the users who you trust to have good trust ratings and good trust lists Note that there's no "official" way to easily see a user's trust list. Adjusting the number of 250-Merit votes and 10-Merit votes would be an easy measure to change the total number of DT1 members (if DT gets too big). From what I've read, I think it's more likely theymos will limit the number of DT1 by random selection. Increasing Merit requirements would make it very difficult for new users to reach DT1 a few years from now.

Pardon my ignorance. I like to know what Foxpup stand to gain with this since avatar does not contain any link to any business or site. This is the best answer I can give: Since I stand firmly against all these PAID2POST campaigns and feel only NET POSITIVE services should be advertised on the forum, I present... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fd.facdn.net%2Fart%2Ffoxpup%2F1553706465%2F1553706465.foxpup_cycling_club.png&t=663&c=6JslznBJTrC5-g) And this: I've always felt like I should buy counter-advertising against all the spam on the forum, but the right opportunity never presented itself. Trolling cryptohunter is just a bonus, honest. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)
I was indeed expecting a business to rent my avatar, but this is more fun ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm quoting myself from the Reputation board: I have seen information about your password change from BPIP.I think BPIP is incorrect: 4/9/2019 5:51:54 AM password changed 4/10/2019 5:51:54 AM password changed Note how the time is exactly the same, but a day later. However, seclog shows only one entry: Today at 07:51:54 AM - Shafiqul Islam - password changed ( archived) Only one password change would make sense, if an attacker had changed the password, the original owner would have lost access.
1. So you created your account today at 04:47 AM forum time ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FrH1sfVO.png&t=663&c=YxIds-CrpnbydQ) 2. 8 minutes later 04:55 AM forum time, you made reply on a thread of which you also clearly know is off topic ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Great post. LoyceV is a hard worker and Foram lover. I think LoyceV will good place in future. I seen many LoyceV Thrade and post. All post Great & Harmfully. Best of luck you And Your Hard Work LoyceV.... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) 3. 3 minutes after you made the reply, at 04:58 AM forum time Mr Shafiqul Islam who has been a serial bounty spammer with over 95 of his post history containing bounty report links sends you 2 merits. 4. 11 minutes later, 05:09 AM forum time, after getting the Merit... you created this topic, Wow... that was quick. This story doesn't add up indeed. Considering how weird this is, from meriting, instantly complaining about it, and sending PMs, it could be Shafiqul Islam's account really got "hacked". My password was my phone number. A phone number is not a password, a password is something nobody else can know. Someone tried to banned my account from the forum. Posting plagiarism is the fastest path to a ban. I think OP may be speaking the truth. It's not 100% convincing, maybe not even 50%, but enough for reasonable doubt.

So basically you're thinking of a wallet that can only be used to send tips to websites, instead of a wallet that can be used to send coins to any address?
I would like to have an app for sending small tips if it's off-chain and operated by a trusted party (for instance an exchange or online casino). Small tips aren't worth paying transaction fees, and an off-chain solution would be nice. LN could work, but for small amounts I'm fine trusting a third party too.

It seems really strange that people are making a huge deal about these small sums of money. People are constantly scamming millions with fake projects and millions gone through electrum hacks yet these small timers get more attention. I guess its more emotional when its a person you have known for years? Instead of criticising others (while burst-posting for your signature), you're free to open a scam accusation against the scammers who stole millions. Just for your information, I recently opened one about potentially a very large amount. I don't really care about the amount involved when it comes to exposing scams on the forum.
|
|
|
So you're telling me that you already have a figure in mind that is "high enough" for exit-scamming? I think Serious lender needed 3,000-5,000 EUR. 3 weeks. was a good indication of the amount that's "high enough", and that's why I added a red tag to my neutral tag when you posted that topic.

If we are same person, why I will post here. That is exactly what you would say if this was part of your plan. Almost Off Topic. I've archived and reported your off-topic post.

I'm missing one imporant reason to join a quality campaign: [9]: Stability: Very few campaigns run for a long time, but once you're in, you can expect regular earnings. Of course it still depends on your post count and you have to keep your post quality high, but it sure beats applying to another campaign every couple of weeks. I joined my current signature campaign in September 2017, the one before that lasted 18 months (until the site closed).
