I found a photograph I took of the seed sheet for my ledger. Taking digital pictures of seed phrases is dumb. Posting it here is dumb too. can I use these twenty-four words in any way to help me verify my first BTC addy? I don't get it.... This topic is meant to post an address, and forget about it because if all goes well, you'll never need it. You seem to be missing the basics: how am I supposed to know if the (incomplete) seed words you posted belong to the address you staked? |

Is this thread still beeing updated? I get this data from Blockchair.com, and their last update is from April 19. Their other data is still being updated, so it looks like something is stuck with updating the Bitcoin addresses. |

But you have more exclusions than inclusions from other DT1-members, which leads to your negative DT1-strength (currently (-4)). That means you can't vote for DT2-members, and your feedback doesn't show up by default. |

The big question is: what should be the new consensus rules of testnet4? How about an annual replacement? Each testnet can last 2 years, so you don't have to change things during testing, but each year a new testnet starts so there's never a shortage in testnet coins. Testnet4 can start today, Testnet5 starts next year, and 2 years from now when Testnet6 starts, Testnet4 ends while Testnet5 still continues for another year. I don't know whether any of you run testnet full node, but i just found out my testnet full node has total size 71GB. I haven't used mine since January, and back then it was only 34 GB with 1.7 GB chainstate. Is that caused by Ordinal spam? |

The files haven't been updated in over a week It looks like the daily updates didn't happen, which means the weekly update had no fresh data. I'm not sure why, I'll check it tomorrow. Update: it's fixed. It was waiting for another stuck update. The weekly update is running now, this takes a few hours to complete. Thanks for reporting this. |

At default settings, that transaction should be dropped immediately. But every node can use their own mempool settings. That's how mempool.space knows there's a total of "1.10 GB / 300 MB" mempool data. Another question: What if I have my transaction broadcasted by wallet that periodically rebroadcast the same transaction of 3.9 sats/vbytes, will mempool.space node accept my transaction or they reject it instantly because of the purge condition? I think mempool.space keeps them all. But being accepted in a certain mempool doesn't mean anything: you need a miner to include the transaction into a block. |

So I just realized during troubleshooting the ledger that I destroyed the seed for the wallet I originally staked. You've staked 3 different addresses, both SegWit and native. Those are unlikely to be produced by the same wallet, so you may still have one of them. Electrum is giving me the option to extend my 12 word seed that it's giving me. Can I make up 12 more words and press enter then that 24 words is my seed? Yes. But why? The extension is supposed to be something you can remember. |
