Magic monkey is saying its time for a retracement pullback real soon now.  He's unimpressed by the little dip.  It's not good enough for him.

Fuck, just saw the willy report, we should have crashed and burned?
This makes the previous bubble irrelevant. Historical data from September fake. All those trend-lines and analysis is based on fake trades and volume. Why the hell isn't anybody saying a thing??

Because willy's volume was 15 % of an exchange that was barely 10 % of the overall volume over all the exchanges.

Remember it was China that led us up, not Mtgox.

this sentiment has been stated by alot of other traders as well, mt gox volume at the time was very small compared to the other exchanges

feedback appreciated

Thanks a lot!

Here is a couple of things that occured to me:
  • The snakes in the hammer are twisted strangely
  • The "ripples" that start from the center of the coin and move outward are strangely transparent with the hammer (i.e it is not stamped into but drawn over)
  • Very modern depiction of Mjollnir

Just for Info: The original logo is an image of an actual 13th century coin. In it you can see Mjollnir pictured as a cross, in Midieval times this symbol was used by Pagans and Christians. Not only did it help trading between the factions in that time, but it also showed some level of tolerance (and protected identity, as the other person would not be able to guess your religion)

Since Mjollnircoin has some similarities (no restrictions on who can take part,a means to facilitate trading, etc) I prefer to see a a modern version of the "cross-hammer"

Appreciate the feedback

keeping in line with the viking coinage of the time

I would like to approach the design from a viking perspective and in line with the developers and community of Mjollnircoin

this imagery is common of the cross and hammer coinage of the time commonly known as a Mjölnir (hammer) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mj%C3%B6lnir  with a christian cross

other imagery associated with viking coinage is the Trefoil knot http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trefoil_knot

.

and the triquetra  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Triquetra-Vesica.svg

completing the imagery on the coins of the time are also runes

It would be great to get the link that references the image on the first page of the announcement thread

would it be best to include all these images or just the Mjölnir with cross as depicted on the coin on the announcement thread

Game is over now
It is time to say byebye

Game is not over and will never be over. this is buy time.
Dont forget bitcoin was 1200+ and was back to 300 and now again going back all the way upwards........
Alll crypto will go thru that situation.

Do not illusions, and look at CNET, this is the second CENT

the community must stand together in ensuring the coin is picked up by businesses and consumers, as long as the community continues development of the coin it will not die, regardless of the price

Waiting for an hour for coins to confirm is just a pain. Using some of the other alts is like trying cable or adsl after having been on a 56k modem.

Re: why don't they fix BTC?
suggesting btc is broke

thought there was something here i was missing

so btc is not broke and in fact actually works

there is an alternative fiat

1980  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin Investment Opportunity on: May 25, 2014, 10:08:41 PM
Hi mymenace,

The rate of commission depends on your investment.
That is your commission is calculated on every transaction in realtime.
If you was to invest 5 BTC and the total investment fund was 10 BTC then your commission would be 50% of the profit per transaction.

Of-course, I used those numbers to simplify and your actually rate is shown in your account control panel.
Your commission is added to your investment fund in real time - so that too starts making you money until you wish to withdraw.

Hope that makes sense.

yep thanks

and is it true the UK has no bitcoin/altcoin exchanges e.g. exchange btc to the pound/euro
