Hi,
Anyone knows what is the best crypto to mine right now ? I have a 134 h/s.
I think zcash and monero are the best.
I don't have any problem with electricity, everything is really low cost where I am
134 h/s on what algorithm? The simplest AMD R7 270 issues in Monero gives 180 h/s. What is your graphics card/processor?

please tell me what is needed for mining ethereum, website for example. or whatever info is there, I really appreciate it
First, the presence of AMD graphics cards; Second, the presence of "direct hands" for modify this cards and configure the miner.

To all our concerned Aureus holders:
Please note that the update wallet function has been enabled again. Thank you.
Best regards, aureusofficial
Update wallet to work. See the incoming transaction but the status is still pending. I hope to be able to participate in the distribution of dividends. Thanks!

I managed to find a Vega Frontier Edition brand new listed for $600, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. After doing some preliminary research into potential hashrates, I saw a wide range of opinions and hashrates depending on the person posting them.
When it comes in, what should I mine? What steps do I need to take to ensure I can get the best hashrate out of it? (BIOS mod, mining software versions?)
Your, as in any other case efficient mining ETH/Monero. Or their forks. You may want to get ZEC or forks.

I've been playin around with my XFX RX580 GTS XXX 4GB (Elipda/Hynix) I'm able to do about 166w Dual mine ETH/DCR 29mh/s-870DCR. I'd ideally like to get that wattage lower what is everyone else doing to get lower watts?
Here what I've tried Modded BIOs using Anroak power save. As a starting point.
Changed TDP limit to 105, max to 115. Core clock to 850mv, Memory 960mv 1130 Core. 2050 memory.
ETH only I pull about 136~ watt ETH+DCR pull 166
I'm using windows to flash and SMOS for testing. In SMOS I tried both not using the OC tool built it, and using the OC tool with 1130/2050/ and tried different PS 2/3/6
So far I have some fluctuations for 1-2 GPUs going down to 25 Hh/s and bouncing so I assume these are unstable, but when I disabled them in claymore, a different GPU would then start bouncing around.
I've seen youtube others pull about 121w per card for ETH only using MSI RX580 8Gbs. How is he achieving this? What are you guys achieving?
Try to flash the timings and value of energy consumption via PBI. A subsequent modification to produce through OverdriveNTool.

Hello, I purchased x16 Vega 64 and I am looking to dual mine for better efficiency, What would be the best option to dual mine on Monero? I would prefer Electroneum (considering it's in the same network as Monero) but if it's not possible what other options are available and how to do so?
For double hashing is designed only Claymore Dual ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925). Algorithms dagger hashimoto + coins Decred/Siacoin/Lbry/Pascal. Monero supports merged mining of XMR + XDN/FCN via GUI MinerGate.

Is is just me or is Clamore's Ethereum miner been crashing more than usual lately? I suspect is has something to do with the larger DAG files needed, as I can run the same program on another coin such as Expanse and get several days of up-time, but while mining Ethereum I am lucky to get 48 hours before the program hangs trying to restart itself.
I already tried lowering my clocks, increasing voltage, using -ethi 5 and 6 but it doesn't seem to help. My temperatures are quite cool now with winter approaching and all my PSUs are either Evga or Corsair running at only 80% efficiency, so I don't think it is any of those things.
At the moment the size of the DAG file for a 127 epoch EXP is 1.99 GB. Which is very small and potica with the original ETH DAG file are excluded.

Hello everyone kind of new here to mining, did a bit of research on my own and learned from everyones experience. Im trying to build a 6 GPU rig using AMD CPU Ryzen 7 1700X @ 4.00GHz as my processor and 6 GPU cards (either GTX 1070, or AMD RX 470 4GB), what kind of motherboard and power supply you recommend?
thanks
I recommend to use the motherboard ASRock. The best ratio quality/price. For example, Fatal1ty Gaming AB350 K4 and above. PSU on your choice.

Hi,
Just want to know that if I can use 160 GB HDD/SSD from my hp 6910p laptop (not sure thats HDD or SSD). One thing I want to point out that its 1.5 Gbps. I know space is OK but not sure if 1.5 Gbps would suffice or not.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Regards,
Rizwan
Build a rig on a very simple HDD with a capacity of SATA-1 1.5 Gbit/s Conventional mining does not require high-bandwidth HDD (SATA-3/SCSI/SAS) or SSD use. This will be enough to operate Windows and miner.

maybe i haven't express myself well. I want to know which are the new coins minable with GPU cards, the new one , the one that has no exchanger with great potential The easiest way is to monitor the thread of the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0 it publishes announcements of new coins before the start of mining/release to the exchange etc.

Hi, i am looking at SeaSonic X-1050 power supply and notice that 8-pin connectors have label "CPU / PCI-E". I am little confused, can I connect GPUs and CPU to the same ports ? How do i know which port on PSU to connect my GPUs to ? Apologies but i am not good with electrical so not sure if i am making any sense ? Please refer to the link below for psu i am looking to buy https://seasonic.com/product/x-1050/Thank you all in advance. With this PSU, yes. The main thing is to use the PCI-E cable when connecting a video card. The 8-pin CPU and 8-pin PCI-E cables differ in pinout. Thanks fapar. So if i were to plug PCI-E cable from GPU to one of those ports which is labeled "CPU/PCI-E", GPU will get enough power (~250W), and if plug in CPU cable then it will draw ~92 W ? if so then does it mean that the correct amount of power is drawn by the type of cable (CPU, PCI-E) that i use ? Thanks again. Here is a good diagram to help you understand the pinouts of contacts in the PSU. Roughly speaking, the CPU 8-pin uses the top row of contacts, and PСI-E 8-pin bottom row. That is, when connecting different cables (CPU/GPU) used different contacts. In this PSU for connecting additional power processor uses an 8-pin M/B connector.

Is there any incentive to offer capacity?
I didn't understand the question. So can't recommend. If there is a desire and a certain amount of free money you can try. But first read the main thread about IOTA https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1216479.0 There are have problems not solved in 2015.
